Everything is fine in general but I kept coming to this Chipotle because they hadn't been skimping on the meat. Extra full spoons of salsa and sour cream, barely half a spoon of meat. Good times are over folks, pack it up read more

I can see why this place has only Two stars. It's been 3 years since my wife and I visited Chipotie Grill and it's going to be another 3 years till we go back. The place was filthy. Every table in the place had left over food on it yet they had 5 servers behind the counter doing nothing. The Manager was two busy talking on her phone. They are lucky the Board of health didn't walk in there cause they would have been shut down for sure. The Regional Manager better take note of the comment because it's a health hazard. On o score of 1-10 Food. 6 Service. 0 Ambiance. Vibe 0 Seriously get your act together read more

The food server rolled her eyes every time I told her I wanted something and the sour cream was like water and the Barbacoa had no flavor

I literally got food poisoning. It was the only thing I ate today and 3 hours or so after eating such bowl, I began to vomit. Never returning read more

Terrible service. Completely vacant and checked out employee. Unfriendly. Messed up making burrito and had to remake. Tried to hand me the burrito not in a bag just wrapped in foil. When I asked for a bag was told sure and a folded bag was placed on the counter. Literally part of your job is to bag the food. I still left an excellent tip because the other employee was working hard and was helpful and pleasant but the employee that made my burrito should not be working with people. read more

Disappointed with the Raynham location. The staff is consistently rude and makes guests feel like an inconvenience. There is a major rush to get people through, and the communication barriers at the counter make it difficult to even place a simple order. I've given this place several chances, but the negative attitude of the employees makes it hard to return." read more

As evidenced by many of the reviews before me, this is not a good Chipotle location. The place is often dirty and unkempt, featuring filthy uncleaned tables, unemptied garbage cans and a complete mess of a soda station. On top of that, they are often out of certain toppings, or utensils. I really don't understand why the Chipotle corporate office doesn't step in and set this location straight. They have a clear reputation for being a sub-par restaurant, and I'm sure word has gotten to them by now. Any way you look at it, you can do better than this particular Chipotle and I would steer clear! That is, unless you enjoy eating in filth. At this rate, I would be surprised if they stay open with the far superior Caliente Mexican Grille opening right up the street. read more

What would I improve ? How about Clean clean clean . Keep up on stocking the food and clean clean clean. This has to be the most neglected Chipotle in the country . The people who work there don't seem to care not one tiny bit. I don't understand how upper management doesn't step in and reset the standard . This Chipotle is giving the chain a bad reputation. read more

Ordered on the app, for lettuce, pico, sour cream, and cheese, just got pico rice and chicken, everything else on my friends food was fine. Have only been here a handful of times and none of them were worth it in my opinion. Food is bland and overpriced. Workers have bad attitudes. And for the love of restaurant safety train your employees on allergen policies. Story time. While standing in line to order, there were 2 girls ahead of me. They clearly just left work as they were in their uniforms and probably just want to get their food and get out. I hear her tell them no pico because she is allergic, employee proceeds to add it on her bowl anyways. So she tells the next employee that it needs to be remade because she is allergic and specifically said so. The employee then says to her "are you serious? Can't you just pick it out?" THIS IS NOT OK CHIPOTLE! You could kill someone, shame on you. Well they had no more of what she ordered so of course she was a bit frustrated. Next person in line right before me also had an issue. They were refilling the meat stations and they set a tray right on top of this guys half prepared burrito and again the employee did not want to remake it. Seriously, how unsanitary and unprofessional. Come to my turn to order and I'm with my sister and I swear he couldn't tell us apart because i would tell him what I wanted and he would go to prepare it in her bowl. Like dude it's not rocket science. I'm first, my bowl is on the line first. She's second hers in on line second. And before you say I'm being unresponsive and fast food workers deal with a lot, yes I know, I am aware. Been in the food service for 5 years. Step it up! Think this was my last time giving this place a chance. Do not understand the hype read more

I ordered from this Chain yesterday and have to say I will never go back. After eating the food within a few hours I became very Nauseous & started vomiting. I can say it was definitely food poisoning. Which I'm not surprised as I watched a worker pour fresh chicken over old chicken he should have removed the old pan and put in the fresh pan but he didn't do that. That is cross contamination they should know better. I was so sick. I definitely won't be going back and I highly recommend that others think twice before going there. On another note the place wasn't that clean. You want good Mexican food go next door go to Caliente food is always fresh, and place is very clean. I only went to Chipotle was to give them a 2nd chance big mistake on my part and a waste of my $12.00 read more

I can see why this place is a 1/5 review, went here at 7:30pm and most of the food was depleted no rice, beans or chicken but that's actually not the reason for the review the issue was the person working tortilla side, a young black gentleman who appeared to have to no urge to even pretend to care, after finding out there wasn't any of the main components to make my food I said ok thank you and proceeded to leave the establishment he felt the need to yell "you get what you get" this rubbed me in such a way I had to make this my second review I've ever written for any restaurant. I ended up going to caliente across the street and was met with such kindness and amazing food quality. don't come here if you want mindful service and respect. read more

Never eat here!!!! Once when I can here the manager left through the back, and one of the employees said, "wait did he f***ing leave. He f***ing left." Then continued to drop the burrito and barricade the back door. The manager came in through the front and said "did you just lock me out back? Your fired" then she said " NO YOUR FIRED" and the kept repeating this argument for 5 minutes. When I came home with my burrito I opened the bag and saw a kids meal taco. read more

Just moved to town and was excited and scared to have a chipotle so close. We planned to eat here a lot. After multiple times we've decided to never eat here again. Worst chipotle of them ALL. it's dirty, staff are rude, and the portions are criminal. I have called them out on "double meat" being less than a typical serving of the dozens of other chipotles we have been to. Will not be back unless new ownership takes over read more

