My son, my wife and I ate here today and my son had not been to a chipotle in a while. He ordered a burrito bowl (they were out of flour tortillas by the way) and he got bright red sauce not knowing how spicy it was. He ate around 1/3 of the bowl and couldn't eat any more due to spiciness. He let others at the table try a bite/scoop to see how spicy it was. I thought it was very hot and I like spicy. He attempted to see if they would replace at least half the bowl since he couldn't eat it. Manager Cynthia said no. It was not possible to replace anything since it was partially eaten already. I asked if she could just replace half so he could at least have something to eat. She said it was not possible and how could she ring up a replacement for half a bowl. Terrible customer service. We will not be returning to this location and most likely to the chain altogether for a long while, if ever. read more

Out of all Chipotles I've frequented across the state, this is one of the better ones. Sparkling clean, quick, and delicious. They actually cooked the fajita veggies just right. I go here when I'm desperate as a vegan they do have vegan fare just not really up to my standards and they charge extra for things that should be free considering I'm not getting cheese or sour cream which are expensive they need to be fare and not charge for guacamole to make things even. It's always rushed and the staff as I said will buckle and dine you if you're a vegetarian you have to pay extra for sofritas and grilled vegetables which I find ridiculous since meat is so much more expensive than tofu I give it 2 stars just because the staff is friendly regardless but the fairness for vegans is lacking we shouldn't be taxed and punished financially for being vegan we should actually get free guacamole at least to make up for the savings we are giving to chipotle it's totally ass backwards. I immediate started getting an attitude from the person serving me. I asked for more chicken & he put 3 more little pieces, It felt like getting a Kids Chicken Bowl. Chips were stale I asked for a fresh bag from the basket they had under the light and she refused by saying they were all made in the morning & that they would taste the same. I was there a little after 1pm. She gave me another bag from the ones on the other side & they were the same, I had to throw them away!!! They didn't care, therefore I wasn't going to spend any more of my time trying to get a refund. This restaurant is Horrible!!!
