STORY TIME: Today is 2/14/26 - time I was at the restaurant 1:45 ish. Staff today : Blonde and the casher dealt with the most INSANE order I had to leave this review. Backstory: I walk in and this ok dressed man is talking to a cop who is in line next to him. They sre talking.... Normal right? Dude starts making his order starting with LETTUCE on the bottom, red flag #1. Then he starts asking for bean juice. Yes BLACK BEAN JUICE. they pour it on the lettuce, but unfortunately, he wanted it in a CUP ON THE SIDE. (mind you the Blonde and staff are all smiles being OVERLY ACCOMMODATING. They restart the order. HOLY ‍ The police officer passes by. I am now next to him. At this point, it's sort of a show, but I'm so impressed at the staff and how they're handling it. My faith in humanity starts to restore. They begin remaking the order she is having to use a plastic cup to scoop bean juice into another plastic cup. He gets a side of corn and a side of cheese. Then there is some kind of issue at the cash register at this point I look at him and go you've put these women through hell and they've been smiling the whole time just bagged the order and I'll take care of it. Anyways, I just wanna say that the cashier and the blonde... you guys absolutely killed it and especially on a day like today where you never know how people are gonna come in and act..... that order was absolutely MENTAL. i see alot of bad reviews and i need to clear a few things up. this restaurant is GREAT. i always have great portions, they even surprise me with free drink or chips and salsa when they havent seen me in a while. i love their energy everytime they walk in and they roll my burritos perfectly! even better, sometimes management will make a fresh batch of steak and it is better than some steaks at fancier restaurants. my food is always top quality and when it is not, the manager here talia will look and let me know to wait and she will have fresh ingredients ready in no time. i leave with a smile with all employees working at this location. we need more people in this industry like the team here downtown. customer service: its hard to believe that people think negatively of this team or the manager herself. i have witness her smile even through difficult or angry customers. since i am a regular i see these people in the front deal with ALOT. and they still manage to make great food and give great service. KUDOS to you guys! ambiance: its always either very busy or very slow, no matter what the vibe is, they are quick and efficient. Located in the DOCO Golden One Center plaza. Worst location to come to, because they are always packed with not enough employees and items are never stocked. Lines are egregious, they move slow, employees look like they hate their life and no smiles or greetings. They are either working insanely slow and don't care or they just blatantly don't want to be there. Business owners, either do better at staffing, have better management, hire better employees, or treat employees better? Not sure what the problem is here. Two employees in the front and one in the back washing dishes with many food items not available. Didn't see any other employees at 6:30pm on a Saturday. We are paying the same price for nothing we want in our order. But this location will always be busy no matter what the service is, as it is inside an even center plaza obviously, so maybe that's why they don't care to better the business. This Chipotle is always on top of their game and the reason is because it's where corporate trains their new hires before sending them out to surrounding locations. The restaurant is always clean. Food is always freshly prepared. Servings here are always perfect; never too little and I never have had to ask for more. My favorite downtown location. I've been coming to this branch weekly for the past several months. Everytime, the workers are fast, nice, efficient. The food quality is good and today was exceptional in the rice. I'm usually running in and out of here and they are so fast to keep up and get me out the door immediately. Worst Chipotle I have ever been to. Im not the type to give reviews because being the food industry I understand the struggles and I also live in midtown so this is the closest chipotle to me. But I have been to this chipotle many times and I have had enough. First, the customer service is ridiculously terrible, no smile, just plain rude, I don't feel welcomed at all in this establishment. Second, my most recent trip here, I had a bag of chips, they were stale and soggy and the employee didn't even care or try to trade me a different bag. Third, every-time I have came into this establishment around 8PM, the first thing the employee or manager will tell me is that whatever was on the line was all they have had left and they won't re-fill the line. I simply know that's a lie because I myself worked at chipotle and understand the inventory and this could not happen every time I go, it's just plain laziness and them wanting to close early. Overall, I'm really disappointed with this restaurant, I recommend to go to the West Sac location, now that chipotle is a great spot with great employees. Just left this Chipotle and had an extremely unpleasant experience. The employee who helped me was rude and dismissive and barely communicated. When I asked questions she responded with grunts instead of full sentences. After my burrito bowl was completed I asked for a side of tortillas. She gave me an annoyed look and placed the tortilla on the warmer for only a few seconds which left it cold. When I asked if it would be better to request tortillas at the beginning of the line she ignored me and rolled her eyes. This attitude was completely unprovoked and not deserved. I was polite throughout the interaction and simply asking normal questions. Customer service like this is unacceptable. worst Uber eats chipotle I've ever had. The whole bowl (minus guac) was probably 5 bites. The rice, beans, and chicken altogether probably made up 1/10th of the whole bowl - which usually should be more like 7/10 or 8/10. Super disappointing. I ordered guac, and for some reason guac took up half of the entire bowl. The ratios here were just so off. They put the wrong type of salsa as well. And didn't include any corn, at all!!! :( The experience might be better in person, but as for their packing for delivery orders, it was very unsatisfactory. I love Chipotle, but I do not like this location at all. This location always feels grimy and the customer service is rude. It is never busy and never looks fully clean either. This location never seems like it is actually grilling the meat either and the food looks like it has been sitting out and not fresh. We stopped in last night (for the last time) to grab dinner and the young woman making the food was not friendly and had a problem listening to our order. I had asked for 2 Kids Meals and she apparently only heard 2 Quesadillas - she had gone to the back to heat up the quesadillas before I realized it was wrong and when I told the other employee that I wanted Kids Meals, she slammed the oven door and muttered something about me to