They called in reinforcements, which brought them to a total of 8 members who jumped in to try to bring the line down and you could see the line disappear pretty quickly. Many customers left angry and demanded refunds before they had a full kitchen, but the staff kept things professional and did what they could. I felt really bad that their scheduling/staffing seemed to have taken the worse hit, as if they didn't realize how well the promo would be and how much strain it put on them. The 4 stars is because of the poor staffing for the night. Overall, still good service and they still thanked every customer that came in. Would still go back but maybe not on promo code days.

Out of 6 bites, 3 bites contained gristle I nearly choked on. If it was just one bite, I would of probably let it go. But I kept getting more gristle. I took the sandwich back to the counter to have it replaced. A blond woman helped me, she wanted to know the meaning of gristle?
