I've been here many times. The food is usually average chipotle food. There are definitely better food at some locations and there's definitely worse at others. My biggest issue is the staff, last time I went there was a long line with only one worker helping costumers and the others were chatting in the back about weekend plans and on their phones. Also the soda fountain is always just like water and the tables are never clean. read more

I gotta stick up for the place. I see a lot of undeserved 1 stars. This Chipotle is the best one around the area. The food is always good, and the mobile pickup is always ready read more

This place is distrusting. Every time. Dirty tables. Dirty doors. Old looking food. Dirty attitude. Dirty floor. Dirty drink station.

Every. single. time. i order through the app for pickup they forget multiple things. please for the love of god smoke your weed AFTER your chipotle shift not during!!! a squirrel could get my order closer to being correct read more

Terrible service I couldn't hear what the lady was saying and when I asked to repeat she was rude. I expect to not be treated with fantastic customer service at fast food places but most of the time the food is adequate. Today the prep was off- the lettuce was barely cut and same with the HUGE chunks of onion in the pico de gallo and guacamole. The ambiance was fine - regular chipotle. read more

This is my first time ever leaving a review on here and it's for a good reason, this was the worst dining experience I have ever had. The chicken tasted awful and expired, the quesadilla was not even a quesadilla, my online order was not on the rack to pick up, and the person working the counter could not decipher what my name was after clearly stating it to her 10 times. This is the most careless and poorly ran fast food restaurant I have ever witnessed. I saw the reviews on here before going and assumed they were just unusual bad experiences, but now I fully understand it. Instead of having automated careless replies to all of our reviews, Chipotle needs to seriously investigate this store or just shut it down! Terrible for the brand. read more

I have never seen a restaurant so dirty. There was trash and food all over the tables and floor

Chipotle Mexican Grill - Nothing - Mexican Near Me - Lynnfield, Massachusetts

Always missing meat in their selections or it looks dry and has been sitting out all day. Food tasted moldy or it went bad when I ate a bite of it. Uncooked rice, funky tasting meat and little portions for too much money. Horrible. I have given this specific locations so many chances and it does not fix its ways. I don't plan on returning. read more

My daughter & I tried going here last night but when we went in (about 4:30pm) the dining area was filthy and the staff was hanging out looking annoyed to be there. Nope! We went elsewhere. read more

My family got takeout on Saturday night and for the second time chipotle failed to put steak in my steak burrito. Calling to workout the issue is a nightmare trying to get through the automated calling system. When we finally got through the manager pushed back on crediting my meal. What they should have done was credit the whole order. This is the second time it happened. I guess first time shame on them, second time shame on me for ordering from here read more

The line was 5 ppl deep and it took 20 minutes to get to the front.. the staff are just painfully slow and food isn't consistent with other chipotles. Hope you guys can fix this read more

Went there last night to grab dinner. Got home and proceeded to eat my food. I noticed the rice wasn't cooked at all. It was still hard. The chicken was burnt. First time at that location and will be the last. read more

What a horrible group of people who work here. They are rude and make the food like they just don't care. Not sure why people work if they hate what they do. Not sure why management hires people with bad attitudes. Never again eating here. And, I'll share with as many of my local friends as possible in hopes that this franchiseee starts to care and make changes. - - - UPDATE - - - So 2 hours after. Leaving my review Sheldon replies saying I can go to the corporate website to share more. Not even a hint of empathy nor a speck of understanding. Wow. How horrible of a business and how horrible the management is. I'd expect more from a franchise like Chipotle. Not sure if this is a company owned store or franchise owned but either way, management has zero clue and it shows in 1) the poor attitudes of the employees, and now 2) the pitiful handling of customer complaints. read more

Ordered Online. Went to get order. No chips in store. I asked for partial refund (just for the two orders of chips), staff could not issue refund for chips even though they didn't have any to sell. Employee said I can have a drink instead of chips, I explained I already ordered drinks in same order, still no refund. I ended up leaving without food and texting customer service for a full refund. If you don't have an item you sell a customer offer a refund for the item. read more

We have seen ads for Chipotle, and the other night we picked your location in Peabody. We were extremely disappointed! When we walked in, we could not help but notice how filthy the dine-in area was. There were leftover plates & utensils on more than a couple of tables. The tables & floor was dirty. We were in line by this time, and we looked at each other with disdain. It was then we mutually agreed to not order food. We also agreed we would not choose ANY of the Chipotle locations in the future! May I suggest that the CEO investigate this location for a stealth visit! I would give not even 1 star if it was available, but it is not. So I guess you'll be satisfied with the 1 star. read more

Imagine choosing to work somewhere but being rude and clearly showing you hate your job while serving customers? Yeah that's this place. Rude employees and lazy. Don't even bother. read more

