Extremely overcrowded, always. We have had a few problems at this store with quantity of sauces, meat, and even lettuce, after asking for more. Our last time going there they over charged us then gave us a coupon to "fix it", which we realized was expired when we got home. Total bummer. My boyfriend and I ordered for pickup because covid. We ordered bowls and it was below the standard of other chipotles we have ordered from. When we arrived to pickup our food there was no designated pickup area or employees to help us. The manager herded people rudely around and sharply bossed the workers with a harsh tone. They obviously are not equipped enough to handle this crisis. Will not be coming to this location again. read more

I love chipotle unfortunately this location needs some work. My girlfriend and i stopped in for a quick bite since she had a "free chips and guacamole" coupon for her birthday. After we ordered we informed the cashier that we had a coupon and would like to apply it to the guacamole on the bowl we ordered. The cashier insisted that was not allowed and we would have to order a separate side of Gauc. After explaining we would not like that as it would be a waste of food the manager was called over. Once we explained our issue he had an attitude and said it what we wanted was "not allowed but ill do it because I'm feeling nice tonight" The cashier then insisted we take the chips even though we would just be throwing them away. Finally when we ate the meat was too salty and made the bowl inedible. In my mind it should have been a simple transaction. I do not understand how it was such an ordeal over guacamole and we will not be going back to this location again. read more

Hate to do this, being that this is one of our favorite go to places for take out after shopping at Target or Costco. Not sure if they have a new staff within the last few months but RICE was WAYYYYYY undercooked (to the point when you chew you feel the grainy-ness) (has happened to us the last couple of visits) skimped us out on sour cream & cheese. This is usually our favorite location since it's so convenient to where we live. We hope they get it together so that we can be back. read more

They are busy. They usually are, yet they are definitely not as busy as I usually see them. They were not working like the well oiled machine that typically is chipotle. There seemed to be dissension among the ranks. The cooking team were too busy talking to hear what the front line call out orders. They were out of beans, fajitas, two salsas, two meats... Then there were staff complaining they were supposed to be on break... Eventually just left the line (don't blame them). Then after waiting 12 minutes to get to where I placed my order, I waited at each stop (meat & fajitas, salsa) and then to top it off, I had been waiting so long for fajitas, the gal reached behind the table and grabbed a quick bit of fajitas and threw it on my burrito (yeah, thanks for the two slices of peppers and two onions)... And then 1.95 for about two tablespoons of guac? Really? The guy ahead got a full thick line of guac on his burrito AND salad! Finally I get to the register to pay and no one is there!!! A few gals were talking by the door to the kitchen. About three minutes later she finally came out to ring me up... All in all it took 28 minutes and $14 to get my food. Get home to enjoy my burrito...yeah, the burrito was broken. :( now instead of a burrito I had a bowl of ingredients and the bag leaked... I'm sure my car is gonna smell like chipotle for a while. So disappointed with the visit. Didn't feel valued as a customer. Didn't feel the value was worth what I paid....a part of me wanted to walk out as I waited at the register and leave my burrito and to just forget the whole thing.... read more

Probably the best location out of the Fresno/Clovis area. They're usually always busy from open until close. Have even gone in at unconventional eating times of the day (3:30 pm) and have seen the line to the entrance. They give you healthy portions of what you order and don't slack on amount. They (rarely) can be quick to get you in and out. Everything tastes delicious, have never had a problem with the food. I typically order online and then pick up in store. Have had some instances where my food wasn't ready at the promised time. They have the consistency of your doctor's office. You know, when you make an appointment then after 45 minutes after the agreed upon time, the nurse finally calls you back to wait another 30 minutes? I exaggerate, but I order online so I don't have to wait in line. Parking is the worst part about this location. The workers here definitely hate their job not only can I tell by their faces but even when there isn't a big line they rush the whole order and make it super soggy and sloppy. Let's just say my burritos and salads are mostly full of water never had a good experience here no matter how many times I give it a chance. My favorite place to eat lunch. Awesome, funny employees & the manager is the coolest dude! Nothing beats a burrito bowl with brown rice, double steak, corn salsa, cheese, & a side of chips with the medium salsa! So tasty. One night I arrived there right at closing time, & they let me & my fiancé in still, cooked all the food fresh for us, & gave us double the normal amount for half the price, just for waiting 5 minutes! I've never cared much for this Chipotle location... the tables are always filthy, the burritos are never as big as the Palm location, and the rice is always dry. Plus, the staff isn't very friendly and seems put off if you tell them you want your burrito differently from how they're making it. A big shout out to the staff here for being friendly and knowledgeable about food allergies! I eat gluten and dairy free due to health problems, and the people working at this location have always been very careful to change their gloves, keep my food separated, use fresh condiments, etc. I really appreciate how they are flexible and never give me a bad attitude or act like I'm an inconvenience. I always have to be careful eating out so that I don't get sick, but here I can relax and eat. I really enjoy the bowls and the corn tortilla soft tacos here. read more

2 out of the employees that helped me out were so impatient & rude. I asked the girl who added my toppings repeated herself super loud full of attitude when I said "excuse me?" Then the cashier handed my receipt and walked away without saying thank you or giving me my cup. Where is the quality customer service? If you haven't heard of the decline of Chipotle here's a great example of what was once pretty is now a definite pass. Been eating here since it opened, tried it today as it sounded good before a movie, place was not clean, person behind the counter skimped on portions I asked for my and was told with raised voice and attitude "That's the portion you! want more? double price!" I should have walked away but paid the price and the meat was dry, not hot or warm, and steak bits had chucks of grissle, stomach uneasy now the rest of the day. Again I should have, and I recommend you, walk away and try somewhere else! read more

What can I say... eat at Chipotle and know that you're getting very "Americanized" Mexican food. That said though, I was impressed with this particular group of employees and their level of enthusiasm. In today's day and age, when just about every other fast-food worker is unhappy to be at work for one reason or another, it's actually nice to run across a good team every now and then. This particular team was on it! Everyone was super-friendly, and they happened to make my order correctly too. Not just that, but they all seemed to be having a good time (good moods are contagious). As for the food, as far as Chipotle goes, this store had the freshest toppingsand ingredients out of any of the other stores I've visited in the past. My food was actually pretty damned good! Still not authentic Mexican food, but then again, Weinerschnitzel ain't German (though I'm a sucker for their chili dogs...). Even though I'm not a huge fan of the Chipotle concept (went their because the Wifey was craving it...), based on this last visit, I'm sure I'll return. I don't know if they have changed management or workers or whatever but ever since after I put down my first review they've been making Chipotle not so great at least at this store every time I've gone there and I've been to this place many times and every time every time I go there now the rice is always hard it's never soft or if it is soft it's either very hard or mushy it's never firm also they've been giving you very little meat ordering online is a waste because it's cold or food parts are hard. I come here often because I love the prompt service, and delicious burritos. The food is usually great, until I recently came in for a veggie burrito, which was soggy due to too much pico de gallo.(New girl) so I called in explainig my problem, the manager was very helpful, and re-made the burrito herself, even added chips and salsa. I went here today to eat with both of my daughters. My daughter wanted to come for some time so I brought her. My daughter had a chicken bowel and my other daughter had the kids quesadilla with rice. I had a bowel half chicken half meat. Anyway the experience was not pleasant, we started eating our food and I quickly noticed the rice was under cooked. My daughters rice was the same, I took my daughters kids meal back to get the other kind of rice and it was also under cooked. Idk if they taste the food to make sure it's cooked through or what happened today? They did other to remake the bowels but I mean with the same rice no thanks.
