Chipotle is easily my favorite thing to eat and this chipotle is the closest one to my house m, so it is my go to. I have been here multiple times so I finally decided to leave a review. This store is located in Randolph and it is right across a MC Donald's. They have plenty of parking in front of the store and a spacious parking lot nearby. The interior of the store has plenty of sitting area and it looks clean and organized,not much to complain about. Each time I have been here I had a lovely experience. The employees are nice and welcoming and they are always pretty helpful. My go to order is a vegetarian bowl with brown rice. I believe their food taste as the average chipotle food, and for the price you are paying they are pretty generous with the portions. My only complaint is that one time I order a vegetarian bowl and only when we got to the register they informed me that there was no guacamole but apart from that I always have lovely experiences. read more

Poorly managed. Placed an online order and when I arrived at the store, there were numerous people waiting for their order. Only one person was making the orders to go and she proceeded to leave the station and go do something else. One customer told me she had been waiting twenty minutes past her expected time for pickup. read more

It was crowded and we had to wait for veggies and rice to be cooked. The girl behind the counter was wiping off the counter and some of the rice flew into the other containers of food. At that point I just walked out. I think if you're wiping off the counter you should move the containers that the food is in. read more

Outrageous. Service slow and workers are not polite. There are numerous works standing in the back talking where they can be viewed by customer, but for some reason there is only one employee aiding our service. I am just absolutely irate. I came here on a busy Friday night and surprisingly did not wait long for my order. All of the ingredients were fully stocked, which helped the line move quicker. This location lacks consistency. Either decently filled bowls, or half filled bowls like one in the picture. 9/10 times you go, expect to be disappointed. I paid about $14 for this half filled bowl. I only go to this location bc of convenience, but now i'm taking the drive to Q or B location. You're better off getting mcdonalds across the street, five guys, or wingstop. I ordered a bowl with brown rice, vegan chorizo, onions and peppers, black beans, lettuce, and guac. They were out of vegan chorizo so I chose tofu instead. Guac was almost a $3 upcharge for a stingy amount. Total cost was $11+. I ate about 1/3 of the bowl. 3 hours later I am shitting my brains out and very nauseous. My entire abdomen is cramping and I feel awful. Never again. Update: I was up all night alternating between vomiting and diarrhea. I vomited for 7 hours straight. I have never been so sick in all my life, I'm 37 years old! It was so bad that I had to be hospitalized. The nurse in the ER told me that my symptoms are all consistent with food poisoning. This might possibly be the worst run Chipotle I have ever been too. When this place first opened up I always came out with a good experience. I cannot say the same now. Unfortunately the only consistent feature of this restaurant is in fact how inconsistent they are. It is impossible to know what you are getting when you enter this restaurant. I find that the following is never consistent: actual hours of operation, online order only vs in person ordering, and consistent lack of product. This has been going on for almost a year. If I have ever been lucky enough to get through checkpoint A of "is this open today", checkpoint B of "can I walk in and order?", AND checkpoint C of "are they out of anything today?". I have been greeted by very lackluster customer service. I imagine the customer service is a byproduct of the poor management that is causing the aforementioned inconsistencies above so I cannot expect too much in that department. The faults of this Chipotle have caused me to completely disregard it's existence when I am deciding on a fast food restaurant. I have not returned and I have also encouraged my peers to not give this restaurant business. I enjoy Chipotle because it is convenient and the menu is simple, but this place is absolutely terrible. we ordered ahead at this chipotle to be picked up at 3:00pm and we placed the order 20 minutes ahead to give them ample time to prepare. When I arrived, there was a line of 10 people idling around. No one else was currently ordering for them to take care of either. Currently we've been standing here waiting for a total of 40 minutes and STILL COUNTING. There are 6 people working, but no one else is willing to help the one girl pictured in the photo who is doing her best to fulfill these orders. So I stopped by this Chipotle to order food for my kids. The only thing they eat from Chipotle is quesadillas. I went in to order 3 quesadillas and the cashier said I had to order them online through the app. I have never been to a Chipotle that makes you order a quesadilla online. Ridiculous! Set my pickup for 6:45pm and when I got there at 6:47 it wasn't done which was fine. I then keep checking all of the bags set out wondering if maybe so missed my name on the bags because at 6:57 my food still wasn't there. Another customer came in and as soon as they walked in they were treated (I was not) and were handed a bag one of the workers had just finished making, he put it down on the table and she gave him a different bag. After that customer left I was waiting another 2 minutes before checking the bag he placed down.... it was mine. Wow honestly as a local I haven't found anything particularly wrong with ordering from here, so I was surprised to see so many one star reviews! Anyways, I already at my bowl but personally I've never had a problem with the quantity (coming form a hefty eater) neither have I had stomache problems from this Randolph branch. Not that I'm a regular but out of each time my family comes here we are headlight full and content. Just as any other chipotle I've been to. They clearly can not get employees that want to work or care anything about customer service. -When you walk in don't expect to be greeted with a smile or a pleasant hello. You will just get stared at like you have 4 heads. - Ordering a salad, check your bag for your dressing. If it's not in there just brace yourself for the attitude coming your way for THEIR mistake. - Depending on the time of day you go there will be at least one person on the line what is definitely high on something. as many of the reviews have mentioned, this chipotle is consistently inconsistent. whenever you place an order for pickup it is good to expect it to be ready 30 minutes after you place it. this did not happen only once, it is every time. i walked in the location this time to see every employee huddled around the POS system, watching the one person using it. nobody is in the kitchen, there's 15 people in the restaurant waiting for their order, and only two online orders are sitting on the counter getting cold. eventually, people start to decide that it's a good idea to start working, after all, they aren't getting paid $13.50 an hour to do nothing. the one person in the kitchen yells to the rest of the staff, "can somebody help the customers? we have people waiting!", no response from the staff. not only did i wait a long time for someone to scoop rice in a bowl, i got an insulting bowl. i didn't know that the gasoline shortage had an impact on the lettuce, i had to separate the lettuce from the rest of the bowl to get perspective on how little they put for me. seriously? do yourself a favor, try going to local businesses instead. avoid going to this chipotle, most especially this one, try the many local businesses that Randolph has to offer. i've given this place way too many chances. read more