Place is absolutely horrible. Worst Chipotle In the area by far. Careless staff always messing up orders through the app and they never have items but still charge for them. After being charged for stuff you don't get the staff says "complain through the app", which doesn't do anything. Seems like the store is robbing customers. Look at this embarrassment of a quesadilla. Missing 90% of the ingredients and just looks like a smooshed burrito. Staff is useless and could care less. I don't see this place staying in business much longer. Place has been terrible the last year. Look at the other reviews, management should be embarrassed. Do yourself a favor drive 2 minutes down the road and get Qdoba. read more

I just got all the way through the line to the checkout and was told they don't take cash anymore. I looked into it and it turns out that's illegal in Massachusetts. read more

The new management is exponentially better. Matthew was extremely polite and explained why the Lynnfield location was closed. He explained to me that they completely changed the store and made sure everything was clean and up to chipotles standards. He apologized for the inconveniences of having to go to a different chipotle due to that location being unsanitary, and pledged to adequately run this location and exceed the Chipotle standards. The food was amazing and fresh. I will definitely return to this chipotle. Matthew, thank you for your excellent service. read more

Zero stars if it was available. This store needs to be shutdown . Under staffed and the employees that do work there, do not care. We waited one hour for an online order and they shut the doors on the other people waiting for there orders. Only reason we waited is because I knew it would be hassle to get a refund. This is not the first time this has happened. Will never see me there again. read more

Place is a mess. Cash register is always broken and the people working there don't know how to fix it. The food is good but overpriced.

I placed an order at Chipotle in Lynnfield last night and got an order confirmation for 7:10 PM pickup. I arrived right at 7:10 PM and the doors were locked. A guy was inside sweeping behind the counter and ignored my knocking and waving. Two other guys appeared and also ignored me. The posted closing time on the web site is 10 PM so it was even close to closing time. I think the guys working there decided they had something better to do and just shut the place down early. At least one other customer showed up in the same situation. My credit card was charged. I will be calling the manager to provide input on his employees. Not good business for a couple of dudes to close 3 hours early on a busy weekend night. read more

This is one of the nicest, cleanest, and fastest chipotles I've ever been to, and I've been to a lot. The food was amazing, the area with the forks was very clean. I believe that the other reviews on this place are just from grumpy people who weren't having a good day. I highly recommend this chipotle. The service was also very good read more

we waited 50 minutes for our order to come out we ordered a burrito it said it'll be done at 3:00 we asked the worker he said it's not his shift and left all of the workers left and we had to wait till the other workers came for there shift when it finally came out it tasted horrible would not suggest ordering online there were people that came in after us and got there food before us read more

this shit is booty. it had no chicken or steak, horrific service and gave me dimes and quarters in 3$ for change.

2/11/23. 3:00pm. the manager served me the new Garlic steak than was from the bottom of the tray. It basically looks light fatty ground beef with extra oil. I questioned her, and said this doesn't look right. She assured me, it was what I ordered and was annoyed that i was questioning the food quality. After about 4 bites, I couldn't stomach no more. I went back and politely asked to have this steak replaced. She then accused me of looking For free food, and that I should have not taken the food, that she served me, if it didn't look good. Needless to say, I had a bad day at chipotle and was embarrassed in front of my family, due to poorly trained staff. Thank you. John L. read more

I for one, enjoy chipotle's food, I frequent this location many times as it's convenient fast food close to my home.. "fast food". The service here is god awful, except for a few hard working high schoolers who work their bums off. Everyone else here could care less about their job and it's noticeable when the line is backed up out the door, which has happened multiple times when I'm here. I'm not greedy I'm just simple a food enjoyer and I've had far too many bad experiences here to count. I'm officially done with Chipotle Lynnfield. Tonight I went to grab a burrito, and the place was empty, although a sign read "digital only". Now I much rather order in person, digital takes far too much time. I asked the woman working up front if she help a brother out, she pointed at the digital only sign and I left the facility, enraged. Do better chipotle Lynnfield, do better. If anyone here enjoys fast Mexican food I suggest Qdoba in Woburn. read more

I admit I'm not the biggest Chipolte fan but my family likes it. Usually they get it right, They failed this time. 2 of orders were totally wrong, it was a 7:10 pick up and it wasn't ready until 8 it was a Thursday. Seemed extremely busy not sure if they couldn't handle the volume or what as it's a new location. I couldn't find it because the exterior sign wasn't on. The only reason this is getting 2 stars is we complained to corporate and they refunded the entire bill. We ill give them a second chance for growing pains. The Reading location is closer but they have forgotten things like chicken in a chicken bowl.. We have used this location before and they seem to get it right. After a long wait and working all day just not acceptable not getting order I suspect they mixed the orders up. . I think a second chance is warranted at least my family will give them one. read more
