Well, something has changed here when they first started it was great but now after a year in I'm training problems and I hope that they can fix them up. 1. Undercooked rice, making the whole meal ruined by having hard, crunchy rice. You don't know if you're gonna break your teeth or not. It ruins the whole meal because with every bite it's like you're chewing on plastic absolutely horrible they're not using time management skills appropriately and they're giving undercooked food that's not right. 2. The guacamole is not guacamole they're serving just straight avocado is supposed to have a nice mix. It's a specific recipe but when they just throw in raw avocado, what are we paying for the cost about a dollar for one avocado in the portion size and cost $2.75 and it's not even one avocado we're supposed to be paying for guacamole and instead we just get right avocado which is very tasteless unless you season it and apply the ingredients to make it to the signature chipotle guacamole this restaurant is failing to be an appropriate chipotle. 3. There's a lot of nice people working here. They seem to have a revolving door yet they keep a few people primarily women they don't keep any men it's a trend. I see in the Dixon rock Falls Sterling area just like at Arby's. read more

I'm not certain who owns this but they need to do serious revamping and it would probably be more profitable. Service was subpar staff doing food prep were moving at a glacial speed while there was a decent line. They seem to always be understaffed and underprepared for a dinner service. Out of queso, out of sour cream, like completely out someone failed to order properly, might as well not ask for fajitas because you may get one or two slices which is absurd given there's a store across the road if your running low. The inside was dirty, makes you question food sanitation and wonder how frequently the health department actually visits. It's almost like the owner has regrets and wants it to go bankrupt. read more

Unfortunately they were out of most of the proteins. Hands down the dirtiest restaurant I've ever been to. The tables, the service counter even the windows were absolutely filthy. I had to leave just based off the likelihood of food bourbon pathogens. read more

Dirty. Told veggies were for online orders only. Staff were nice enough, but restaurant is substandard.

The food is great! But every time we go into this restaurant it's nasty! They refuse to clean the tables! They have smeared on cheese bits and old food foulness! I can't believe anyone eats inside the restaurant. We always take our food to go. While most every other Chipotle we have been to is clean and in order, this one is the exact opposite of clean and orderly. It's speaks about the leadership at this location I think. Whoever the manager('s) and management team are clearly is failing to communicate just how important cleanliness really is to the customer. I am not even a clean freak, and this place disgusts even me! Please Chipotle do something about this for the sake of humanity! read more

ZERO STARS. ABSOLUTE FILTH!!!!!! How is this place still in business? Overflowing trash...trash everywhere!!! Male employees looking like they just rolled out of bed and not showered. I regret not walking out, it makes me nauseous to think we ate food here. The guy had to scrape the bottom of the bins to give me morsels of 2 toppings I wanted. I thought it was strange why the parking lot was so empty....now I know. read more

Well, at chipotle in DICKSON, they barely put any meat on a burrito. I was in line. They had five other people ahead of me. You could've counted the pieces under 10 little pieces of chicken I mean, barely puts any meat in a bowl, barely any meat on a burrito even the cashier says you don't have anything on there. Let me put some more on it. I'm guessing it looks like a new employee not trained right they're so little bit of rice. You could counted the rice and two hands. That's how little it was, and I believe the kid was probably counting because each sandwich took them forever to make paste the shop elsewhere and other chipotle's, but not the one in dixon. read more

They are always understaffed and as such are always running out of ingredients. Staff turnover is horrible. Management could care less if you have a bad experience. Consistency is non existent. read more

The place is always filthy! The workers are nice, but need trained on consistency with portions. One person will get twice as much of something compared to the next. I love the food, but it is a huge turn off that there isn't a single clean table to sit at. Every time I bring up coming here to others they don't want to come because of the lack of cleaning. I really wish I could give a higher star rating. Both these are basic management issues read more

Seriously. If I was the manager I would fire myself. If I were the owner I would be embarrassed to let anyone know I owned it. It's a shame because I like the product but today was the ladt time. Dirty, long line with 1 person prepping. Constantly out of material because their serving station pans are far too small. Last time before this one they had no veggies for the second time in a row. The manager said they were out most of the evening because they didn't have time. Growing up in family restaurants I really felt bad for them. Lets not even talk about portion control. The last and only review i ever made was this one. Apparently they dont read their own reviews or have anyone overlooking the operation. read more

Always a favorite! Bowl!!! Scrumptious! Yes, the store is new. They are still figuring things out... but the staff is amazing and they are doing their best! The food is awesome! My best advice to you is, do not use the mobile app to order. Go inside. Don't worry about DoorDash. Just go into the store and talk to the people and get your food. read more

Been standing waiting for my order since 8:36pm til now and they are finally making it. And when I asked about if it will be ready soon about 45 minutes ago, they are blaming they had a school fundraiser tonight so they are behind. I'm 1 of those customers. They knew about this it was setup over a week ago. I also heard other people were missing items in their orders . I only have been waiting for a burrito bowl that's it. I'm diabetic I shouldn't be waiting til 2.5 hrs and after 10pm to get my dinner. I'm disappointed. read more

I went Here a while back And it's one of the best chipotles I've been too. The service was nice and polite. I don't remember the ambience I'm guessing musical is playing like that all the other chipotles, but I don't remember much of it, and I only stopped in to get food because I had to go. read more

I stopped in to try it and was very disappointed. We were lucky with nobody is front of us, so service was quick. But the people were not very friendly. I had a salad with chicken. The food was so salty I couldn't finish eating it. The most enjoyable part of my meal was the bottle of San Pellegrino water. Also the dining area was not designed very well. It felt super cramped, even without customers inside. We couldn't wait to get out of there. I don't plan on returning. read more

