Not the best Chipotle. There was no drive through so I went in. The staff was not friendly even though I smiled at her. Two tables had rubbish on them, which I understand is not the store's fault per se but they could've cleaned it up as there was no line or anything. My food was good. I frequently order pickup from here for lunch and this location always seems to get my order right (which i cant say for other locations unfortunately). However, their fajita veggies are thicker cut than usual which I do not prefer. I sometimes order multiple fountain drinks with my order and the last time I went, they unfortunately did not have any drink holders at all so it was very difficult for me to carry the order to my car and to work without spilling. Pretty freakin' bad.Total ASS! I ate a veggie burrito from there yesterday and it completely jacked me up. I had to take off work and (aside from the bathroom trips) I've been in bed all day . My sister and I both ordered chicken bowls with brown rice and guacamole. The chicken was wonderful, nicely grilled but moist and tasty. Restaurant was very clean and staff were efficient and friendly. Highly recommend! I'm shocked, frankly, at the other reviews... All I can say is that it's a different experience now. I'm a regular at this location and I had a free entree coupon to use today. I've used a coupon here multiple times prior and I get the same thing every single time. Placed an order online for 7 people. The burritos we tiny. Paid over 100 dollars and left a tip. They stuffed everthing into one bag and smashed the bowls on the bottom. My husband and I usually order on the go and the food is typically ready by the time we arrive to pick up. However, orders are frequently wrong (missing items) and I've noticed the portion sizes are tiny! I've gotten a bowl half filled before and received a quesadilla that was supposed to have chicken and a side of guacamole and beans but was missing all three things. It's frustrating to have orders that aren't correct, but overall we still keep going back because we do enjoy the overall taste of the food. Ordered online today, first time at this location. Food was ready upon arrival however the portions for the meat were tiny, i have been to numerous chipotle's before and it was a bit disappointing. Hands down, the worst experience I've had at a Chipotle. I've been living in the area for awhile so I thought very highly about the place, but they had 1 girl named Maddie on the front line who did the best she could. Everyone else is basically standing around not helping her at all after seeing she had a line almost to the door. The managers had nothing but attitudes. I couldn't even get Guac on my taco because they didn't have a backup Guac. You know where your store is placed, you know you should have backups when something is almost empty. The manager Yvette? and counter helper (no name tag) we're EXTREMELY rude this Sunday morning. Apparently they were short staffed and only had very few items in trays. When politely asked when they felt they would be fully stocked, the counter girl snapped and responded "I have no idea honey" and stormed back. When we found out the manager Yvette was in back, she only peeled her head out and laughed. The entire line of people left and the counter girl yelled " have a blessed day!" These people give the good name of Chipotle an black eye and we will never be back. Will go out of our way to inform everyone that is regular visitors the same. AWFUL! If this were my first experience with this restaurant chain, I would NEVER go back! The food was AWFUL. My husband & I ordered a bowl & a burrito --- BOTH were thrown out! Not edible. Burrito looked like a child size, was cold and rice was hard. My bowl was supposed to have romaine lettuce & beans and it had barely any in it. The cheese was in clumps. i never leave bad reviews on places but this place got me upset. i'm a waitress at a mexican restaurant and the service here was TERRIBLE. i've been to many chipotle's before but this place wins the medal of the worst service. The girl who was making my tacos was wearing a headphone in one ear and hardly answering me. I asked for another taco and said the meat i wanted and then when she asked me again what kind of meat i wanted (probably couldn't hear me over her music) she gave me an attitude. I wasn't asking for much nor do i ever. This work is brainless. scooping ingredients onto a tortilla. Not hard and NOT hard to be nice to customers. i understand maybe someone working in the kitchen wearing headphones but not someone working at a line.