another employee even after I said it was fine and I would pay for the difference and just order the sides separately. When she came back to make the rest of our order, she was very quick to ask what we wanted and never made eye contact. My husband also said that his burrito was salty - which we think might have been the chicken in it. I had ordered a Steak Salad and it was bland in comparison. A new Chipotle in Deer Park has some heavy competition including from another older Chipotle in the nearby Tanger outlets. Food: 3.5 / 5 - The food is pretty good but the meat portions are not as much as Guac Time. It's on par with Limon. I had the steak burrito bowl and some of the steak was chewy and I had to discard it. Service: 4 / 5 - No issues. Nothing impressive. The wait wasn't long at about 3PM on a Sunday. Mobile ordering worked really well. My order was on the bookshelf when I got there. Cleanliness: 4 / 5 - The place is brand new as of this writing so it should be very clean. The bathroom was not dirty but messy. Nobody is keeping up with it during the day. Atmosphere: 4/5 - The atmosphere is pretty nice. There's a table seating section in the back. Lots of natural light. The air conditioning was working good. Value 3/5: LImon is cheaper. Guac Time is more money but they give you more meat. Parking: 4/5 - They did a nice job with the lot but it's got a tiny footprint. There seems to be a pickup lane -- which is not a drive-thru but rather you just pull in and grab your stuff if you mobile ordered. Overall: 4 / 5 - It's a new place so it's probably at it's peak now. Let's see if they can keep it run right. So far so good. read more

Today, I had scheduled a group order that was cancelled by doordash for a party of 18. Usually, this would be a start to a bad review, but when i arrived on site, the whole team leaned in and helped me get the orders together, amid a lunch rush, and still diligently noted each persons name on their main dish, sides, sauces, and drinks. I could not have been more thrilled with their absolutely exceptional service, kindness, and flexibility. This team, Midtown Chipotle those working 11:30-12:30 this afternoon made lunch for my team happen, and I was still able to bring the order back before lunch started. In a matter of minutes and with expertise, the full team leaned in, delegated, and helped me make lunch happen, one order at a time. 18 people got their lunch on time with the dedication and exceptional service of this team. They all need raises, immediately. I also want to note that i wasn't able to tip this team on the card, and i wish that i was able to thank them in this way. Not only was it smaller than the length of a small woman's hand but the two vertical ends of the burrito were touching each other. Every "edge" was meeting together in the middle. Compared to my bowl it weighted less than half and still cost more. We literally pinched it in the middle so the "ends" didn't touch anymore (photo). The food is well made but I felt like I was being robbed. The serving sizes are ridiculously small. I orders a chicken bowl with white rice, black beans, veggies, sour cream, cheese, and lettuce. Each of the scoops of food were about half of the serving size that I would get at any other chipotle. SOMEONE GET THIS RESTAURANT THE MICHELIN STAR IT DESERVES! I think I just had the best meal of my life!...top 5 for certain. I am a Chipotlehollic / Chipotle Connoisseur so my street cred definitely peaks above the rest in this specific matter. My go-to at Chipotle has always been a steak burrito. This steak burrito I just ate was out of this world delicious. From the perfectly timed heated press on my tortilla to the size, texture, and taste of those famous chips, this meal was epic to say the least. I could tell this was going to be a fantastic meal when I wasn't rushed down the assembly line like normal. These workers actually took the time to ensure I got fajitas on my burrito before it hit the side of the cash register, forcing me to then be the "bad guy" asking to return to start so I can get my fajitas. Everything went so smoothly until I paid my dues and made my way to the soda machine. When I arrived at the fountain I saw the sign that no Pibb Extra lover likes to see...."Not A Winner." Damn. Just when I was about to subtract a star from this review I bit into the burrito.... It was like a purple beam of light shot through the ceiling and it was just me and that steak burrito (with white rice, black beans, corn salsa, sour cream, light lettuce, and don't forget the fajitas). It was in that moment I knew nothing could take that 5-star rating away from this place. Chipotle is God's gift to this earth. Forever grateful for this magnificent food. This has to be one of the worst Chipotle's I have been to. The customer service is poor and each time I come here they act like they don't care about the customers and have snotty attitudes. I usually order online and when I do 2/3 times they food is never prepared by the promise time. My most recent visit I had to wait an extra 10 minutes for my food to be prepared. What's the point of having a promise time if they can't keep that promise?!? Especially with covid they shouldn't have a bunch of people there waiting for their food. I've never had to wait that long for an online order at other locations. Another thing is the proportions of rice to everything else in the burritos are ridiculous. It's pretty much a rice burrito, with four beans and a few pieces of lettuce, chicken, and salsa. The burrito wrapping skills are also like a 5 year old just learned how to wrap a burrito. You try and eat the burrito and the contents just fall right out. If you're dealing with making burritos everyday, it's crucial you learn how to wrap them. Honestly I would stay away from this Chipotle if you could, sadly the only good thing about it is that it's conveniently located in midtown. read more

You can't even call them to let them know so they can improve their service. They only care if it's ordered through their site or app. Otherwise you're out of luck. I ordered double meat and hardly any meat was in the bowl and sprinkles of all other items. The bowl hardly had any food in it. I used to frequent this Chipotle. I started going less and less due to constant meat cross contaminating my vegan item. I came back to try the plant based chorizo. I don't know if it tastes differently at other locations but it was like pieces of cardboard. I pre-ordered online and it was ready and bagged in the designated area for online pick ups. The best part about this location is exactly that, the location. It is very conveniently close to my apartment which makes it a go-to for mid-week lunches. If you can, walk or ride a bike. The parking in this area is difficult and based on pure luck. If you order online, be prepared for one thing to be wrong. It seems like a game for the employees, but if you aren't watching something will be missing or added. The food is the same as other chipotle locations so you won't be disappointed if you know what you're in for. They are very quick so the line isn't often long which is also a bonus. read more
