I would give them 0 stars if I could. Twice in a row my rice was hard. The store needs to do better about giving out quality food.

Terrible, they forgot our cheese quesadilla. the manager was un-polite and argued with us. The building was very messy, cheese and smudged beans were all over. They also were throwing their hands up and said that "this is stupid" but we were just trying to tell them that they forgot our cheese quesadilla when they already charged us for it. we will not be going back to a chipotle ever again. read more

Just order online. Customer service is terrible. Take forever to make food and are very rude. Same angry younger Asian dude Everytime I go in and he never help the line just stands there read more

If I could give this zero stars I would. I went to the store tonight. My sister and I both ordered burrito bowls. We live in Grand Junction so we drove home to eat. After eating probably 15 bites of it. I did not feel good. my stomach was hurting so I stopped eating it. My sister did the same within five minutes. I had to violently run to the bathroom and throw up all over the place so hardly that I peed my pants throwing up throwing up Chipotle. I threw up a total of three times my sister threw up twice. I then tried to call the store to talk to the general manager or the manager on staff, when she answered the phone, I asked to talk to a manager she said this is. I asked her name, and she said to me "I do not have to tell you that I do not appreciate your tone". And all I had said was asked to talk to the manager in her name. She was extremely rude and ignorant. When I try to explain to her what was going on she basically called me a liar and said prove it how do you know it was my food. Didn't even bother to apologize for the fact that I threw up three times and Peed myself after I ate your food and Violet threw up. I will be calling the health department on Monday morning. I would appreciate a call back from somebody besides somebody in the building because apparently they do not understand how to deal with customers. I myself am a district manager for a fast food restaurant and this is unacceptable. read more

Chipotle Mexican Grill - I have attached a photo of my food that is not even an hour old - Mexican Near Me - Kalamazoo, Michigan

Came in around 6:45 on a Monday. Staff was friendly and the food was great. The dining room was a little messy but to be expected at the end of what I assume may have been a dinner rush. Overall, much better than the 2.5 star review would lead one to believe. read more

Rice, 80% of what I paid for comes undercooked often. Not only is this unpleasant in texture, but it also harbors dangerous gut bacteria that can cause food sickness. Please cook the rice read more

Absolutely disgusting! The guacamole was so old and gross. Took one bite of the burrito, everything in the garbage. No thanks

i had a very positive experience! the store was clean, the employees were happy and helpful, and it was overall a great experience. keep up what you guys are doing! :) read more

Only buy if you can get to the counter and see them make your food. Was a die-hard customer at this location until I began to receive multiple pickup orders with a severe lack of food content. I stopped ordering from this location for a few months, only to return to higher prices and even less food. Very nice workers and location, not worth the money. read more

Chipotle Mexican Grill - Portion sizes - Mexican Near Me - Kalamazoo, Michigan

I give up. I loved chipotle so much. Staple of my childhood. Now I hate it. I wish I still liked it but it's so far removed from what it was. Restaurant super dirty, portion sizes bizarre and small. Kids can't roll burritos or ring things up correctly. Try harder read more

terrible customer service. the kids had music blasting in the back. just throwing the ingredients in the bowls , and had attitudes with the customers by shoving the bags in there hands. there seem to be no good management there and lack of customer service. read more

The workers here are extremely rude and rush to make the orders. They have gotten my order wrong the past couple times I've went here. Terrible service overall. read more

We stopped here while we were travelling because we wanted something fast that was not fast food. I ordered the Pork Burrito loaded and my wife had a Chicken Bowl. I enjoyed my burrito, actually had a hard time finishing it. My biggest problem was just the size of the burrito which is a bonus except for the fact that you cannot get a bite with all of the flavors in it which left a varying flavor profile. Some bites were better then others, some bites were dry and some were juicy. I may go back to a Chipotle if I was in a hurry like I was this time but I am pretty sure I would order the bowl so that I could control the flavor. read more

Very unpleasant experience at the W Main chipotle. All of the workers except for one was rude. This girl was slamming shit around and being so rude. Honestly probably the worst fast food experience I've ever had. read more

If you enjoy paying super premium pricing for over salted, mediocre fast food served by overly salty college dropouts, this is the place for you. It's not the customers fault you can't wrap a burrito, Chad. Also, the overly aggressive cashier was a super prick when I questioned the price of my order because I got the same exact order $5 cheaper 3 days prior. He yelled the prices at me like he couldn't believe I don't know them. News flash, Kyle, I wasn't l at the company training session because I don't fucking work there. For the same price of a burrito and a side of queso at chipotle you can support a local restaurant, receive wayyy better service, eat more food and have a giant margarita. Also, you're way less likely to get food poisoning considering this chain causes several thousand cases of e-coli every couple of years. read more

I cannot wait for robots to take over these jobs already. As usual, skimping on meat, tough chicken, cold, etc. Where the hell is the manager of this place? read more

Two hours before close they didn't have white rice and said they didn't want to make anymore since it was so late. Won't be back because of poor service. read more

Visiting Kalamazoo and went to this Chipotle for lunch. Big mistake! A little more than half a scoop of rice/meat/toppings for the amount of money is a ripoff. Chipotle is always busy but not this one and I see why. Don't waste your money eating here. Chipotle needs to go in and do some training in this place. My friend said that nobody goes here and they just go to Qdoba. I know better for next time. read more

not worth the price anymore. the pricing has gotten outrageous, and the serving sizes have gotten significantly smaller. prefer qdoba