So many things wrong with the entire process or ordering and receiving my food but this is a big KUDOS to Tiffany and Leigh (Lee?) working their butts off to handle all of the orders while 15 people waited while many of them complained rudely about the delays. While it took nearly an hour from the time I placed my order to actually receiving it -- AND they ran out of steak so had to substitute (and no adjustment to price because the store can't adjust the online orders), these two women hustled, tolerated the abuse and remained pleasant about items completely out of their control. This Chipotle is down the street from my office and it's been at least 2 years since I ordered from there. I now remember why. I ordered one bowl on the app to be ready at 12:30, but I didn't receive it until 12:55. The restaurant had about 10-15 people waiting, but nobody was actually ordering in line... just waiting. There were at least 6 people behind the counter, but it seemed only 1 girl was bagging all of the online orders. I know it's a busy time during lunch, but either update the quote times for food to make them longer or hire more people during peak hours? The young man at the front went to look on the monitor and saw my order and ushered someone to make my order. After reading several reviews I still decide to try this location for myself. The staff was pretty okay all though one young lady had her bedroom head scarf on, in my opinion that's very unprofessional especially when working face to face with customers. Its tacky. A lot of people on here have complained about the rice being undercooked, but my experience was different the rice was overcooked. It was mushy and flavorless. I should've spoke up when I noticed the server use her fingers to scoop the rice off of the serving spoon. It takes nothing to redo a pot of rice. It should never be undercooked or overcooked. This tells me the staff at this location is extremely lazy and is willing to put out anything just to save a profit. I probably won't be returning to this location. PS The guacamole is disgusting and I'm not sure how this is possible. One of the main things I enjoy about Chipotle is their guac, clearly someone in the kitchen can't read the directions or simply chooses not to. read more

I saw someone else wrote recently that the staff at this location are so incompetent it's insane, and I couldn't have put it better myself. We've eaten at Chipotle's from coast to coast, and have never had to correct so many mistakes before. Thank goodness we were ordering in person, and not calling in an order for delivery or pickup. Basically, we had to tell the two employees who were waiting on us how to do their jobs for the entire order. Also, the place looked like a bomb went off - most of the ingredients were empty on the food line, food scraps and bits all over ever surface, and this was at like 6pm - not the end of the night! This is a long-overdue update. While this location got off to a rocky start, over the years, this has become our go-to Chipotle spot (which is saying something since we're actually closer to the Brockton location). They now consistently have everything in stock, the dining room is always immaculate, and there is a core group of long-term staff that are truly wonderful, friendly humans. I will say that they do seem to have a very high turnover rate with some of the staff so our experience with the short timers has been hit and miss but the folks who stuck around are really great. My fiance and I stop by every Friday for our end of the week Chipotle fix. This is now a regular favorite. read more
