Should have looked at this location's reviews before heading here, but we figured, "it's Chipotle, it's gotta be good!" We were wrong. I saw someone else wrote recently that the staff at this location are so incompetent it's insane, and I couldn't have put it better myself. We've eaten at Chipotle's from coast to coast, and have never had to correct so many mistakes before. Thank goodness we were ordering in person, and not calling in an order for delivery or pickup. Basically, we had to tell the two employees who were waiting on us how to do their jobs for the entire order. Also, the place looked like a bomb went off - most of the ingredients were empty on the food line, food scraps and bits all over ever surface, and this was at like 6pm - not the end of the night! I gave them two stars because, in spite of the disorder, the food actually tasted good. read more

This is a long-overdue update. While this location got off to a rocky start, over the years, this has become our go-to Chipotle spot (which is saying something since we're actually closer to the Brockton location). They now consistently have everything in stock, the dining room is always immaculate, and there is a core group of long-term staff that are truly wonderful, friendly humans. I will say that they do seem to have a very high turnover rate with some of the staff so our experience with the short timers has been hit and miss but the folks who stuck around are really great. My fiance and I stop by every Friday for our end of the week Chipotle fix. This is now a regular favorite. read more

All of the other reviews are spot on - this Chipotle is terrible. I ordered online for pick up, my order was t ready when I arrived, and I discovered my order was completely wrong when I got back to work. I ordered a side of guacamole and it was so brown that I didn't eat it. Honestly, go anywhere else to eat. read more

Visited this location last Friday at noon. No white rice & no chicken.(nobody in line and only a few customers in the restaurant..no excuses) 7 employees behind the line chit-chatting amongst themselves. Usually love the 'Chipotle product', however after this experience I will definitely consider going elsewhere. Great example of how difficult it is too find good help read more

Place is trash. I'm surprised I didn't get norovirus the second I walked in the door. They're always out of food and, I mean, let's face it - it's frigging Chipotle. You guys should just quit while you're way behind. It's terrible. The worst. Garbage. Nasty. Not worth your time. read more

Omg!!! Slowest place on earth. It's like snails make the food. The food is okay, veggies are never good though and guac wasn't looking good today. Manager needs to get involved. A few weeks ago I was here when they opened and they weren't actually open until 30min later. Hate to give bad reviews but....improvements could be made. read more

My friend accidentally clicked on the wrong Chipotle and ordered from the one in Randolph. I knew that they would mess up the order even before I got there. Well, guess what? Half of the order was at the pickup table. Missing our drinks and chips. This was a big order too, for 6 people. So I went up with my friends to the counter and had to get the drinks. Well, apparently, they're out of chips too. No phone call, nothing. Just that they can replace the chips with extra drinks after being questioned why part of the order was missing. But we didn't want extra drinks and already paid for the chips and guacamole. I had to ask to at least get the guacamole part, because they kept saying only drinks. Oh right, this is after I had to ask for the rest of my order after paying $100+. So I filled out the refund form. But sure as hell ain't coming back to this shit hole. read more

Every time my family and I have ordered from this location, they screw up at least 1 person's meal. Tonight, we decided to give them one last chance....our mistake. They screwed up 3 out of the 4 meals we ordered. Didn't realize until all the food was back home, had to go back to the store receipt in hand and get the correct food. Well, they still managed to screw up the order and didn't give us the drink for the kids meal. You'd be better off at any other location, the employees in Randolph clearly can't read read more

Terrible customer service !! I placed the order online, and it said it would be ready at 8:15 I arrived at 8:17 and the order wasn't even started. When I asked for it the kid you made it acted like I was inconveniencing him. He finishes my order and puts it to the side not even telling the cashier t was ready as I waited. I finally asked where it was and he said right there with an attitude. I asked the cashier to please put it in a bag, which she did and couldn't even hand it to me. read more

I honestly don't like chipotle that much. I only had chipotle no more than 2 or 3 times. However I'm not fond of the the meal itself. It literally made me sick. But also I don't load it with everything there and the number 1 thing is that they need to learn how to keep food hot and not cold. read more

