Food is good and portion sizes are decent! Service is fast and reliable. The place is clean and I like the layout! Good job.

Would give 0 stars if it were an option. Stood in front of 4 employees during the 830 pm shift. Waited 7 minutes as the ONLY one in line before being offered help. Actually check that wasn't offered help at ALL. Watched girl washing counter with her gloves on with only her gloves, then used same gloves to roll a burrito. Are you TRYING to get people sick? I have not had Chipotle for years and was pleasantly surprised. We ordered for a work lunch event. Delivery was on time. Each of the items were clearly marked, making it easy to sort through. I ordered a chicken burrito bowl. It was customizable . The bowl was bigger than expected and filled with rice, chicken, lettuce , cheese and salsa. The burritos were massive. Overall, everyone enjoyed their lunch and the customized options. read more

The worse! Get your ordering process better 3rd time someone else took my mobile order. This is not acceptable.

All I can say is disappointing. We usually go there and place our order so we can see our order made and customize it the way we like. This time I ordered a steak burrito and a chicken bowl online. When I went to pick it up, it wasn't there and they said they made it but somebody else must have taken it. So they remade it in the back and when I got home I ate my rice and bean burrito. Yes, I ordered a steak burrito but I guess somebody else got the steak as well. You would think that a steak burrito would be steak forward. We will think twice about ordering from here again. read more

If I could give -1 review I would. The service of this specific location is lacking in every way. An older woman and a teenager helped out and the way that they treated us was actually horrific for this being a fast food restaurant. The lady was with an attitude and the kid just looked at you like he hated his life and was beyond lazy. The lady was being rude when I asked for extra sour cream as if I can't afford it , I didn't ask for anything free I know how service works. When I mentioned I would do a yelp review she changed her attitude. Whoever is in charge of this place should consider retraining their employees in costumer service. It is not that hard to do your job well, if you do not want to be kind to your customers DONT GO TO WORK. read more

Honestly, I have given this chipotle plenty of chances but they always let me down. Portion control is ridiculous. Half scoops for protein is ridiculous. Spend your money elsewhere. read more

This has to be the worst experience, the customer see here is terrible. I received an expired juice from two months ago in my order today. I called the store to inform them, he told me he doubts it and hangs up in my face. I call back and they ignore it. How do you sell expired products and then treat a customer as such. Would never recommend this place to anyone. read more

Got to Chipotle at 10:48. They locked the door just before I stopped my car, I made eye contact with the employee and she walked away. If you say you're open until 11 stay open until 11. I drove 20 minutes for no reason and I'm still hungry. read more

Everything people have said about the lack of quality service is unfortunately spot-on. From the skimpy portion sizes to the horrendously butchered mobile orders, these people really don't care about your experience. If you can't be trusted to give a fair portion on anything without someone standing over you in-person, then you really don't have any business working in a restaurant. Here's where it gets even better- they'll skimp ingredients right in front of your face too. All i wanted was an extra helping of cheese, and this kid pinches it with his fingers and barely adds a portion. I had to ask him literally four different times for extra cheese just to get a fair helping. Use your hand like an actual person and throw that cheese on there, little buddy! Take your money anywhere else. read more

Food is fine as far as chipotle goes. The staff here is usually slower than I'd expect so there seems to always be a line when I see plenty of staff walking in and out of the back but never helping the front. Also when they run out of a meat they don't give any idea of when more will come so seems like they are always underprepared for the amount of business they get staff also usually aren't very pleasant but also not rude. They are just kind of a basic attitude like they want to leave or be doing something else read more

