We got in and didn't see our pickup order on the shelf since we were early - Jayden (sp?) actually came over to check on us within a minute of us sitting down to see if we were waiting for an order. She returned with two family orders already ready to go - early! Great service, just had to put in a good review because it's rare to find people who provide genuinely good service anymore. read more

Disgusting place and food never again . Food have a no flavor and over cooked vegetables not worth money. read more

This chipotle is absolutely despicable, I've been coming here at least once a month for the past 3 years via the drive through pick up and countless times have they missed entire entrees, forgotten to give the drink, or forgotten the chips. This is the last straw for me. The burrito is so puny and sad and I was so excited to have a nice lunch and this is what I get. They forgot the pico, corn, and the cheese. I'm also 5' 2, my hand is not huge this is just a really small burrito. I feel bad for the workers it's probably just that they are understaffed. read more

Once again, I come to this location they were out of steak completely. It wasn't even an option. We all enjoy their steak. We drove seven hours and stopped there. We were very disappointed and left. This location is bad. Go to a different location. read more

The server didnt fill my bowl unlike the people around me who had theirs overflowing, the food wasnt fresh either read more

Chipotle Mexican Grill - they underserved me. this is entirely untouched - Mexican Near Me - Burnsville, Minnesota

Awful!! I ordered a burrito for pickup and most of it was ripped. The fact that they thought it was okay to still give me a burrito, even though it had a huge rip in it says a lot about the workplace. I could barely eat it without the food falling out of the burrito. I was so pissed and this isn't the first time it's happened before at this place. These workers need to use more common sense. read more

I always love the food from Chipotle!! I feel their portions are very generous and we always get two meals out of 1 order, sometimes three. I also feel it's a bit spendy. We seldom eat there. It's more cafeteria like and for me not all that comfortable. I'm more comfortable at home I guess. read more

Always tell myself I'll never come to this location again but after a year or so i forget how bad it is. I. Love chipotle eat it all the time. I wouldn't eat here for free, this location is like a fake chipotle it's like every employee put their life savings into puts on the stock and are just trying to tank this place. Music so loud i couldn't even talk, food was so mixed up in different bowls you're getting a little of everything with anything. read more

I was in the area yesterday craving Mexican even though I had a terrible experience the last time I ate there I decided to give them another try. I had a burrito bowl with chicken yesterday and after 1.5 hours of eating there I got massive diarrhea and stomach cramps. So sick! I will NEVER eat here again! read more

I normally haven't had any issues with this location. But today, I ordered ahead online -- a chicken burrito bowl with guacamole. What was on my bowl was NOT guacamole. It was a warmed up avocado smashed on top of the bowl that was covered in lettuce (that I did not order) to disguise it. It had none of the flavor that they normally use for their guacamole and it was, frankly, disgusting! I like avocados, but they upcharged for guacamole and then served this? Gross! I contacted customer service and they said: "Here's a free chips and guacamole for a future visit!" If you're craving a burrito bowl, go to some other, local restaurant instead! read more

This is one of the better Chipotle locations, there is ample staff and good traffic to keep food fresh. The portions are a little small but flavors are consistent, it's a must to have to ask for a little more rice. Not much else to say, it's quick meal to grab Chipotle. read more

The food was great HOWEVER I was charged for things that I didn't even ask for in my order. I had to ask for extra rice because it was barely any in the bowl. They were being very light handed with everything I asked for & for $30 I would hope that my bowl would be made properly. read more

I typically wouldn't leave a review for a chipotle just because I know what to expect when I go in, but this last time was just uncomfortable for me. I went in about 45 minutes before close which I normally wouldn't do, but they're open late and it sounded good. I walked in and for a second, I thought maybe they had closed early bc they had taken apart the line to clean it. I got closer and the lady wiping down the counter was just glaring at me like I was inconveniencing her and just ignored me. It took a while before the cashier came over to help me. They had placed all the food on the counter behind them and I just had to yell over the Prince Royce they were playing. They were out of a lot of things which I don't feel like it's fair to be upset about but I got home to eat (less than a 10 min drive) my food was just so cold. Idk, I've worked in food service before so I know what it's like to work in that environment and starting to close early really helps them out in the end, however I also don't think it's acceptable to serve someone cold food and be rude just because you don't want to be there. This location as it is doesn't have the best reviews and I've never had any issues until now. But just as a heads up, don't go in here an hour before close read more

