Great service and great people giving me and my friends a bogo deal. Food is amazing and super cool place overall

The Oak Park Heights location is atrocious. Every table in the place was dirty. No one wiped anything down in the dining room. It's most definitely Not a clean place to wait for food. They are getting really stingy and cheap with ingredients at this place as well. The two burritos I got were HALF the size they are normally. Practically no toppings on them. I got 3 tacos that barely had anything in them. I feel cheated as I got an 8 dollar burrito for 18! They completely forgot my birthday reward as well. No queso and stingy quantities compared to less than a year ago. read more

Like others mentioned it's an embarrassment to the Chipotle brand. A complete crap show every single visit and can never get one complete experience correct. Ice machine bad. Soda missing. Chips Not available. No chicken. Credit machine down. Tiny portions. Consider it a failure and this is your guiding light. Disgusting management lets this exist as an ok experience just betting on people letting it go. Just go to Woodbury to see excellence at this brand. read more

"I recently visited this Popeyes and had a very disappointing experience, even though the restaurant was completely empty. The employee who assisted me was a young, skinny girl with fake eyelashes who was visibly impatient, rolling her eyes and making me feel unwelcome during my first visit. I also witnessed her treating an elderly, disabled man in front of me in the line with the same lack of respect. Her behavior was unprofessional and detracted from the overall experience." read more

We made a mobile order for 6:20 and it said it was done at 6:15 we got there at 6:15 and left with our food at 6:45. We were asked multiple times what the name was and every time we told him he did not go and check. The food was cold and had to have been sitting for atleast 10 minutes. The worker in there who was taking peoples orders was openly vaping and his gf came in the middle of him working and he left the register to go hug her and kiss her while people were waiting to be checked out in line. Very unprofessional behavior and just overall bad experience. He also gave our bag to us with both handles broken. read more

Gonna be real... I am a HUGE Chipotle fan. I've been to this one probably half a dozen times. But somehow... every single time I've come here the wait is 20-30 min. Doesn't matter if you order on the app or in store. The wait is the same. I've seen some people wait even LONGER. It's disgraceful and I can't say that I will ever choose this chipotle over any other available option. Can't wait for the Chick-fil-A to open down the road. read more

With a whopping 10 people in front of me, I managed to wait 37 minutes to get a burrito. Not the generous portions you typically expect from chipotle, only to have been told I paid for someone else's order and took 5 mins to figure how to give me a refund. Get it together chipotle! This thing is about turning profit and does not take proper time to train staff or clean. read more

The food was not as fresh as other Chipotles. There was sauce and food spilled on counter with no attempt to clean up. Front entry was filthy. Won't be going back. read more

Pickup orders placed online are typically late at the Stillwater, MN location. But tonight they are over two hours late making the order. Do not place an order online. It is much quicker to stand in line if you really need your Chipotle. read more

They told me it was extra money for rice when they barely put any (literally less than half a scoop). This is a full burrito not a kids meal (which is what it looks like). They never have anything, and they don't want to do their jobs to get you the items you paid for. read more

Always late. Very sloppy burritos fall apart in seconds. Always late. Rude staff who looks at you like you're their mortal enemy just for asking where your order is when it's 10 minutes past due. Always late. Always late. Not an adult in the store, entire staff is just pink high school kids who clearly hate their job and the customers. Interior is always a mess, always big spills on the floor and messy tables, garbage strewn about. read more

I've been a longtime chipotle fan ever since my sister attended the local college in Denver (DU) where the original Chipotle was born back in the 90's. I pretty much stick to the same bowl and rarely change my order. Anyways I've been struggling cause of my of chipotle but this chipotle can't even meet my low standards. Tonight I ordered some food through the app. They were out of fajita veggies, steak, chicken and the new steak option...that's crazy. Then one of the orders completely leaked in the bag and made a huge mess. We also ordered guacamole and chips. More like unmashed avocado with some cilantro. Unfortunately this isn't the first time we've had an order like this but will probably avoid this chipotle moving forward. read more

Horrible customer service. Gave our mobile order to the wrong person. Dirty. Lots of people waiting around for their mobile orders and no one helping. Ice machine broken. Avoid if you can. Just awful. I'd give it 0 stars if I could. read more

We made an online order here for a single burrito with chipotle honey chicken. It said it would be ready at 9:30pm and there was no one else in the restaurant so we figured it would be out quickly. Eventually about 10 minutes elapsed with the FOUR staff in the front completely ignoring us and not even making anything besides for the people who came in to order at the counter. We asked them several times if they could start our order and they said that it will be ready soon. When the order finally came out at 9:45 it wasn't even make with the right chicken, which we paid extra for. We didn't think that there could be a worse Chipotle than the one in Highland in St. Paul but lo and behold stillwater takes the cake. Don't come here, go to Qdoba. read more

The burrito had aura, as In a aura of sauce dripping down the side, great food, perfect service, very well noise proofed

Ordered online, go there right at pick up time, had to wait longer than if we had just gotten in line to order, got our food, 2 bowls and an order of chips/guac. Both bowls were missing items and the guac was an entire hard, inedible chunk of avacado..to top things off, I left a tip online..lesson learned, I will never make that mistake again! read more

