It was the year 2019. I was 35 years old and I had big plans for the future. Little did I know that a random craving for Chipotle would result in decades of my life being wasted away. By happenstance, I went on the day of a fund raiser to support a youth boxing organization. I immediately noticed that line was long, but I decided to stay. I mean... it's something for the kids and most Chipotles are pretty efficient with the lines, right? Boy, was I wrong. When I finally got to the front to place my order, the year was 2041 and I was 57 years old. I imagine that a lot had changed in the world, but I wouldn't know because I was stranded in Chipotle. I was there for so long that a pretty girl actually started a conversation with me. It's sort of like when you're stuck on a desert island and the pickin's are slim. She must have figured, "what the heck." At the front, I realized that the line was slow because the intelligent people had ordered online. All of us nincompoops standing in the line was just Darwinism playing itself out. I ordered the brand new carne asada steak burrito. I'm sure it's old by now, that's if Chipotle is even still in business. Anyway, when the gentleman attempted to fold my burrito, he folded it like he had never folded a burrito in his life! Actually, scratch that. He folded my burrito like he had never even SEEN a burrito in his life. Bless his heart, but I think he would have had more success with a Rubik's cube. Of course, the burrito rips and he gets another one. So, he takes the original burrito (with the tortilla on!) and puts the entire thing in a new tortilla. Amazingly, he somehow folds that impeccably. Go figure! I was already debating between a bowl or a burrito because of the carbs, then I ended up getting a double tortilla! Before I ate it, I ended up unfolding the burrito and taking one of them off and refolding it myself. And in case you're wondering... yes, it was cold and unsatisfying. I finally made it home in the year 2055. I'm now 71 years old. Me and the girl standing in front of me ended up marrying. We have 3 children named Carnita, Sofrita, and our youngest, Guac. In my original review, I called this Chipotle "Life Changing". They certainly lived up to that, but not in the way I would imagine. I won't complain too much though because, hey... The Forestville location has scheduled interviews and then not followed through. Several people I know have applied and had interviews scheduled. When they got there at their scheduled interview time the individual that's supposed to do the interview wasn't there or they were them told the location is fully staffed. Why schedule an interview if you're not going to be there or you're fully staffed. That's very unprofessional. read more

This location sucks!!!! They intentionally bring out the worst of people over FOOD. Nobody speaks ENGLISH or even UNDERSTANDS it. You order online and it's TOTALLY DISREGARDED! Then when you show up for your order you face LOW ENERGY ASS PEOPLE who because they didn't do their job it's your fault. Stay Away! Go the distance for Quality. There is no use contacting you to discuss nothing, you know what that location is about. Completely disappointed at the portion size at this location. Ordered a chicken bowl and immediately noticed how small the chicken was cut up. It was pretty much minced chicken, so when it was added on top of the rice, it had the appearance of looking like a lot but it wasn't. I asked for a little more and the worker held up the bowl as if to imply that there was enough chicken. I didn't make a big deal but when I got home I was very upset having to sift through my bowl just to find protein. The tomato from the pico de gallo was larger than most of the meat in my bowl. I'm always hesitant to try a new chipotle location because the quality varies greatly from store to store. The line was not too long, but still waited about 30 minutes in line despite there only being 5-6 people ahead of me. This review is during covid and there were many online orders, so i didn't mind the wait. My issue was after getting home, I had two "seeds" in my food. After finding the first one, I thought "okay, it happens sometimes." A few bites later, I chew on a second one. I assume these were the seeds on top of the avocado (image attached). It's 10:12pm they close at 11pm and everything is already cleaned and put away.... where is the management ! (GHETTO PALACE) It's like five people here working but only one person was on the line... the guy whose in the photo is the only one who seems to care about people getting their order and making the sour cream for the people who've asked. Now two females have got on the line after Frank (I just asked his name) went to assist in other matters. I stayed at my brother's house in District Heights for about a week, & I went here for food a couple of times while visiting. I must say that this location is one of the best locations that I've been in (and I've been in many Chipotle locations ). My bowl & chips were fresh, food was good & well seasoned, & no mistakes were made on my mobile order. I'm glad that there is a Chipotle near me . This location moves at a great pace, even though it can get extremely busy like most place they keep the place very clean. The reason I'm giving them 4 stars is because they are extremely skimp on the rice and meat (not exaggerating at all) but they will load up on the toppings........not good to me. Even when I ask for double meat they only scoop a little bit of meat which is not equivalent to double if you ask me. Same as always. Service was quick. The assembly line was tight and linear. No hassles. Place was typical Chipotle, clean too. I would request that both the person ordering (calling out), and the people building your order speak up. Often time the ingredients make or break the entire meal for some. Things get left off. For our work potluck, I decided to have chipotle cater. I wasnt exactly the best customer but they certainly exceeded my expectations! First, I waited too long to order the catering online (I was within that 24 hr window) so I called and asked if they could get me in the next day at noon (I had called around 3). I found out the next day that they wanted to have the potluck at 11 instead of 12 so I left a little early to see if there was a chance they could get my order done earlier (I wasnt thinking they could but it was worth a shot). I got there at around 11:35 and I apologized for being early and said I'd be willing to wait of need be. Never even knew this location existed. Usually go to the location in Ritchie Station. Placed my order online and delivery was made with DoorDash. Was a little concerned about the quality once I read online reviews about the location but was surprised that the quantity and presentation of the food was very good. I do agree that they do mess up orders (or ran out) b/c there were no fajita veggies on our bowls. Also, through tracking I saw the delivery guy was there for about 20 mins waiting for my order to be ready. Lastly, I do slightly agree that the flavor is a little bland in comparison to other locations I have tried and prefer but over all it was descent and more importantly, NONE of us ended up sick! read more