Not gonna lie worst chipotle I've ever been to, whoever is in charge around this place should give it up service is terrible they're slow as all hell, i honestly don't know else to say i could honestly put 5 toddlers in here give them possibly a 20 minute run down of their responsibilities and they'd be all set and could move twice as fast as these grown adults smh get rid of this store read more

Good: The staff is nice. It is close to my house. Bad: EVERY SINGLE TIME we order here, there is an outage of an item I ordered. Yesterday they were out of white rice. The time before that, no cheese. The time before that, no tortillas. Two times before that, no chips. They lost my online order once and made me wait out the full line of people, even though I had ordered an hour previous. I showed them the screenshot of the order on my phone, address of the restaurant and everything was correct, I had ordered from the right place. Basically, don't waste your time at this one until they hire a new person who manages their inventory. Just take the extra time to go to the Braintree store. EDIT: I went again today, 7/31/16 and there was ANOTHER outage. This time they were out of tomato salsa. On top of that, they lost our order again. We were supposed to pick up our online order at 7:30, but nobody had even started it. Oh, and they were our of medium lids so we had to be given a large cup so we could use the large lids. EDIT 2: I went today, 8/21/16 and they were out of sour cream. Someone NEEDS to make a change at this place. read more

Went in for a bowl and they didn't have half the ingredients that I wanted in the bowl. No guacamole!! A Mexican place with no guacamole?!!!? Totally hopeless!! read more

The service was good. But the food still sucked. Was looking for a fresh bite to eat but it was dried out and greasy. also did not have a hot salsa or guacamole read more

36 dollars ....ordered a double order on both chicken and steak bowls. I got less than a actual bowl. Chipotle has gotten worse since the drive up social distancing situation. read more

Bad service. Ordered online.......went to pick up the food and it was late by 20 mins. When I checked, they were rude about it. Also was disappointed with the food quality. I ordered the burrito bowl - it was essentially filled with rice and very little other ingredients. I added extra chicken but it was even less than what I get under a normal order at other locations. Disappointing!! read more

My first time at this particular Chipotle; I'm a regular in Boston and Cambridge. The service was slow, especially compared to what I'm used to from the Kendall Square location even though it wasn't a busy time. The music is too loud, the servers seemed disengaged and the restaurant is a little messy even though it's 80% empty--nearly all of the orders are takeout. I was expecting a better experience in the suburbs since the ones in town are so busy but it was the opposite. Strange. read more

The food is terrible, and they are often understaffed. I've ordered online here once and they took my money and when I got there the doors were locked, and the few employees inside didn't answer the door when I knocked on in, to ask for a refund. read more

STAY AWAY and DO NOT ORDER ONLINE HERE EITHER. A couple months ago I ordered two BURRITOS for pickup, and instead got two burrito BOWLS. How do you mess that up? Today I gave this place another chance and ordered another two burritos for delivery. 20 minutes late, cold, one burrito was WAY smaller than the other even though nothing extra was ordered. One of them I ordered was steak but I ended up getting chicken and a few pieces of steak. Really pathetic, not coming back here. read more

All these years I've never been a fan of chipotle.. but I tried it and I fell in love!! I've been missing out for so long. I got the bowl and it's sooo good! The portions are right and it's just delicious. read more

Don't really know why it has a bad rating for this place? Went on a Sunday lunch hour and it was not packed! Chipotle now packed during lunch? That's twilight zone right there. But this place was not busy and I got in, got my food to go, and got out all with ease. Staff were efficient and service was fast. Can't complain. And chipotle is everything if you haven't already been! read more

The Service was alright, no line so experience was easily enough. The food on the other hand was cold, dry, grainy rice and just absolutely not satisfactory. I can see why this place has been getting bad reviews because of the food, just seems that the place is suffering because of lack of traffic. I'd imagine my food has been sitting there for a couple hours. Maybe it's a good idea to make less and make often, employees are there so with the simple fix this place can be back to standards. read more

Miserably slow service. Arrived to pick up order with ample time to have 1 bowl ready I.e. over 20 mins, no one in the line upon my arrival, and they claimed they were short on help. when I asked for the manager was told he had stepped out. Can not recommend. read more

i ordered off of doordash. i got a burrito bowl. everything was good besides the black beans. they tasted like chemicals. my moms meal came in cold and it was gross. and no, its not a travel issue because we live 2 minutes away. the first time we ordered they didn't even forget our order. they gave us half of it and the other half was chips and we didnt even get any. and they didn't forget because they gave us the dips. i do not recommend trying here and go to another chipotle. read more