I wish I could give this a zero. this was the worst experience I've ever had in my life. I placed my order for a veggie burrito (white rice, black beans, cheese, sour cream, corn and guac) with a bag of chips for a pickup time of 11:50. when I got there there were about 10 other people waiting for their food. I sat and waited because I was in no rush for my food after about 40 minutes only 2 orders had come out. (So at this point it's about 12:30) A girl waiting for her food complained and they took everyone's name who was waiting because their system wasn't working. after another 20 minutes my sister got her food (who ordered AFTER me). I waiting another 20 minutes so now it's about 1:15 before asking about my order because the app had told me it was ready. They explained their system was creating false orders so they needed my name which I had given them 40 minutes prior. I provided them with my name and they apologized saying they would refund me and would give me my burrito for free. I did not get a refund because I paid with a gift card so they weren't able to refund me. They finally gave me my order and it was missing my chips and the gave me a large soda? That I didn't order? but I couldn't talk to the individual at the cashier as they were on the phone so I left. I complained to the online "pepper" and they gave me a free chips reward. I drove home and sat down ready to enjoy my burrito that took close to an hour and a half to create to discover it ONLY HAD WHITE RICE AND BEANS. it was disgusting and I will never return to this location. I don't know what else to say other than this was awful. I try to be understanding and working in fast food I get how it goes but no one was informing customers what was going on and orders were never coming out. It was awful. read more

Honestly, I knew better than to give this place one last shot at redemption, so this is partly my fault. Ive only had 2 experiences at this Chipotle, both extremely disappointing. During my last visit, I ordered a burrito with white rice, black beans, and brisket. The employee making my burrito did so with minimal effort and portions that looked like she was rationing ingredients for wartime. Except for the cheese and sour cream. This woman dumped half of a dairy farm worth of sour cream on my burrito and covered it with so much cheese I thought she was trying to insulate it. I took one bite and it felt like I was freebasing queso into my soul. Overall 1/10 experience. Tasted like guilt, cilantro, and lactose intolerance. read more

I mean I've been to chipotle enough to know that you can ask for more of pretty much everything that isn't a protein or an up-charge, so portions aren't really a concern if you keep that in mind. I've been coming to this chipotle for a long time, and it's always been staffed by high schoolers. Usually you get the service you expect from a high schooler, not much to write home about. The bulk of my concern is cleanliness of the establishment, I stopped by around dinner time and decided I wanted to sit down and eat. Looking around the entire restaurant it was noticeably messy. This was the first time I was unable to find a clean place to sit in my long history of fast casual dining. Without any degree of certainty if my future table had some form food born illness I decided to leisurely crumb my table and ignore the thought. Most would probably think during busy periods it's understandable for it to be a little messy. Although, it was completely dead besides myself and another patron. Now I had noticed six staff members just chatting amongst themselves without a concern in the world. In the time a spent eating and observing I figured it would probably take the same amount of time for one of the six to wipe, sweep, and even mop the whole restaurant. Ultimately I would highly recommend taking your food to go. To those of you who are looking for pillars of cleanliness, customer service, and a good fast casual dining experience I encourage you to look elsewhere. read more

Good food and service as usual. Typically quite a few people in line as it is in a busy place. Only problem is that the root beer has never been working any time i have gone. Sometimes they fix it while I'm still at the place but usually is just a waist to buy a soda cup. read more

We order for this chipotle a lot and every time the mess up a order or it is a long wait also the size portion is terrible they are so small

Very disappointed with the portions. Rice was sour and salty. The day this place has vinaigrette will go down in history never once have they actually had it when I ask. Very subpar eating experience. Sadly I will be back tommorow read more

I have had nothing but poor experiences at chipotle lately. Really wanted a quick burrito tonight and decided to give chipotle one more shot. BIG MISTAKE. I should have just driven the extra 10 minutes to go to Qdoba where portions are actually sufficient and the staff don't hate that you come in to the store. Will never be returning to any chipotle ever. Do yourself a favor and go to Qdoba instead of this trash joint. read more

AMAZING. I read the reviews before coming here, they weren't the best. But after I tried my burrito, it was an automatic 5 stars. The workers were pleasant, the rice was fully cooked, and the guacamole was fresh, and my burrito was bigger than my head . I recommend and would come again . read more

Went for lunch today and will probably never go back to a chipotle again. Our party ordered 2 chip bags and both were stale. Why can't chipotle make a hot burrito? They're always cold and don't have much meat for its size! At least use warm tortillas, hot beans, meat, and rice, and that would be more enjoyable. They're too bland for my tastes! read more

I've been to a lot of chipotle locations and this is by far the worst. It's like they *want* you to come back after picking up your to-go order so they can make your food again. Small portions of the wrong ingredients every time. Don't even get me started on the cauliflower rice. If they don't have it they don't even bother to call you or let you know, but still charge you for it anyway. When you're in there and everyone in line talks about how bad this location is you know you're in for a treat. Don't bother. Keep driving to Maplewood. read more

This used to be my favorite place for Mexican food. The food is still decent, everything else about the place has gone super downhill. Some days you can't use cash. Some days it's closed during stated business hours. Some days you have to use an app to order. The staff is now untrained. The place is filthy. I really would like it to be one of my favorite places again. Please do something. read more
