This was the WORST chipotle experience i've ever had. I ordered for my family and I arrive a good ten minutes after my order time and see my order sitting on the shelf. There were two people in front of me so I waited and they got their food. I waited at the to go counter and the young lady who handed the other customers their food was talking to her friend/coworker who was in front of the counter asking her to make him a bowl. I assume or overheard he was on break and she kept talking to him and left the counter and came back and still talked to him. There were three people at the to go counter and one at the register and Not a single person asked us anything or tended to us. The young lady came back and kept talking to her friend and I had to exclaim that I had a mobile order and then finally someone was told to grab my order. And then i get home and it's completely wrong. I was missing queso on a bowl, I didn't get guac on it either and another bowl was also missing guacamole. and the bowl in the photo is meant to have queso and DOUBLE meat not 1/2 and 1/2 which I got the worst bowl ever. This is hands down the worst Chipotle location I've ever been to. The management here is completely unprofessional, and it's clear that both the leadership and a good portion of the staff need to be replaced. Every time we visit, they're out of multiple items--yet somehow the to-go line is always fully stocked. Tonight was the final straw. The food was practically inedible. The vegetables were so overly salted we had to scrape them off our meals. My wife found hard, inedible pieces in her chicken, and they were completely out of both honey chicken and steak. Even my kids, who normally love Chipotle, barely touched their food. To make matters worse, the ice machine was broken, and when I brought it to the manager's attention, he just shrugged and casually said, "Oh yeah, we have no ice," as if it wasn't a big deal. The entire restaurant was dirty--trash bins overflowing, tables unclean, and just an overall lack of basic cleanliness and care. Frankly, this location needs to be inspected by the health department and seriously reviewed by Chipotle corporate. I spent over $60 for a meal that none of the five of us could finish. As you can see on the receipt we ordered a chicken bowl with pinto beans, cheese, queso. We received steak, black beans and fajitas. Also ordered a 4oz queso side with my quesadilla and didn't receive it at all. My wife doesn't like their steak and the black beans are too spicy for her. So that food just went into the garbage along with the terrible service this location has. Ironically one entree was covered because our last visit they made the bowl wrong that time. I'm really baffled how hard it is to get an order right when we input it all in such a simple format. It's literally fool proof but whoever is working at this location is more than a fool I suppose. Regardless of the time of day, chipotle never has fajita veggies. every time you ask, the staff says they are not in the process of making it. at any given point there are 2 to 4 team members that are not helping or in the process of making food that is almost out or it has been out for lengthy period of time. I have given them multiple attempts and every time I go it's the same thing. I will not be returning to ever again. There is no reason why several hours before closing. You are not restocking items that are finishing. I've never had a good experience here. The staff also lets the dining room get nasty and they never clean up after themselves. Today I went in and they said they were out of queso but I saw it on their to go line. When I asked for it, they told me they couldn't give it to me because either was for online orders. A staff member screamed in to the dining room that they were out of corn, queso, pico, fajita veggies, and chicken. All of these items were on the online order line. We watched another couple struggle to find the exact change, when the worker could have easily asked a manager to waive the penny amount due to THEIR OWN FAULT for not having singles. Then "no forks"... Do you expect those dinning in to eat with our hands?? After being told "no folks at all" we watched someone else get handed 2 forks. My wife went back up to the counter and she was told "those forks are for take out only". Absolutely no logic there. Manage the store so your inventory is sufficient. This isn't a hard business people, it's fast food. All you have to do is just try... just a little... The place was filthy, again. Who ever you are hiring for managers, get a new hiring process please, because you are not getting the right people in there. Employees are always nice at this location, but there are never enough employees. Every time I come in the line is way past the door, and there are 3 employees. One working the line, one trying to do mobile orders and ring people up, and one cooking. This leads to 30-40 minute wait times and being out of tons of food because the cook can't keep up. The dining room is always a mess because there is no employees available to come clean it. Do better, get some management that can staff a store, or just shut off mobile order. Just got out food.
