We came in to this chipotle and was given half size orders, I can usually fill my bowl by getting most of the ingredients and make it worth my money but I felt as if the lady serving us was barely giving anything into my bowl. I know that sounds stingy but if you know you know. The pinto beans were so dry and looked disgusting so showing that as the first thing you see while ordering, not so good... and as we walked in the floors were so gross, it looked like they tried to mop before closing and just pushed a bunch of dirt around and it dried up all over the place. Where to begin with this experience? July 3rd around 10pm we placed an order for three meals: one rice bowl and two burritos. Closing time wasn't until 11, so I didn't consider this last minute. I sent my nephew to pick our order up. None of it was right. I'm not sure if they had put most of the ingredients up for the night or had run out or something else altogether, but when my nephew got back, he and his brother took theirs to their rooms, and I began eating my rice bowl. My bowl was-and this is no exaggeration-75% rice. It had a few pieces of chicken, a few random pieces of lettuce that was old and wilted, a lot of sour cream (which had not been ordered) and that was it. No salsa, pico, veggies, cheese, corn salsa. My nephews' burritos had the exact same (minus the lettuce, which they had ordered) and without the queso we'd added. A large size guacamole, added at pick up, was a FROZEN half of an avocado in the guac bowl ($8). As they were closing for the night and were not open on Independence Day, I put my frustrations aside and emailed them a few days later. For days I went back and forth with their customer "service" team for my refund to no avail. They loaded my Chipotle account with expiring BOGO "rewards" and free drinks. They took no accountability and mentioned "because it's been so long." I noted it had only been a few days and included a holiday, still no reason or logic. As a result, I will not be returning to this Chipotle at any point in the future. Mistakes happen and supply gets disrupted from time to time, but accountability for the integrity of service and quality of food are nonnegotiable factors for me in returning. read more

I was really impressed by the quesadillas. It was a good size and I liked that I got to pick from 3 sides. I also got a bonus side of guac from my rewards. I've been coming to this location for a couple of years and have never had an issue with online ordering and picking up my order from the rack. I ordered 2 bowls on Wednesday (may 24) evening. One had brown rice and the other white rice. I was really excited because I love chipotle however the white rice was so salty. I had my friend try the bowl as well to see if I was overreacting but he had the same reaction. I couldn't even eat my bowl and as a former chipotle employee I am so disappointed. We had to wait for 20 minutes for the bowl. There was no cheese or guacamole and ended up not being able to eat my chicken bowl. It is safe to say that I have love affair with Chipotle. Wherever there's a location I am pulling up. I only get the Bowl. My special ingredients include brown rice, black beans, chicken, fajita veggies, corn, pico, red chili sauce, green chili sauce, and Monterey jack cheese. The chips are a bonus. I use those as a scoop. So, yes I eat my bowl dip style. I love it because you can eat healthy at an affordable price. The store was clean and the staff was friendly. Love it! read more

Don't go to this chipotle. I went expecting normal chipotle quality but all of the food was bad. I got a chicken bowl but the chicken was burnt, I was missing some things that I asked for, and even though I did not ask for lettuce or pico there were random pieces of it in my bowl. Chipotle is my go to for fast food. It is far superior to the fast food burger (not to mention significantly healthier) and can get you in and out just as fast. The numbers alone don't lie. I think today's fast food consumer has demanded change in the fast food industry and places like Chipotle have heard these voices of dissent and offered a more casual restaurant that can quickly make you a meal (Chipotle does it by "building" a bowl, burrito, tacos, or a salad in front of you, heaping piles of food from steaming trays) and get you a meal in a reasonable amount of time to accommodate even a half hour lunch break. I came to chipotle for the first time ever today, one thing I noticed when I walked in was a pile of trash not taken out, kind of claustrophobic inside of the restaurant, but it was ok.the oriole that worked there were nice. Against my better judgement, I gave in to the commercials with the sizzling fresh chicken and decided to forget the multiple samonella poisonings and ordered the salad. The 1st red flag was the employee had to scrape the last bit of lettuce and veggies and said that was all he had. This was 2:40pm on a Thursday, April 27 I got the salad anyway. Looked j horrible. My wife really wanted to try this salad so I drove to the Poplar location so she could have a fresh one so now I had 2 salads. I emailed corporate about it and told Emily what happened. She apologized but offered no compensation. I told her that so she offered me a free drink. one **** drink after I purchased 2 salads from two different locations(but the one in Cordova was more expensive, Emily said they make their own prices up). I cannot believe how RUDE, demeaning, and disrespectful the employees were. I was picking up my mobile order and ran in, forgetting my mask. I was yelled at upon entering and as I tried to rummage through my purse for my mask while covering my entire face with my jacket, the little teenager continued to yell at me and I just asked her to hand me my bag. She SHiELDeD the food with her body and asserted that my jacket is NOT a mask.