DONT ORDER FROM HERE!!!! Not only did they say they didn't get our online order but it was WRONG!!!! Paid $35 for a quesadillas which had only one quarter of a quesadillas in it but my steak burrito bowl was only a quarter cup brown rice a drizzle of sour cream and an 1/8 cup of some nasty looking meat! NOTHING ELSE! No fajita vegetables or lettuce or cheese! What the heck?!!!!! I want a refund! It was supposed to be ready at 6:30! I stood there for 40 minutes waiting for them to NOT CORRECTLY MAKE MY ORDER!!!! Tried not to give them any stars but I had to give them one star to post this review! Never order online and go to this location. Placed an order Sunday evening the 14th. Your out of luck if they get your order wrong (which they do most of the time). great food, however, don't order queso on anything. why? they forget it every time. and they charge an extra like $2+ for it and if you call customer service they just give you a credit for free queso and AGAIN they forget it. it's a lose-lose situation. why are you charging for something you never put on??? annoying. stop charging so much for something you literally never use. i know it's a small issue but it's SO annoying. HORRIBLE MANAGER & SERVICE!!! Husband went to pickup our online order. Had attempted to order and pay online when he received message that there was a technical issue. Was directed by website to pay in store. Arrived at store to pick up order and pay. Was told abruptly and quite rudely that they don't do it that way. Attempted to explain to manager, who responded very cynically, what had happened. Manager appeared to think he was making up a lie. Manager, again quite rudely, told him to go to the back of the line to order. While he was trying to confirm that no order or payment had been processed, especially since our cc was used, the manager walked away while he was in mid- sentence. Unbelievable! Once he did get to order, serving sizes were sparse and server was indifferent and uninterested in listening to customizing our order such as adding extra cheese, going light on the rice, etc. Overall, an absolutely horrible experience with the online interface, then the horribly RUDE in store manager followed by poor service!!! Sent complaint to Chipotle via their website. We'll see how/if they respond. read more

Horrible customer service. I pay $11 for steak and they never even fill the whole bowl up, it's like they're stingy about how much they give out. Not only that, when I ask if they can put more steak they always have such an attitude. The employees also laugh right in front of the customers faces which I don't think is professional. No wonder this location doesn't have a high rating. read more

If I could I would put zero stars. The girl serving was putting the smallest amount as possible and when I asked her if she could put more she said "you want extra" ??? These mfs have the audacity to make me wait 15 minutes for rice that wasn't even fully cooked. Then they didn't even give me guacamole with my chips and didn't even give me the drink that I had ordered. I was there for 20 minutes to wait for rice, that wasn't even fully cooked at this point, I want my money back Once I got the rice. It was crunchy damn near broke my tooth. In one of my bowls they sprinkled three pieces of lettuce. And I asked for extra. if I can give zero stars, I would I never am the kind of person to write reviews but everyone in the joint needs to get fired. Walked into Chipotle around 7:15 pm and ordered a bowl, they were out of beans so waited until they brought some out. We also wanted the chicken al pastor and they were out so, we asked can we have queso as a substitution. The lady (claimed to be a manager) didn't answer and went in the back. A man came up so, I told him we were waiting on an answer about substituting the al pastor chicken for queso and he quickly responded, NO, we can't do that!! You have to pay for it. I then said, I was waiting on the other lady for a response and he said he was the manager and if I didn't like it that I could leave. I then asked for his name and he rudely said, I don't have to give you that and you can leave! The lady then appeared from the back and I told her that we were waiting on her answer about the queso but nevermind because we were just told they have the al pastor chicken. She then replied, oh, I was just going to tell you the same thing he said and then I replied but you don't even know what he said and she replied, you're right. At this point because they were rude, unfriendly and unprofessional and unpleasant I decided to leave. I will never visit this place again for the following reasons: They were rude, unpleasant and not accommodating; the cashier counter was dirty, the food prep/grill was dirty and full of containers (some were empty and some had food). I will never eat here again, Clearly the manager was on a power trip and wasn't willing to accommodate when they were out of food. Clearly, someone isn't doing their job because if they were, they wouldn't have ran out of black beans, pinto beans, beef, pork or chicken. I've never seen this uncleanliness, unprofessionalism or rudeness in all of my years of patronizing Chipotle. I'm highly disappointed!!!! read more

This is the second time we ordered online went to pick it up and our order wasnt there or even made yet. Today we got there 15 min later than the app told us to.
