Please.... How is this acceptable in 2025. The worker was incredibly rude. Look at how he had my $20 burrito laying on the mess. I'll probably never return. read more

Chipotle Mexican Grill - Seriously? - Fast Food Near Me - Hammond, Louisiana

I came in because I was craving Chipotle --mind you, I'm 17 weeks pregnant. I walk in and, to my surprise, they had no rice. I asked how long it would take and was told they didn't have any at all because their rice maker was broken. I left disappointed, but the craving wouldn't go away and the next closest Chipotle is 25 minutes out of the way, so I came back hoping they had it together. Nope -- still no rice. I asked if my bowl would be cheaper since rice is a main part of the meal, and they said no. At that point I couldn't fight the craving, so I ordered anyway. The experience was just not the same, and to make it worse, my bowl started leaking and breaking because of all the juices and no rice to absorb anything. I went back through the drive-thru -- and that's when I saw employees handing out bowls with rice. I was beyond disappointed. They told me the rice maker had been broken since Sunday, yet somehow they had rice for online and pickup orders only? That is absolutely unacceptable. If you're out of a core ingredient, it should be consistent across the board -- not withheld from walk-in customers. Super frustrating experience and very disappointing overall. read more

I love Chipotle. In fact, I am a Chipotle fanatic!!! But today's interaction and service was just HORRRRRIIIIIBLEEEEEEE. Not sure if her name is Mia, Maya, or Molly but GOOOD GREIF!!! She was just throwing the stuff in my burritos and then proceed to wrap it like crap and toss it down on the counter when it was already falling apart! I understand the frustration of people coming in the last hour, but they still had food out and we didn't ask for much. Like I'm sorry you hate doing your job?? WE WEREN"T EVEN RUDE JUST WANTED SOME BURRITOS. The girl at the register was pleasant though. (: read more

Terrible service, my bowl was a mess inside the bag and I ask for napkins as they didn't have any out for the customers and they kept throwing like 2 napkins in the bag. I finally had to ask for the kid at the register to hand them to me as throwing them in the messy bag wasn't accomplishing anything. He was very rude about it! Going to Izzo's for now on read more

I'm very upset because I eat Chipotle all the time out of state & have never had this problem. I got out my bed & went in at 9:30 & they told me they wouldn't put out more queso because they were about to close in 30 minutes. I feel regardless of what time you are closing all food should be on the line at all times if you are open and it is available. This really pissed me off because I was having a fat girl moment and got out my bed to come to the only one they have in this town to not be able to get my queso with my bowl. & if you eat chipotle you'll know it's not the same without the queso. So now I had to leave my bowl bc of not having the queso to go with it read more

Chips stale and overcooked. How do you charge me for salad dressing when I purchase a salad? Check your receipt before leaving. Also, I have purchase kid's quesadilla by itself from other locations. The cashier told me that she couldn't do it. Avoid this location if you want better. I'm left with a bad taste in my mouth. Pun is intended. read more

This place is so inconsistent. One day it's great and the next week it sucks. I always do a mobile order. I like getting the quesadilla. Online, it'll have you pick 3 sides. I choose fajita veggies, rice, and beans. Sometimes the veggies are in the quesadilla (ideal) and sometimes they are in the side. Sometimes they include the beans and other times they say nah, no beans for you. I'll try to leave a "comment" to ask for salsa on the side so there's no confusion on that.. ignored. I've never gotten anything where my comment made a difference. For example, I don't want salsa on the burrito bowl.. just put it on the side so I can add as much as I like. They don't care. I have had it delivered and picked up hot and fresh, other times so soggy I have to eat the quesadilla with a fork and knife. read more

I've been a fan of Chipotle for 15+ years and was excited to see one finally come to Hammond. The chips were a little stale but that wasn't a big deal breaker for me. Mine and my wife's burrito was fantastic as expected. I'm a huge fan of the fresh ingredients that doesn't make me feel so guilty for consuming a face sized burrito in one sitting. We are definitely looking forward to eating there some more. They'll get better with time!! read more

Today was definitely a bad experience at this establishment. Let me start off by saying one of the worker a male, Trace is his name was doing the serving for my bowl which he barely served any chicken but whole lots of veggies. This place very stingy on their meats, what's the purpose of ordering your certain bowl of meats when they're barely any meats at ALL. This branch here is horrible horrible experience and also this young gentleman was definitely Rude!!! It will be awhile before I'm even thinking about coming back to this location. So, I usually prefer Chipoltle over the competitors. I was highly disappointed when I ordered a bowl. All of the selections on the bar looked like they had been sitting for a good minute. They were very low and picked over as well. I ordered a bowl and chips and Queso and a drink. $24.00. WHAT!! The queso was terrible and gritty. The chips were stale. Nothing had taste or salt. High price for low quality. I should have went to Izzos. Very disappointing. I usually have to argue with my son and wife to come because I'm the only one that likes Chipolte. Not anymore. Sorry Chipoltle, not for that price. Taco Bell far exceeds the quantity and taste for that. I could have fed 3 of us at TB for that. 2 of us at Izzos. read more

This was my first experience at chipotle and i was severely disappointed. I wanted to order the keto bowl to go which is advertised on the online menu. I had ordered that in the store, upon ordering the employees informed they couldn't make the bowl bc they didn't know what was it in it. I didn't have service so I couldn't pull up the menu online and therefore had to make educated guesses as to what was in the bowl. When checking out I was told that the online menu is for online ordering only and no employee knows what is in them. Obviously this can't be true because how would people order online and then them make the food to be picked up if they don't know what's in it? The whole situation was so confusing and the employees did not seem to understand my point or willfully didn't want to, so I left with a wimpy underwhelming bowl. There was barely any lettuce or meat in the bowl while the guacamole took up the whole plate. Basically was eating mouthfuls of guacamole, ultimately having to throw it away and opt for chips out of a vending machine which were far more satisfying. read more