I won't be coming back to this chipotle, I got 2 bowls and they gave me not even half a serving of meat on both of them. I asked if I could just have a tiny bit more and the kid said he's gonna charge me extra for that. Ridiculous and out of all the times I've ever went to chipotle this time was the worst and the smallest portioning I've ever had. read more

I would give my enemies better food than this. I got overcharged a lot, and they skimped on everything but the rice.

Chips are a little stale but service was good and food was warm Nice and quiet, not too busy read more

Filthy! Disgusting! Nasty! How dies the Minnesota Department of Health let thus place stay open? I doubt they have EVER mopped the floor. I was there right at opening and yesterday's food is in the middle of the floor. All of the cabinets and fixtures are caked with filth. Staff comes in with coats on and help themselves to food without washing their hands. Old food splattered all over stainless from weeks, months ago? Old food on every wall. I did not DARE eat here. You shouldn't either. read more

Came here for lunch and portions have decreased so much. For the rice, they scoop half of the spoon they use to serve it. I feel like for the price what they're giving isn't worth here. Servers were not so nice and over experience just wasn't too great. read more

If I could give this place zero stars I would, I always have issues the few times I've gone, I normally go to the one in apple valley and when I have came here to get my usual order they tell me they can't do it that I need to order it from the app... they still need to make it there so what does it matter how I order it And to top that off when you order it the way that they tell you to order it you still get fucked up food they are rude also and I tried to walk in and get a burrito bowl and they have a sign saying no in store ordering or eating and the door is blocked off yet there are people sitting and eating inside... shit hole location just go to apple valley Chipotle read more

This location is terrible! I can't believe this is associated with McDonald's management. No wonder they offer free delivery...it's impossible to talk to a human. Seriously.. Try calling them. read more

This Chipotle is the worst. First order wasn't ready on time. I had to wait extra 20 mins. They are very cheap when ordering online or through the app, since no one is watching when they make the burrito or the bowl. My burrito was the size of a soda 12 oz can which not how big the burrito is from chipotle. My wife had a bowl and that was disappointing too. I went back and talked to the manager. He was very rude. He grabbed the order from me, tossed it away. 10 minutes later, a guy came with my order again. It was the same thing. I asked since when the burritos are this size, he said that the are all portioned and blah blah. It's BS. I didn't want to make a scene. I got home and opened my burrito, the aluminum foil had black coating on the inside. I am never going back to this chipotle again ever. See pictures read more

Every. Single. Time. This Chipotle is TERRIBLE. The orders are NEVER on-time, almost every time I have gone something has been missing/the rice is hard as could be, and to top it off, my Chipotle-app got hacked and someone stole $100 from me through it. I contacted their "customer service" aka EMAIL ONLY and never received a response. What a joke. Talk about a POORLY RUN company. I am ready to never go back and go to Qdoba - and that is saying a LOT. read more

If you want stuff rice and al dente vegetables this is the place for you! Simply ridiculous service too the girl serving us had a stank facial expression like she didn't want to be there. This place has ruined me for chipotle. Orders online once again attempting to get small shells for my bowl they stated to put it in the title due to they have no f-ing notes. But ok we followed through for the third time. And when I got there same big shells just gross brought it up to a subordinate and she said we did wrong. I almost blew up on the garbage customer service!!!!! But I refrained left the shells and said fuck chipotle. Unfortunate since we are busy and we like gas casual. All I can say is do better. Website number one and four customer service. Good luck. Heard other stores are getting worse as well. read more

Granddaughter found hairs in her burrito bowl and staff acted like I wasn't telling the truth! Bowl had to be remade twice because the second burrito bowl had wrong items even though she had original bowl in plain sight! Last, and third bowl, was correct but they were very stingy with ingredients. I told cashier they needed to change out the food on the line but nothing was done. This is the second, and last, time that the food was a disappointment. I will not return. read more

