Ordered a burrito here. Absolutely tiny amount of meat, barely any fajita veggies. Keep in mind I omitted the beans so the proportions of other ingredients should be higher. This burrito is full of rice and almost nothing else in it. If chipotle continues down this trend they will go out of business! read more

Chipotle locations these days are like a box of chocolates -- you never know what you'll get: could be terrible, delicious, or something that makes you sick. Thankfully, this visit was a good one. The burrito was solid, chips and guac were tasty, staff seemed competent. No complaints overall. read more

This chipotle wasn't too bad, the food quality was fair. The place was really pack almost all the time. The only reason I give them 3 starts is because the employees should change their gloves more often and keep their food trays cleaner. Other than that it was fair. read more

I walked in and noticed that the food preparer was prepping food wearing gloves that she wiped clean on the apron she was wearing. The apron already had lots of food stains all over it. When my turn came, I politely asked her to change her gloves prior to preparing my food and informed her I had allergies. She was rude and asked if I was allergic to food overall? I clarified to her that I had specific food allergies and wanted to make sure my food would not endanger my health. She scoffed and proceeded to make my order sloppily without changing gloves. Shocked, I paid for my food and went outside and tossed it! Was a terrible experience! I hope their corporate office and food safety inspectors carefully evaluate this location before a serious health crisis results from the staff's negligence. read more

Dear corporate, you really should read your yelp reviews because I have never experienced anything in any establishment of food in my life and the rudeness I've encountered in this store. This is a different clientele of an area in Aventura and you should treat our customers with respect this is a high school you roll your eyes at the teacher. I tried to order a quesadilla with cheese. The guy rolled his eyes. I tried to order a bowl. They have nothing in stock. They are the rudest people I've ever experienced in my life, I will never go back to that location read more

Very good service , she food was so amazing and the customer service was on top , thanks for the service

An affordable lunch place but does fill up during this time. Parking can be a challenge. Normally the north lot has space. I would say it's some of the best fast food places. I normally order a chicken bowl with a cup of water. The service is run like a factory assembly line. The plastic wear is there out on the counter to use. Today they were out of folks so we'll all be spooning it. read more

Terrible experience I was waiting there at line and when it was my turn to order I asked for a burrito they said that they had no more steak and that the heater for the burrito did not work after waiting in line for a while and they didn't put a note outside saying that and the workers did not care at all And after looking at all the bad reviews of this chipotle definitely wouldn't recommend anyone to come in that chipotle location read more

If I can put less stars I would .. the service is terrible ..?when I asked can I get a bit more the server gave me attitude and said .. we cant, this is the portion we serve unless you want to pay extra ! I wouldn't mind paying extra if he didn't gave me nasty attitude .. unprofessional and very disappointed I am as I do love chipotle but the service is horrible and ill NOT deal with someone's bad attitude at work ... if you don't like your job find another and don't ruin the experience for the costumers ... I will never go back to this spot at the mall .. thanks but no thanks !!!!! read more

Terrible terrible service, I ordered through uber eats and the time kept changing and changing. Had multiple drivers cancel and the app would say wrapping up and when I would try to cancel the order it would say they were finished, so they would straight up lie about the order. I'm still waiting 20+ minutes past the delivery time and this place is like within a mile of my address. Just embarrassing, one star is too generous read more

Food: 4 Customer Service:3 Ambiance: Walked in and thought the place had been deserted. Majority of the tables were dirty and garbage cans were full. It seemed as though someone started cleaning but forgot to return to finish the task. The amount of chipotle sauce I was given wasn't enough to fill one small container (I was given 3). I probably won't be returning back to this location. read more

This location is suppose to open at 10:45 yet tells everyone to wait because the employees come in late. They actually open at 11:15. According to how they operate here. I went here on December 4 and I had one of the most brutal food poisonings of my life, I thought I was going to die. I ate a beef Barbacoa burrito and later that day I got very intense, abdominal cramps, dizziness, high fever, vomiting, and diarrhea for 12 hours straight... No joke. Look at the other reviews and you will see that I am not making this up. Today I filed a complaint with corporate, and I also filed a report with Florida health. This place needs a thorough inspection, and needs to hold management accountable for making multiple people sick... I also have gotten diarrhea from this place before. read more

Horrible experience came in happy to eat chipotle's was greeted with the worst attitude ever employ make me feel like I didn't even want the food anymore he give me like little chicken then I ask him for a little more he he just give me like 2 pieces more got mad that I ask him for more Na's was throwing the food to the counter with attitude then ask for more lettuce and once again he did the same and then put the top on with lettuce out of the bowl never coming here again to this location need to have better people and more polite at they end of the day food was good. read more

Get ready to have the most careless staff and mediocre meal. Terribly disappointing. There is no sense of urgency, I have waited 15 minutes being the only one in line while all the workers behind the counter ignored me. When I'm finally helped, I'm about to be done ordering and i asked for sour cream. This man looked me in the eyes and covered the entire bowl with a thick blanket of sour cream while i actively asked him to stop and said it's a lot. Literally had to eat a sour cream bowl with the essence of chicken. In retrospect, i should have said nvm and left, but i don't love to waste food and i don't have the heart to be rude. But man, I will not be coming back. There's a problem every time I go. Tiring. read more

