Unfortunately they were out of most of the proteins. Hands down the dirtiest restaurant I've ever been to. The tables, the service counter even the windows were absolutely filthy. I had to leave just based off the likelihood of food bourbon pathogens. read more

The food is great! But every time we go into this restaurant it's nasty! They refuse to clean the tables! They have smeared on cheese bits and old food foulness! I can't believe anyone eats inside the restaurant. We always take our food to go. While most every other Chipotle we have been to is clean and in order, this one is the exact opposite of clean and orderly. It's speaks about the leadership at this location I think. Whoever the manager('s) and management team are clearly is failing to communicate just how important cleanliness really is to the customer. ZERO STARS. ABSOLUTE FILTH!!!!!! How is this place still in business? Overflowing trash...trash everywhere!!! Male employees looking like they just rolled out of bed and not showered. Well, at chipotle in DICKSON, they barely put any meat on a burrito. I was in line. They had five other people ahead of me. You could've counted the pieces under 10 little pieces of chicken I mean, barely puts any meat in a bowl, barely any meat on a burrito even the cashier says you don't have anything on there. Let me put some more on it. I'm guessing it looks like a new employee not trained right they're so little bit of rice. You could counted the rice and two hands. That's how little it was, and I believe the kid was probably counting because each sandwich took them forever to make paste the shop elsewhere and other chipotle's, but not the one in dixon. read more

They are always understaffed and as such are always running out of ingredients. Staff turnover is horrible. Management could care less if you have a bad experience. Consistency is non existent. read more

The place is always filthy! The workers are nice, but need trained on consistency with portions. One person will get twice as much of something compared to the next. I love the food, but it is a huge turn off that there isn't a single clean table to sit at. Every time I bring up coming here to others they don't want to come because of the lack of cleaning. Dirty, long line with 1 person prepping. Constantly out of material because their serving station pans are far too small. Last time before this one they had no veggies for the second time in a row. The manager said they were out most of the evening because they didn't have time. Growing up in family restaurants I really felt bad for them. Lets not even talk about portion control. Been standing waiting for my order since 8:36pm til now and they are finally making it. And when I asked about if it will be ready soon about 45 minutes ago, they are blaming they had a school fundraiser tonight so they are behind. I'm 1 of those customers. They knew about this it was setup over a week ago. I also heard other people were missing items in their orders . I only have been waiting for a burrito bowl that's it. I'm diabetic I shouldn't be waiting til 2.5 hrs and after 10pm to get my dinner. I'm disappointed. read more

I went Here a while back And it's one of the best chipotles I've been too. The service was nice and polite. I don't remember the ambience I'm guessing musical is playing like that all the other chipotles, but I don't remember much of it, and I only stopped in to get food because I had to go. read more

Always a favorite! Bowl!!! Scrumptious! Yes, the store is new. They are still figuring things out... but the staff is amazing and they are doing their best! The food is awesome! My best advice to you is, do not use the mobile app to order. Go inside. Don't worry about DoorDash. Just go into the store and talk to the people and get your food. read more

I've eaten here twice and both times I was disappointed in the freshness of the food. It looked like it was sitting there all day. The employees were in a bad mood. The place looked like it was not maintained. 1 stars for cleanliness. Walk around the corner to the soda machine and utensil station and you'll see a mess. I stopped in to try it and was very disappointed. We were lucky with nobody is front of us, so service was quick. But the people were not very friendly. I had a salad with chicken. The food was so salty I couldn't finish eating it. The most enjoyable part of my meal was the bottle of San Pellegrino water. Also the dining area was not designed very well. It felt super cramped, even without customers inside. We couldn't wait to get out of there. I don't plan on returning. read more

ordered the Chicken Al Pastor. The bin was empty, the first server said "We're out". The second server told her to go look at the drive through line. She returned telling me there was more on the other line.....what would I like? I responded Chicken Al Pastor. So she took my bowl with rice and black beans over to the other line and added the chicken and returned to complete it with other toppings. I added guacamole, knowing it would cost more. By the time I ordered my $3.00 soda, it was over $15.00. The chicken was very over cooked. The drink station was a MESS. I had to ask for a spoon, since the container was empty. The server gave me a spoon, never bothering to take more to the station. The floor and tables had not been cleaned. There were many tables that had not been wiped down. My husband used the bathroom, and he said two of three toilet paper rolls were empty. The bathroom was a mess, and either someone missed, or there was a leak, as the floor was wet (not in a good way). The staff seemed to be untrained, and lacking in all categories of service, sanitation, cooking. We spent over $33.00 for a burrito, and a bowl with two drinks. We won't be going back. read more

I stopped in today for a lunch take out. As I approached the front entrance the doors were filthy like they had never been cleaned since they opened. The vestibule was the same way. All kinds of stuff on the floor I mean a lot of stuff. The restaurant is only 4 months old but the floor (in my opinion) has never been mopped. The glass has never been washed and the walls looked like they were years old. All beat up. This is only what I observed before I got to the counter. It was disgusting in the kitchen part as well. All kinds of junk on the floor. Food, papers, utensils, napkins and the back kitchen looked like it hadn't been cleaned since they opened. Who is the manager and why are they not paying attention to how the restaurant looks. No wonder it was completely empty. Not a soul except the person working there who was sitting down eating and had to get up to take our order. I walked out. It is a shame this restaurant is only 4 months old and all ready up for sale. read more

That was one of the best and most memorable visits I have had at chipotle. We had a new employee helping us initially, which I am not complaining about. However, JT and a female employee gave us a great experience. The spicy pineapple chicken, per JT's recommendation, was good. Everyone seemed calm and not stressed, but also seemed to care, which created an environment that was pleasant to be in. read more

After mobile ordering my food i arrived to chipotle at the pickup time i was given. I got lucky and only had to wait behind 4 cars which was another 40 minute wait. I get to the window and the cashier handed me my food which i only got chips and queso. My friend had a separate mobile order of a burrito bowl and chips and queso. By the time we left the place was wrapped around full of cars. I open my bag at the light and there was only queso and no chips and her burrito bowl was not even her order and her order lacked chips as-well. So we went back in and they told me they were out of chips. So apparently that gives them the right to not tell us they were out and to send us on our way with a container of cheese and a messed up burrito bowl. poor display. read more

The inside and outside of restaurant were both filthy. There wasn't even enough meat prepared to last until closing when it was only 5 PM. The poor worker was obviously brand new and not properly trained at all and the "manager" wasn't doing a damn thing to help in any way. $38 for a gigantic cold burrito that wasn't even correctly made and a burrito bowl with the remnants of some baracao at the bottom of the pan. What waste of money and time. My Husband threw about 95% of the burrito away and I ate a quarter of the bowl. Pathetic. read more

Horrible service. They are always out of something. I asked how long for veggies and they told me 5-10 minutes. I sat there watching them cook the veggies for 30 minutes and they finally were "ready." I got up to the line and asked where the veggies were and they said they didn't have any. 30 minutes of my life just wasted. read more

The food was great as usual the rice is always on one side and the chicken on the other and it wasnt really mixed but thats alright. They did not have the poppi soda like other chipotles do so that was kinda disipointing. service was ok nothing too special about it that stood out to me. there is a curb that is hard to see and my mom ran it over bc it just came out of no where. The app didn't want to process my order and when I went in to order, it seemed they couldn't keep their meat stocked up in the front line. Also I wanted fruit for both of my kids meals but they only had one left.... There were plenty of workers there just seemed chaotic a little. read more