Burrito wrap was sloppy but other 2 orders are fine. And by sloppy I mean cracking on both sides. Not a lot of stuff in the burrito too. Last thing is that the outside was slimy and messy read more

Used to be good years ago, but management and staff has changed. Always get an attitude from them for ordering a quesarito and sometimes they refuse to make it at all. The manager even tried to say "why would you get that it's such a rip off.." I mean, I'm paying for it, make the damn food and drop the attitude. The other Chipotle in town is better, but I've switched to Qdoba entirely recently. read more

Can't believe how awful this location has become. Staff is in a terrible mood at all times. They consistently mess up orders. DO NOT EAT AT THIS LOCATION read more

Love it! The food is so fresh and tasty! Doesn't have that processed taste that most chains have. The steak and mild salsa are amazing! Don't care for the design or decor, it's not inviting, but rather industrial. But go for the food and staff, as they are both excellent! read more

Never have I felt so unwelcome in a chipotle. The staff had a very poor attitude and seemed like I was some sort of imposition. It is 1pm so I know they aren't closing. This review isn't about one specific staff member, this is about all of them. The three I interacted with were almost hostile towards me- and the person who wrapped my burrito was exceptionally rude to me. He also did not wrap the burrito correctly and the contents were leaking out of the burrito before I started eating it. I also heard other customers complaining about the same things. read more

As a team Qdoba lady, I thought I would give Chipotle yet another chance and again was disappointed to the point of fighting myself not to walk out before paying for my meal. The service was unfriendly, unhelpful and the food equally as unpleasant. My burrito bowl is not even near worth 6 dollars let alone the extra 3 for a tiny scoop of guacamole! I'm never coming back, simple as that. Qdoba for life. read more

Chipotle used to serve really good food but now, it's really hard to say. The rice is hard and it smells old. Let's not forget the chicken isn't well done. They do have good service though, I must admit that. They give generous portions and they try to keep their customer service high and keep the place clean. I am not giving up on Chipotle so I will be back again. Hopefully, I will see the changes. read more

Staff was friendly and service was acceptable. Establishment was clean. I have of my burrito and was physically sick the rest of the evening. I wondered if Chipotle was still having e-coli problems. I will not return here. read more

Since I've been to Q-Doba and Panchero's before, I'll compare it with the two. Less menu items but great quality and faster service. I love the fact thay they are a more natural foods restaurant. Animals are not given antibiotics and are pen raised. Vegetables are organically grown and use local when available. Prices are great considering the extra effort used in the food. I've always heard people talk about this place and now I'm sold. No queso sauce because it has perservatives. read more

Delicious, moderately priced and a good friend. All in all its a good Sunday evening! read more

Chipotle Mexican Grill - Mmmmm burrito. - Mexican Near Me - Kalamazoo, Michigan

Chipotle is losing its luster to me. The burritos are good but not as good as they were a few years ago. Not sure what the difference is. The store is clean but the entryway mat smelled pretty bad. Don't get me wrong I'll still be back. I do enjoy their food but it seems to be headed in the wrong direction. read more

Wow, What a mistake! We were actually going to Qdoba, and I said, "Let's try Chipotle." The atmosphere was nothing at least. Very blase. I had the carnitas burrito. They add either white or brown rice. The white had a perfume like scent and did not add to the flavor at all. The ingredients were second rate at best. i will give them Kudos for using all natural meats ( no hormones and grain fed no meat by products.) The place was loud and noisy. It was just a waste of time and money. Run don't walk to Qdoba! read more

I assume you know what a Chipotle meal is like. I'm not reviewing the food, just the service. The two people who waited on me just now were exceptional. The young woman with glasses at the cash register was polite and genuinely pleasant. The guy who put my bowl together (tattooed arms) was very polite and personable. He's very good - clearly understands that the important part of his job is customer service and takes it seriously. Kudos to them. read more

First time going here and the food was good just like any other Chipotle. Introduced this restaurant to a coworker and he seemed to like the food. The hot sauce is good, burrito was good. They were super fast when making our food, but that did not impact the quality of the burrito. Overall good food here. read more

It's the (first!) new Chipotle in town. Super friendly service, even at 9:30 on a Sunday. They have all the latest items, including brown rice and organic cilantro. The layout is a little different: completely communal on the inside, so low bar and high table seating, but not individual tables except on the concrete slab outside (3 tables, not the normal patio structure). We took out meal outside to enjoy the warm summer night and also to enjoy a table. You can tell they are still working out some kinks - only one person at the front who tried completing two of our orders at once, kept forgetting our order. They were very accommodating though: went to the back for brown rice without cilantro. read more

Walked in two customers waiting, they were still waiting when I returned from restroom. Got in line behind them...still waiting. One worker in front working on prep but no one taking orders. When your store randomly decides to switch it to online orders only, it only makes it worse for your employees and customers. When I order online I wait for 25 minutes and I have heard your employees complain about it. I also have experienced your employees being extremely rude because they're frustrated with all the online orders and they also mess them up. Probably should rethink your strategy, it's inconvenient for everyone. I asked if the orders were only online and nobody replied to me, they ignored me. read more
