Later in the same phone call, the manager agreed to the refund and then a different manager reversed course, saying the food would need to be brought back. By that point, the food had already been thrown away because it was not edible. I did take photos of the food in the garbage and will be including them with this review. What was most frustrating was not just the poor food quality, but the inconsistent and contradictory response afterward. I reached out to give the restaurant an opportunity to address the issue and instead received mixed messages and no resolution.