They're so stingy with their food portions. My bowl is always half empty and every time I ask them to add extra food they throw a fit or act completely oblivious. Is chipotle, going bankrupt?? Why are you guys so stingy?? read more

I ordered a chicken bowl and added the guac for an extra $2.60 and I didn't get any! Also I added lettuce and recieved literally 6 strands. I found about 8 pieces of chicken aswell. This place has gone way down hill. read more

Upon entry, the place was filthy. A person with no mask was allowed in and standing over the food breathing on everything!! The shield covering the food needs to be extended OVER the food. The counter at check out was dirty, the soda area was a mess of spilled drinks, straw paper, lids and napkins. The floor also was a mess of food , napkins and in desperate need of mopping. Not just pushing around dirty water, a serious cleaning. The food was tasty but i will never eat at this location. Clean up your store people read more

How is this place still operating? Never in my life have I witnessed such awful staff in regards to guest service, food safety and just overall attitude. Went in on 3/10/21 for a simple bowl. No hand washing before making my bowl, the heavyset girl with glasses making my bowl didn't listen to my requests resulting in Mexican food soup because she couldn't drain the salsa correctly. She could barely converse with me or even her associates. Male cashier was silent and then rude when ringing up my order. Had to request a receipt. This place is just absolutely awful with the people you have in place. read more

This is place is at times, a train wreck. I don't know if the people who work there have been trained/ know what they are doing. The food is usually old near closing time and I've gotten stomachaches several times. Chipotle is usually tasty but this location needs to step it up. read more

If you are looking to order online with the chipotle app so you don't have to wait in line or don't really want to be around people or whatever your reasoning may be to order online this location is not the place to do so, I ordered 30 minutes in advance just to make sure my food would be on their little shelf for pick up and got there a bit earlier then needed (2 minutes not a big deal to wait 2 minutes) so my pick up comes around and then 30 minutes goes by and still no food for pick up but multiple other peoples orders were made and put out and all of the staff didn't seem to have to time to answer a question so around that 35 minute mark someone asked if I was waiting for something and then they were looking around in their computer for my order and asked for my name... three times because apparently they couldn't find it so I guess I learned I'll just have to go in and wait in line if I actually want to get out of their in a timely manner. read more

Don't order on their app. You will not be a priority. Agree, app orders are ignored. 28 minutes (again and again) past promised time. Could have order onsite 3 times over. try to cancel order and the app is full of BS, no real connection. This company has gone to crap and never recovered. read more

I am not a huge fan of this location. It is usually busy with long lines and a seemingly slow moving line. I have been here when they have been out of sauces, different fountain drinks (sometimes multiple flavors at the same time), somewhat dirty because of the volume they seem to do. I like to park in the back and use the back door, it isn't so crowded. I also make it a point to order online when going to this location for lunch so I avoid the line hear. My food has always been good as long as they are not out of Tabasco sauce. This place isn't as bad as the Apple Valley location that I completely avoid! read more

Simply awful. I understand that it is very difficult to attract good employees these days, but I think the problem with this location is 100% due to incompetent management. I am used to ingredient shortages at this location and while not being able to get what I want I usually put up with it because it is close to my house. I encountered new levels of poor customer service and general incompetence this week: --Sunday: The store was closed in the middle of the afternoon. There was a small sign on the door stating that the store was closed for the day. --Monday: The store is open. A clearly overworked employee informs me that the store is only taking online orders. I might take that in stride given the post-pandemic job market but the employees tone was cold and rude. I was clearly being to to get the &$%# out before I said a word. All of the other employees looked stressed and exhausted. Dear Manager, You clearly have a very busy location. I can't see that continuing as things are. Make sure that the store is stocked with ingredients, shut down the store and hire some staff as opposed to limping along and randomly closing because you don't have enough staff, lock the front door and put a BIG sign on it that says "ONLINE ORDERS ONLY" instead of confusing customers and leaving overworked staff to explain (I didn't make a scene, but based on this experience they are clearly triggered and sick of dealing with complaints). Get it together or close until you can run a proper business. Chipotle isn't the only company struggling for staff right now, but this is the ONLY time I have been made to feel like a jerk for trying to make a purchase. read more
