This Chipotle needs some work. Ordered a chicken bowl with brown rice, chicken, extra corn, sour cream and cheese. I did wanna get lettuce but I looked at it and most pieces were brown. F**king GROSS!!!! I also had to wait a bit cause they didn't have any chicken ready. And the amount of cheese.....it's a bit much. Probably overcompensating for not getting lettuce. Paid and went to sit down and the tables were a bit dirty. There were also no forks or anything. It was completely empty. For the amount of people working, it should NOT have been empty. I went up and told them and asked for a fork and then they only stocked ONE of the fork holders instead of all of them. And it wasn't a calm day. Plenty of people came in as I sat there eating. I was just thinking about an experience a few months ago when I mobile ordered here. I went in to pick it up as it'd been marked complete about 10 minutes prior. When I got inside, none of the mobile orders were ready and there was a line of people waiting for them. Most of the staff were helping the walk in customers, not mobile order customers. Someone explained that their receipt printer wasn't working and so they couldn't see what the mobile orders said. After 5-10 minutes one of the employees asked if she could have my phone to see what I'd ordered - they were holding customers' phones in their gloved hands while making the orders they had already marked complete. I told them my phone was in my car, 'let me go get it' and left. I used to love Chipotle but it's just so bad now. This particular Chipotle Mexican Grill is just off of the highway in a shopping mall. The staff was friendly and they did not skimp on the portions. My go-to at Chipotle Mexican Grill is their burrito bowl and while I split up the proteins, probably my most common is their steak or chicken (or sometimes half steak and half chicken). I have also been getting the carnitas more lately. One complaint was that they had run out of napkins at the drink station. They were pretty busy, so I can understand not having a moment to check it out and replenish the napkins. The ambiance here is in line for a Chipotle Mexican Grill. This is not a bad thing. All in all, this is a good option if you are in the area and craving a bit of Chipotle Mexican Grill. I would recommend here and would give it five stars. read more

I was in town for work and staying at a hotel close by. Wanted to swing in and grab a quick dinner before heading to my hotel. Went in and was greeted with a line and no one interacting with the customers. All of the employees were just standing there and pretending like there weren't people. After about 5 minutes they waved us up as if we were an inconvenience. Then asked "what do you want". I've ordered several times off uber and I would say about 75% of the time my order is correct but tonight's order was absolutely wrong. Very disappointed when I paid for not only chicken but extra chicken and there was NO chicken to be found. Didn't want beans or corn but got those too. Not sure who works at this place but they need to go through training or English class again since they can't read a simple burrito bowl order. Unreal. I arrived at this Chipotle restaurant at 10:20 PM. It's open until 11 PM, so I went to the counter to place my order. However, everyone was standing around, looking, talking, and playing. the manager yell out to me And ask, how did I get in? She said you must got a key I said no, why would I have a key? I entered right after a customer left, and everyone was still standing behind the counter, engaged in conversation and playing around. While my food was being made, they were cleaning, which is fine, except the nice young woman was putting toppings on my order, another worker was cleaning directly by her and that made me uncomfortable and feel like some of the dirtiness could've gotten onto my food. The worker that was cleaning up even looked at me while doing it so they were aware that I noticed this. I understand wanting to get ahead of the game and clean up, but the place doesn't close until 11pm so I just felt they could've waited until I left to continue. This place needs a visit from the Health Department ASAP! It is absolutely disgusting in there. The staff is SO rude. Mold all over the drink machine, the tea urn didn't have a lid on it or a label so I had to guess if it was sweet or not. Now, I like my tea sweet, but the sweet tea was like syrup it was so gross, that even I couldn't drink it, and I drink McDonald's sweet tea! All of the tables were disgusting, so most customers left with their food as there was no where to sit. I took my coworker here yesterday who had never been before. I was raving about their guacamole so she agreed to go. She was in front of me in line and about the time I was telling them I wanted a salad, my coworker had made it to the register. When I got towards the end I asked for a side of guac before I could see the actual tray. Once I saw it I immediately decided against it because of how awful it looked. The lady working said that was all they had. Unfortunately my coworker didn't know better and because I had suggested she get it, it was already on her salad. Ok so l had a great experience at Chipotle today!!! You know how when you go in go through the line to get your food, & l always get a salad bowl. So l'm getting my food prepared and l ask for salad dressing and the line worker gave me the answer, "Oh we are out, we don't have anymore". I said we oh l don't want the salad without the dressing, it just not the same without the salad dressing.....So after l threw my little rant another young lady was ringing up my order and another lady asked if she could help me because l looked her way, l said yes ma'am you can l would like some salad dressing, does it take long to make it? She said oh no ma'am it only takes a few minutes l asked if she would please make some, and she DID!!! I was sooooo happy!!!! I have been to several Chipotles' and if it's late I. The evening they say the dressing is gone for the day and l except my food without it but l didn't today and l'm glad l didn't because l got some great customer service and my Chipotle dressing!!!!! Just sent this to corporate... -------- I've gone several times since late 2021, and I am finally so fed up I've decided to come on the corporate site to leave this message. Slow service, unclean restaurant with full trash cans and no clean tables, often no knives/forks/spoons/straws/napkins in the beverage/serving area, and they have CONSISTENTLY been out of ingredients for months. How can you make a veggie burrito without veggies? They were out of fajita vegetables AND cheese the last 3 times I went, and out of corn too one time before that. You'd think they'd offer me queso or something else as a substitute, but nope! Not even after I asked. Basically, we don't have it, we're charging you the same price even though several ingredients are missing, and then charging you EXTRA for wanting to get something else to try to make it taste better. This is what I get after driving 30 mins there and 30 mins back to get Chipotle and waiting in line for 20-25 minutes. I wish I had known all of this before standing in that long line - if you are going to be routinely out of things, put a sign up or something! Sadly in looking through reviews on other locations near me they are just as bad, if not worse. I absolutely love Chipotle and used to eat there 3-5 times a week when I lived in northern VA, but due to these constant issues I've stopped going. I am never disappointed when I go to Chitpotle! I absolutely LOVE the Burrito Bowl. My favorite ingredients are brown rice, chicken, black beans, pico , roasted chili corn salsa, tomato red chili sauce, and tomato green chili sauce all topped with shredded cheese. The price point is great! You can get a full combo for $10 or less. I normally am able to eat off of it for 2 days. This location is very busy ESPECIALLY during lunch and after work. So, if you go...be prepared to WAIT! However, they are moving quickly, but obviously people love some Chitpotle as much as I do! read more

It took so comically long to get our food I thought I was in a sitcom. The fact that this app doesn't allow negative stars for situations like this is criminal.
