4 hours prior to closing they were out of fajitas, corn, cheese, and lettuce. Also staff was closing up the restaurant, putting away chairs and other items. This is not the first time either. I don't think I've ever had an experience where they were not out of ingredients. read more

I asked for an extra quesadilla in my meal and I guess it can't be charged as a side anymore so I had to pay for a whole extra kids meal. The rice was under cooked and hard, the cheese in the quesadillas was not melted, only slightly warm. The sour cream had chunks in it ,( I don't know if it was from the sour cream or if something had fallen in.) the workers were nice but they need to make a side quesadilla an option please and thank you. read more

I have gone to this chipotle before and it has been good but today maybe was just an off day. I got two kids quesadilla meal with an extra quesadilla on the side. They didn't tell me until I was about to pay that I had to pay for a whole other kids meal instead of just charging me for the quesadilla. They did offer the choice of getting two more sides of chips and two more cups. I declined because I didn't need that. My total was $20.24. When I started to eat my rice that I got on the side it was hard and the sour cream had chunks in it and if that's not enough the cheese in my quesadillas were not melted and just warm. Honestly it's unreal how they can constantly be out of stuff. 4 separate occasions within 3 weeks. Pit of burrito wraps? How? Out of corn. Out of lettuce. ORDER ENOUGH STUFF!! It's every damn time. Also, if you have a new employee why do they start on the burrito wraps line? Please stop putting the new person in charge of wrapping my burrito so it can fall apart at home. very lazy and unsanitary looking workers. tables are akways dirty. terrible attitudes. they were "out of forks!" "than out of cheese on a different day of the week. it's close to home. i gave them several chances. i'm eating at a different chipotle. i even wrote corporate...after our feet were sticking to the floor from previous diners terrible stench in between tables from being unsanitary. over flowing garbage. the bathrooms atrocious. please do something chipotle workers because we love your food. it would be sad if you had to close. read more

We dropped in to support Tails, a local animal shelter. Props to Chipotle for offering this service. We had eaten at other restaurants of this chain, so we wanted to see if this was better, worse or the same. The same is fair - service was prompt and attentive, my wife had a bowl and I had a steak burrito. Everything came out hot and tasty. I did go with the hot salsa on the burrito. Most of the time, I can hardly notice - today, it was noticeable - nice and hot! Plus, a portion of our bill helped a good cause. How can you go wrong? Thanks for the big heart, Chipotle! First off, the guacamole was brown and looked like it had been there for a while. Secondly, They gave me way under the portions of what Is normal. There was no line and it was like they were rushed for something. She gave me little of what I asked and when I asked for more she gave me a little more which was still less then the normal portion size. I paid for 3 bowls and only got about a bowl and a half of food in total. read more

Today I went to this particular Chipotle, and I was having a bit of a rough day, perhaps the manager could tell, I'm not sure! I've always had great service here and it is my go-to fast food restaurant for the area, but I have never taken the time to write a review. Today the service was very polite and helpful, however, they ran out of rice for my burrito and I had to wait a moment for them to fill it back up. No big deal, it was all of 30 seconds. However, they decided to give me the burrito free because of the minor wait. I was very surprised as this was quite unexpected. I just wanted to say that helped turn my day around, and I truly appreciate service like that. I will continue to go there with family and friends regularly! :) read more

This 1 star is for my most recent experience here. There are just some things that you don't want to see at a restaurant. What I saw while ordering was one of those things. I was in line while I saw one of the workers in the back eating chips right out of the batch. I don't get this. How do people that work in the food industry think that this behavior is acceptable? This is probably my favorite chipotle to go to because of how friendly the staff is and how well maintained they keep it, but this time i had a problem. I ordered a burrito and picked it up. High hopes as usual I took my first bite, and found out they made my order wrong or just gave me someone else's burrito. the lines at this chipotle are typically shorter than the lincoln hwy location. i avoided this one for awhile because of the terrible quality of food i was receiving here regularly, but after months of avoiding it, i went there today and it was surprisingly great! this is a newer location, so my hopes are that as the employees have gotten more experience, the quality of food and service has gone up. they were very friendly and helpful, and didn't over charge me like many chipotles will do. i will definitely be back again, and probably sooner than later! update: make friends with the chipotle workers because they're super sweet and if you go in late at night, they will sometimes give you free stuff like chips because it gets thrown out at close anyway. life hacks. read more

This location was having problems with the computer system (which I understand happens) so the whole line was backed up but on top of that they did not have a meat that a lady next to me wanted and did not have guacamole which I wanted, and there was no one there making the food in the back either. server was running through the prices leaving out the extra costs of the upgrades. We explained we have not been to chipotle for a long while. (Now I know why.) And at the time there was no one behind us in line hence no need for rushing. We ordered 1 steak (don't know what they consider to be steak). Burrito and 1-3 taco entre. the steak burrito was fatty with stringy veins of fat, the rice had something hard in every other bite. ( The rice was on the steak burrito).1 domestic and 1 import beer with a steak burrito and a 3 taco entre = $27.00 USD. Would have been money better spent at a Mexican restaurant then this place. taco bell shines compared to this place, food is more edible and is cheaper, but I still prefer a authentic Mexican restaurant. This chipotle really sucks! I prefer the one on Lincon Hwy. I have been here 4 times and each time I have had a problem. One time I went, I was giving a bowl that was not mine. Another time, a girl could not wrap my burrito and was going to give me a double wrap one until I asked for the manager to do it. Another time, I asked for Lettuce and was told it was on there....when I left the store I saw it was not. I called and spoke with a manager and told him everytime I come there is a problem. He apologized and told me the only thing he could do is offer me a free entrée. A few days later I went back to get my free bowl, everything was made correctly...once I started eating it, I realized the rice was undercooked and still hard!
