It's chipotle so it has that going for it... However this one is slower than most and seems to run out of things often. The people are very friendly and always smiling. Also the seating is not the best they have lots of room on 8 top tables but if your a small 4 or under group there is sometimes not a place open and you end up sitting on the high tops with other people you don't know. read more

Unfortunately the worst experience I have ever had at chipotle. Do yourself a favor and drive to another location. Maybe even visit another restaurant. It's Chipotle so it's ok, but I'd suggest skipping this one in lieu of one of the many other Chipotles in the area. I've stopped here a few times because it's convenient, but always wish I had gone elsewhere. The line always moves very slow. On several occasions the rice was under cooked. This Chipotle is the closest to my house, but I will not mind driving the extra 10 minutes to a different one. I've been coming here for years and it gets worse every visit so I finally decided enough is enough. The service is very slow and the employees are not very friendly. I order online many times and it states to walk up to the register to pick your order up, well that'd be easy to do if they even acknowledged you standing right in front of them! I stood for 10 minutes waiting for anyone to acknowledge me for my online order while they continued to just stand there. The manager on duty didn't even acknowledge my existence. I love Chipotle! On a bitterly snowy day, I stopped in to get 3 bowls to go for me and my comrades. I forgot to order a side of guacamole, and with the impending line I was not about to venture back to get it. Instead, one of the workers noticed my disappointment and proceeded to get me a side of guac to go, free of charge! Great customer service!! read more

This is the worst Chipotle in the history of Chipotles. The place is usually dirty but tonight I had the added pleasure of seeing a cloud of flies hanging from the menu above the cash register and good prep table! They're always out of something. Tonight they were out of white rice. Seriously?! Last time it was chicken. WTF?! Something on the food prep table usually looks terrible. For example tonight the peppers and onions looked a few days old. There is also the problem with portions. Dude, I didn't come here for a rice burrito. Maybe you like a rice burrito but that's not quite my style. I have also had problems with online ordering. "Your good will be ready in 10-15 minutes" means you have to wait for 10-15 minutes in the restaurant because the 10-15 minutes it took for you to get here wasn't enough time for them to make it. While you're at it. How about you hire some workers that know how to interact with customers and don't eat while working the cash register. How about the manager and the general manager lose their jobs and get replaced some people that actually know how to manage people. read more

Wow - the dirtiest Chipolte we've ever seen - food on the floors, every table top covered with food, servers were sloppy and food was tasteless. Happy to see servers wearing gloves, but disturbed when they handle the money, trays, etc. and then serve the food, still wearing the same gloves. We left feeling sticky and worried we would be sick from the condition of the restaurant and how the food was handled. Disappointing. read more

This Chipotle is a hot mess. Every time I go here it takes forever to get through the line even when I've been the very next person to start an order. Last time I went I was second in line at 4pm so I should've been in and out. they take forever to get the girl in front of me's order and then someone walks in with an online order they hadn't even started. which they obviously were dead and had time to make before. Even so the girl didn't even speak to me to say apologize and inform me she needed to make it they just ignored me while they made a meal for 5. After they finish still no simple "Sorry for your wait" nothing. then i get to the end of the assembly process and no one is at the register and i had to wait a few minutes to get someone to help me. Seriously... poor management, poor customer service. Not a fan of this Chipotle and I try to never go here. read more

Food is ok, but service is poor - particularly if you use the call ahead ordering. I think I'm about 1 for 10 (i.e., one time it was ready when they said it'd be and 9 times where it wasn't). I would discontinue patronizing them but my wife likes their food too much (and it's the closest one to our house). read more

This Chipotle was "off" from the moment we could barely find the parking lot. Weird entrance off side street then you have to walk around fenced outdoor seating to get to the front door. We went in a side door that put us right where the restrooms and cash register were located. ? Very slow line, at a complete standstill for quite a few minutes. Super crowded tables and food on the floor. They were out of lettuce and cilantro and there were like 10 chips in our bag. Had to tell cashier my son's bowl was a "three pointer" (cheaper than regular bowl bc he gets it without toppings, only chicken) because she charged me full price. Ice machine lever was missing so you had to use your hand to push it. Napkins in holder were soaking wet; not sure why. Food was Ok but since I had to eat something I didn't really want (wanted a salad) it wasn't a great experience. Overall just dirty, crowded and a let-down. read more