Normally I go the Braintree restaurant but since I live around the corner from the Randolph store, I decided to give this restaurant a chance. WRONG! The cashier was rude and with too much 'stank' attitude. The young lady making the burrito was stressed to the max (no help from the four or more people standing around), my chicken burrito was almost meatless with tasteless beans and soggy rice not to mention the guacamole that turned brown before I got home. My question is how do you mess up a burrito? My suggestion and answer is -- go to Braintree. My advice to Management/Staff is DO BETTER!!! Don't cause the place to close down. Jobs are looking for people! read more

Simple ingredients created some great eats! I liked the chicken and steak meat combination. Mild sauce added a hint of spice but not overpowering the food. Simply yummy！ read more

I ordered via Uber Eats since I'm at work and can't drive out there right now. They kept that poor Uber Eats driver there for 20 minutes waiting and would not give him the order. I felt so bad for him. My order arrived 30 minutes late, which also made me late for my afternoon work activities! When employees act like that it hurts everyone's business read more

I love Chipotle, however this location(Randolph) sucks! First off the customer service was dry and off putting. Then when I got home and actually took a bite, I almost chipped a tooth because the rice was so hard. The beans well i usually get pinto beans but they looked so dry and disgusting i opted for black beans, and even those were bland. Oh and let's not forget about the dry and tasteless chicken...if I could take it back and get my money I would! Shame on you Chipotle..please do better! read more

Diner beware! If you order online with delivery and they mess-up, you are out of luck! They forgot part of our order and when we called to inform us they said that we would have to come and get it, when we asked for a refund since we couldn't said sure, but we would have to come to the store for a refund, can't do it over the phone. Totally insane and defeats the purpose of delivery. Bad customer service! read more

Honestly, I like Mexican food and usually visit Chipotle (I know it's technically not authentic Mexican food). Recently, got opportunity to visit this location and I didn't like it at all. The service was poor and the food wasn't like other Chipotle. I don't recommend this particular location to anyone. Drive and extra mile or two and go to the different location. read more

Okay!! I was super exhausted Friday night and hungry. I didn't want fast food that was fried. I said let me give it one more try. I'm actually glad I did. They may have changed the staff. I was greeted by super friendly older staff. Not teenagers!! The veggies were still a little burnt...however, NOT anything like thwey were a few weeks back! They're still working out little kinks I guess. But, my burrito bowl was definitely 80% better! The staff in the back was cleaning up everything..and I mean..SCRUBBING! This place is clean!!! Let's let them work out their kinks and see how it goes!! Not all is lost with this place!! I'm glad about that!! read more

Went there for a simple bowl to take out. Person making the food said nothing to me except to ask the ingredients then tossed the closed food bowl on the counter. The people who work there are only interested in talking to each other. The cashier, Meccia, was making bags of chips and told the person who prepared my food that she wasn't working this weekend because she was already sick. Great when you work with food. Told me my amount, ran my card handed my receipt and turned away. read more

My first experience was walking in the door. An employee was on the way out and held the door for me and my daughter, and said enjoy the food in a very nice and welcoming tone. The cashier was sweet and nice and asked how my day was going. They get 5 stars for their employee's customer service manner, and they get 2 stars for the food. The rice is undercooked and half crunchy, they were completely out of black beans, almost out of pinto beans, almost out of every meat, the fajita veggies were limp and sad, they were out of hot salsa, they were out of guacamole (REALLY!?). And none of the food was hot. Maybe the worst chipotle food-wise I've been to, but the nicest employees. So that was weird and I'm torn. This place would get 5 stars if they would get the food situation under control! read more

Ordered chipolte through the app and picked it up only to get back to the office to find out they completely butchered my order. You would think having it spelled out in front of them would leave little room for error, but guess not. Ordered a rice bowl with chicken veggies and lettuce. Received a bowl with beans lettuce and guacamole only. Makes zero sense. Called to complain, also zero help. Do yourself a favor and visit a different location. read more
