Terrible service I couldn't hear what the lady was saying and when I asked to repeat she was rude. I expect to not be treated with fantastic customer service at fast food places but most of the time the food is adequate. This is my first time ever leaving a review on here and it's for a good reason, this was the worst dining experience I have ever had. The chicken tasted awful and expired, the quesadilla was not even a quesadilla, my online order was not on the rack to pick up, and the person working the counter could not decipher what my name was after clearly stating it to her 10 times. This is the most careless and poorly ran fast food restaurant I have ever witnessed. I saw the reviews on here before going and assumed they were just unusual bad experiences, but now I fully understand it. Always missing meat in their selections or it looks dry and has been sitting out all day. Food tasted moldy or it went bad when I ate a bite of it. Uncooked rice, funky tasting meat and little portions for too much money. Horrible. I have given this specific locations so many chances and it does not fix its ways. Ordered Online. Went to get order. No chips in store. I asked for partial refund (just for the two orders of chips), staff could not issue refund for chips even though they didn't have any to sell. Employee said I can have a drink instead of chips, I explained I already ordered drinks in same order, still no refund. I ended up leaving without food and texting customer service for a full refund. If you don't have an item you sell a customer offer a refund for the item. read more

We have seen ads for Chipotle, and the other night we picked your location in Peabody. We were extremely disappointed! When we walked in, we could not help but notice how filthy the dine-in area was. There were leftover plates & utensils on more than a couple of tables. The tables & floor was dirty. We were in line by this time, and we looked at each other with disdain. It was then we mutually agreed to not order food. We also agreed we would not choose ANY of the Chipotle locations in the future! Place is absolutely horrible. Worst Chipotle In the area by far. Careless staff always messing up orders through the app and they never have items but still charge for them. After being charged for stuff you don't get the staff says "complain through the app", which doesn't do anything. Seems like the store is robbing customers. Look at this embarrassment of a quesadilla. Missing 90% of the ingredients and just looks like a smooshed burrito. Staff is useless and could care less. The new management is exponentially better. Matthew was extremely polite and explained why the Lynnfield location was closed. He explained to me that they completely changed the store and made sure everything was clean and up to chipotles standards. He apologized for the inconveniences of having to go to a different chipotle due to that location being unsanitary, and pledged to adequately run this location and exceed the Chipotle standards. Place is a mess. Cash register is always broken and the people working there don't know how to fix it. The food is good but overpriced.

Zero stars if it was available. This store needs to be shutdown . Under staffed and the employees that do work there, do not care. We waited one hour for an online order and they shut the doors on the other people waiting for there orders. Only reason we waited is because I knew it would be hassle to get a refund. I placed an order at Chipotle in Lynnfield last night and got an order confirmation for 7:10 PM pickup. I arrived right at 7:10 PM and the doors were locked. A guy was inside sweeping behind the counter and ignored my knocking and waving. Two other guys appeared and also ignored me. The posted closing time on the web site is 10 PM so it was even close to closing time. I think the guys working there decided they had something better to do and just shut the place down early. At least one other customer showed up in the same situation. My credit card was charged. I will be calling the manager to provide input on his employees. Not good business for a couple of dudes to close 3 hours early on a busy weekend night. read more

2/11/23. 3:00pm. the manager served me the new Garlic steak than was from the bottom of the tray. It basically looks light fatty ground beef with extra oil. I questioned her, and said this doesn't look right. She assured me, it was what I ordered and was annoyed that i was questioning the food quality. After about 4 bites, I couldn't stomach no more. I went back and politely asked to have this steak replaced. She then accused me of looking For free food, and that I should have not taken the food, that she served me, if it didn't look good. I for one, enjoy chipotle's food, I frequent this location many times as it's convenient fast food close to my home.. "fast food". The service here is god awful, except for a few hard working high schoolers who work their bums off. Everyone else here could care less about their job and it's noticeable when the line is backed up out the door, which has happened multiple times when I'm here. I'm not greedy I'm just simple a food enjoyer and I've had far too many bad experiences here to count. I'm officially done with Chipotle Lynnfield. Tonight I went to grab a burrito, and the place was empty, although a sign read "digital only". Now I much rather order in person, digital takes far too much time. I asked the woman working up front if she help a brother out, she pointed at the digital only sign and I left the facility, enraged. Do better chipotle Lynnfield, do better. I admit I'm not the biggest Chipolte fan but my family likes it. Usually they get it right, They failed this time. 2 of orders were totally wrong, it was a 7:10 pick up and it wasn't ready until 8 it was a Thursday. Seemed extremely busy not sure if they couldn't handle the volume or what as it's a new location. I couldn't find it because the exterior sign wasn't on. The only reason this is getting 2 stars is we complained to corporate and they refunded the entire bill. We ill give them a second chance for growing pains. The Reading location is closer but they have forgotten things like chicken in a chicken bowl.. We have used this location before and they seem to get it right. After a long wait and working all day just not acceptable not getting order I suspect they mixed the orders up. . I think a second chance is warranted at least my family will give them one. read more

I ordered food from here in Grubhub, when the food arrived the label on the container said what was in my order but upon opening the container I wasn't sent my order. I tried calling Chipotle multiple times and they never answered. Would not recommend ordering online. In-person may be better but I'm not sure. read more