I am very disappointed in this location. My online order wasn't correct. I had to wait and observed the station where they served from had food drippings everywhere. Only one person serving and one person at the register looking for online orders. Obviously the serving spoons are too large and they are a problem for the servers. Why doesn't the restaurant provide the correct size utensils that can regulate correct portion ex: small ladles, large forks for meat. Also, I might suggest some paper towels to wipe up spills if they occur. I am sure they can do better than what they are. Make it more efficient and maybe you would be able to keep the help. AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS! They do not have enough employees working, and whomever works there tends to sit around while dozens to hundreds of orders pile up. No wonder why people wait 20 minutes to way over an hour after their promised pickup time for their food. The last time I visited, there were two people working, and they were sending out orders really slowly, then messing some orders up. Come 3:00 PM, there was change of shifts. The lunch shift left and the dinner crew took over. Did they go right to work? No! They just hung around in the back. I ordered my food at 1:30 PM, food was supposed to be ready at 2 PM. After waiting after 3 PM with no luck, I bailed out and contacted corporate, whom was able to refund my card for the purchase. I then visited the Chipotle in Fall River, which had the property staffing and was a nicer, newer location. One of the staff members had an attitude there, but at least they were able to give me my meal and I was able to order there. The Dartmouth location had an online only policy (which there are signs on the door stating so). They also do not know how to stock things correctly. One day, they were missing lettuce. Another day, they were missing utensils. Just recently, they do not have chips. If you want mexican food in the Dartmouth area, do yourself a favor and go to Cal-Rito's in New Bedford (locations in Cove Road and Union Street) or drive farther to the Chipotle in Fall River. Outside of Southcoast Massachusetts, the best Chipotle I've visited is the one in East Greenwich, RI on Division Road, which had the best staff and service. Please do not visit this location if you are pressed for time, they only take online orders and you will never get your meal on time or have your order correct. In fact, avoid this location all together at this point. read more

So right, I was at chipotle with my girlfriend and brother. And let me just say, worst chipotle experience of my life. The staff was mediocre giving dirty looks and rushing us as we are trying to order our food. There wasn't even a line! This woman Marien that was serving us was very rude and gave my girlfriend dirty looks and was overall being awful. Giving the tiniest scoops you could give. Not even a full scoop of chicken. And when we ask for a little more she charges extra for double. YOU DIDNT EVEN GIVE US ONE PORTION! It is ridiculous. And once we got queso don't even get me started. Being skimpy is an understatement. So not only did she be rude and u professional to both me and my girlfriend. Worst server I've ever had and I want to see her be punished! read more

I don't recommend this location at all. I attempted to go here and ordered ahead to try to save time. When I arrived my food wasn't ready and orders from after my pickup time were sitting out to be picked up. I attempted to get help from the staff but the repeatedly refused to help. I first attempted to ask the worker bringing the orders out but she brushed me off, so I waited in line to ask the cashier. He was new and asked someone else. They told him that I had to wait for my food and wouldn't look into it any further. Meanwhile at least 15 people had been in and out to have their orders made at the counter, so my plan to save time obviously failed. Myself and another woman finally got someone's attention to inquire about our orders once every customer at the counter was gone and most of the pickup orders were taken. They said that the orders never came through. I was able to get a refund through the app but I never got food. I would not go here if I were you. read more

Okay, not from Dartmouth but went to see a friend and of course, had to make a chipotle run. Idk why but I just love me some steak burritos from Chipotle. Someone complained they were too big? What?!? Give me that big burrito. I love it. So it would seem that my experience wasn't as bad as most of these reviewers. The first time I went in I had ordered through the Chipotle App. Yes, there's an app. Genius. I'll never order any other way again. Anyway, I went in to pick up my order. It was packed to say the least. I walked up to check out in front of that long ass line to find out they never received my order. What?!? Oh good job Megan---I forgot to push "place order." Ugh. But!! Fret I did not, for the girl at check out was über friendly and on it, ASAP! So friendly, so awesome. They immediately made my double steak burrito. I went out to my car to wait because honestly it was so packed I didn't think they'd get to it right away. But they did and when I walked back in to pick it up, the girl had been walking around looking for me. I felt so bad, but how awesome is that?!? I felt special. Corny, but really. So because I'm a huge fatty, before I left Dartmouth, had to go again. I went right when they opened. I was greeted immediately upon entering and this guy made me feel so important. I was taken aback. He was all set to make my double steak burrito. Of course the ingredients were superbly fresh! Score. Again the staff were so friendly. I gotta say, this has been my favorite Chipotle. And I happen to find my burritos delicious.... Side note...$10.00 is a little pricey for a double steak burrito and I complain, yet: consumerism. I can't help myself. Guac is extra?! No thanks. I always pass. read more

We go to this chipotle's because my son loves the food. If it wasn't for that I would never step foot in this place. Every time and I mean every time, there is an issue! Constantly run out of options, have to wait to cook more meat, filthy, online orders not ready, orders not correct, small portions, etc. Last night my online order was to be ready at 8:20. Got there at 8:33 and not a single order on the pickup rack. Two other people also waiting for online orders with only one couple in the order line. What? Really? They ask me what my order is and then begin to make it. SMH! Also, the place is absolutely filthy. Not a single table was clean. This has been going on for a long time. I've ordered from here 3 times in the past week. And every time there's something wrong with my order. The 1st time my food was cooked and undercooked, the 2nd time it was ok but no utensils at all. I literally spent 17 bucks on food that i cannot eat now. 5 months pregnant and I'm picking meat out of my bowl to eat. I cant even eat this.