I've eaten here twice and both times I was disappointed in the freshness of the food. It looked like it was sitting there all day. The employees were in a bad mood. The place looked like it was not maintained. 1 stars for cleanliness. Walk around the corner to the soda machine and utensil station and you'll see a mess. Made me not want to eat my food thinking what it's like behind the counter. read more

Kept asking for proper portions, said they would charge me extra. Never going here again. Ridiculous. Pathetic tacos. Love chipotle but this location needs to get their selves together. Bowl was unbelievably salty and I didn't notice they forgot to put lettuce on it. Bathroom door didn't lock. read more

ordered the Chicken Al Pastor. The bin was empty, the first server said "We're out". The second server told her to go look at the drive through line. She returned telling me there was more on the other line.....what would I like? I responded Chicken Al Pastor. So she took my bowl with rice and black beans over to the other line and added the chicken and returned to complete it with other toppings. I added guacamole, knowing it would cost more. By the time I ordered my $3.00 soda, it was over $15.00. The chicken was very over cooked. The drink station was a MESS. I had to ask for a spoon, since the container was empty. The server gave me a spoon, never bothering to take more to the station. The floor and tables had not been cleaned. There were many tables that had not been wiped down. My husband used the bathroom, and he said two of three toilet paper rolls were empty. The bathroom was a mess, and either someone missed, or there was a leak, as the floor was wet (not in a good way). The staff seemed to be untrained, and lacking in all categories of service, sanitation, cooking. We spent over $33.00 for a burrito, and a bowl with two drinks. We won't be going back. read more

I usually enjoy Chipotle. I've never been in such a filthy place. I ended up leaving & went to Subway. I will try again once they get their act together & figure out how to clean. read more

Restaurant very dirty, floors dining tables, restrooms all very soiled . Had five workers and not busy. My last visit at this dump.

Went at 9pm to get a bowl and a burrito and they had no veggies at all and basically no meat...huge crowd came in and wiped them out...open for two more hours with no food read more

Food is great. I personally get a burrito every time i go there. Great portion sizes. Service is very good nice people. Inside is fairly clean. read more

This place hadn't been open a year yet, every time I come here they NEVER. have fajita peppers not because they're out of them but the staff is too lazy to keep them fresh n ready for the customers. I'm a trucker who doesn't eat meat so I can't even enjoy a veggie bowl you would think management would make sure everything is on hand at this rate they'll be closed before the year is out!! Just do better read more

Stopped today. Trash cans overflowing, ice in the catch trap of drink machine overflowing, no napkins, 3 forks in the silverware cups. Outside tables dirty. read more

I stopped in today for a lunch take out. As I approached the front entrance the doors were filthy like they had never been cleaned since they opened. The vestibule was the same way. All kinds of stuff on the floor I mean a lot of stuff. The restaurant is only 4 months old but the floor (in my opinion) has never been mopped. The glass has never been washed and the walls looked like they were years old. All beat up. This is only what I observed before I got to the counter. It was disgusting in the kitchen part as well. All kinds of junk on the floor. Food, papers, utensils, napkins and the back kitchen looked like it hadn't been cleaned since they opened. Who is the manager and why are they not paying attention to how the restaurant looks. No wonder it was completely empty. Not a soul except the person working there who was sitting down eating and had to get up to take our order. I walked out. It is a shame this restaurant is only 4 months old and all ready up for sale. read more

That was one of the best and most memorable visits I have had at chipotle. We had a new employee helping us initially, which I am not complaining about. However, JT and a female employee gave us a great experience. The spicy pineapple chicken, per JT's recommendation, was good. Everyone seemed calm and not stressed, but also seemed to care, which created an environment that was pleasant to be in. read more

Food was cold. Every table was dirty even though they had 3 workers standing there talking & one of them on their phone. For the price I can go to a nice sit down restaurant and get clean tables& warm food. read more

The inside and outside of restaurant were both filthy. There wasn't even enough meat prepared to last until closing when it was only 5 PM. The poor worker was obviously brand new and not properly trained at all and the "manager" wasn't doing a damn thing to help in any way. $38 for a gigantic cold burrito that wasn't even correctly made and a burrito bowl with the remnants of some baracao at the bottom of the pan. What waste of money and time. My Husband threw about 95% of the burrito away and I ate a quarter of the bowl. Pathetic. read more

After mobile ordering my food i arrived to chipotle at the pickup time i was given. I got lucky and only had to wait behind 4 cars which was another 40 minute wait. I get to the window and the cashier handed me my food which i only got chips and queso. My friend had a separate mobile order of a burrito bowl and chips and queso. By the time we left the place was wrapped around full of cars. I open my bag at the light and there was only queso and no chips and her burrito bowl was not even her order and her order lacked chips as-well. So we went back in and they told me they were out of chips. So apparently that gives them the right to not tell us they were out and to send us on our way with a container of cheese and a messed up burrito bowl. poor display. read more

Horrible service. They are always out of something. I asked how long for veggies and they told me 5-10 minutes. I sat there watching them cook the veggies for 30 minutes and they finally were "ready." I got up to the line and asked where the veggies were and they said they didn't have any. 30 minutes of my life just wasted. read more

The food was great as usual the rice is always on one side and the chicken on the other and it wasnt really mixed but thats alright. They did not have the poppi soda like other chipotles do so that was kinda disipointing. service was ok nothing too special about it that stood out to me. there is a curb that is hard to see and my mom ran it over bc it just came out of no where. Otherwise everything was decent their chicken is the absolute best!!! read more

The app didn't want to process my order and when I went in to order, it seemed they couldn't keep their meat stocked up in the front line. Also I wanted fruit for both of my kids meals but they only had one left.... There were plenty of workers there just seemed chaotic a little. read more
