I'm an avid Chipotle fan. I always order the a veggie bowl aka guac. I've never been to this particular location, but it was nearby, so I decided to place my order there. I got home so excited to eat. I took off the lid and it was amazingly packed to the brim. However, when I took my first bite, it tasted rotten. The guacamole was super brown and old. I tried to scoop all of it out, but it was just touching everything, so it got everywhere. I also bit into a hard dark round object which appears to possibly be an avocado stem. I have also been trying to avoid eating meat products and I bit into a piece of steak that probably mistakenly fell into my bowl. Really disappointed because never have I ever once had an issue with a Chipotle order. Everywhere I go, the guac was always fresh and edible. What's even more disappointing is that I used my reward points to redeem my bowl as my free entree and I wasn't able to fully eat it nor enjoy it. read more

Walked to the counter and the young women running the window and they are laughing and throwing lettuce at each other. Young man behind the counter took maybe 3 minutes to put gloves on before addressing my daughter and I. Before I can say what we want he says "oh, we are out of chicken, steak, carnitas, vegetarian and the grilled veggies". Asked how long it would be he reiterated they were out of chicken. I said ok what about steak or pork and he shrugged his shoulders. I said what 10 minutes 15? Guy behind says I don't know haven't started yet. Seriously, the one star reviews are true. The service is not good. I'm questioning their sales practices. I was charged ala carte for each single taco instead of an order. It's a matter of cents difference. Two things...1) The team lead/ manager argued with me that it's the same price. 2) I used my elementary school math schools to explain to him he was wrong. Latterly took the person 10 minutes to make 3 tacos and no one else was around. They were freaking out because of all the customers and someone was not helping. Also saw them only charge a guy for 2 chicken and 1 steak taco even though they added some carnita meat on top... So I think this location just ask for extra meat because they won't charge you and if they do then they probably don't like you as they give favors to some people. Anyway In the 50+ chipotle's I've been to I can get plain rice. They flat out refused to give me any claiming they didn't have any. The only one in over 20 years not to have plain rice. I know it's fast food, so I don't expect much, and I generally NEVER review fast food places as a result but this Chipotle is probably the worst experience I've ever had with the company. All the reviews are true, employees are unnecessarily rude/angry just by your presence. The orders are almost always wrong in some way and there's not so much as a "sorry" or a "thank you" after dealing with your order which they messed up in the first place. I don't know what makes this location so bad, but something needs to change. I only go here because it's by far the closest to my home. But I might have to just start driving 15 minutes out of my way just to avoid the bad experience here. read more

Not my first bad experience there but I thought maybe they had a bad day last time. Negative, same service. Everyone seems unhappy to be serving customers. The Cashier and one older lady that was working the online orders are the only pleasant workers. White rice had no flavor, lacked salt. I ordered a veggie plate, Guacamole yet again didn't look fresh. On top of bad customer service, I paid for a meal that was unfavorable. Today definitely was the last time going to this location. Got the kids quesadilla and it looked like they put they thing together, then wrapped it in foil and then put it on the grill press. They food and foil was basically one, together. The container was even filthy with food, meat sauce, melted cheese. I ordered beans with no rice because I can't eat rice and the black beans had rice mixed in it. This whole meal looks like I dug it out the trash. The piece of fruit that came with the meal is either bad or badly bruised. I placed an order to be picked up through the mobile pick lane. After waiting 12 minutes past the time it's suppose to be ready, I only received half of the order. The young lady told me she never received a full print out and asked me to repeat my order. I did. She went back and forth to the window 3 different times to ask me my order and still I received the wrong order. I received a beef entree and I don't eat beef. This was such a waste of my time and money. After she passed me my order she slammed the window. I have small children so packing them back in the car to go back to this location is something I cannot do so easily. So I am without a meal tonight. I have given this location multiple chances, mainly because of the close proximity to me but each and every time, I'm disappointed. Be it an incorrect order or rude customer services.