This place is FILTHY. It's shameful that Chipotle would let any of their franchises be left in this state. I've never seen anything like it. And apparently management doesn't care about negative reviews since they have only 2.5 stars and it doesn't look like things are improving. read more

Unfortunately it seems like the staff here doesn't care at all whether or not they get your order right if you place an order and pick it up. The amount of times they have messed up our order is incredible, I'm not sure if they're playing a game to se how many wrong orders they can give to their customers before they stop showing up because that's what it felt like. First time we ordered a bowl, picked it up and only had chicken and cheese? No other ingredients so we figured maybe they gave us someone else's order by mistake, no big deal we figured since it was during the pandemic things were hectic so we just used stuff we had at home. Ordered again and same thing happened so they credited us back some rewards. Few months passed and we decided to give it another try because things had started to go back to normal. Again none of the ingredients we ordered were there and somehow they added ingredients that we didn't want? We stopped going to this location all together unfortunately. read more

They have completely messed up my pickup order with what appears to be not by accident, but by sheer laziness and disregard to filling my order! Basically my order arrived as vegetarian, being that no meat arrived on 2 out of 3 items, and the 3rd item had like 3-4 small bits of meat. Total rip off! Theft! The staff was horribly dressed and with major attitude. I will NEVER come back here again, and I highly doubt I'll ever try any other locations as well! Avoid them at all costs! I do not recommend them at all. read more

We had not eaten at a Chipotle I quite a while and we wanted a salad, so we went to this location tonight. First, the food did not appear to be very fresh. Second, the cashier was literally ogling the customer in front of me and making it super obvious! Then, after we pay, we find out that they don't have forks, only knives and spoons. How can you eat a salad without a fork???? Had I known this, I definitely would have gone next door to Just Salads. Anyway, this experience was extremely disappointing and management really needs to retrain their employees to provide a better dining experience for their customers. read more

For the amount of people working in this store there were so many things going wrong. Firstly, I noticed the cross contamination of meat in the queso. Less than a week ago, I came to this chipotle location and did not have a positive experience. I told myself I wouldn't come back here and without hesitation, came back the same week.. This time around, I came right before closing, yet had a much better experience. My last review (and visit) was years ago, so stopped in to see if things had improved. From the recent string of 1-star reviews, I should have known the answer, but here it is: Nope. Chipotle stock is on fire: $1500 a share. The even have commercials now. I guess those profits and money to advertise come from serving $9 burritos that are half as large as they were 3 years ago. Chipotle: you used to be cool, man. What happened. Chipotle used to have "quality control" by hiring companies to "mystery shop" their locations. Since that ended, quality and portion size seem to have fallen off a cliff. Management also seems to ignore what Yelp is telling them. I'd say that $1500 share price is in a lot of danger. read more

Just horrible horrible service I think the staff is just used to being treated poorly by customers. I don't blame the employees but clearly management is lacking. Staff can't keep up You can place an order online go to pick up and still wait 30-40 minutes for your order after you arrive. I don't know if the place is really that popular that staff can't keep up but I can't stress enough that this place is extremely poorly run. At least seven or eight times this place has run out of menu items. It's a constant habit. Many times I have ordered chips and salsa which are my favorite item here but the last three orders they ran out. The food is good but when you have to wait close to an hour and they constantly run out of food and the online pick up area is complete chaos. Why would you bother? read more

Not sure what is up with this fast-food chain restaurant that almost always is very bad with service, especially in South Florida. This location is probably the worst I ever been and I didn't think that was possible LOL. During my visit on a Wednesday night around 8pm, the service was terrible. The lady serving the food was the same person fixing the online orders. The line was not only long but moving very slow because she was the only one taking orders in the restaurant plus fixing the online orders. It was sad to see the three girls behind the counter and the cook just standing looking at them. The restaurant was filthy with food everywhere, no napkins in the dispensers, no utensils, and NO guacamole. Moreover, the portions were very scarce with not even a full spoon of the ingredients. It was just terrible. read more

The filthiest store I've ever been in. Floors, tables, bathrooms, utensil area were all disgusting. Lemonade and teas were all empty. All around nasty! read more

Absolutely nauseating. You walk in and it's dirty. People working there seem incredibly unhappy and do not want you there. The worst chipotle location. Employees do not know customer service and need major training

I usually don't like writing bad reviews but unfortunately I had to for this chipotle location. I ordered online and ordered extra cheese, salsa, lettuce, and sour cream and I asked for my beans to be on the side. I got the order (from DoorDash), and the beans were inside the box not on the side (I like the beans as protein but don't like the mix in the bowl because I don't like the flavors mixing), and absolutely everything that I asked to be extra and paid for, wasn't extra at all....they were the normal portions and for some less than that. I was so disappointed with my meal I barely ate it, and with the other reviews stating this location being dirty, I'm glad I didn't eat it all (saw the reviews after I had some). Usually when I order online through their app I get the extras in side containers so they know they gave me more and I'm getting what I paid for. My order wasn't followed correctly and I won't be using this location anytime soon, and will make sure that when I order online that my order doesn't come from this Chipotle location. They need to hire new staff who actually follow directions and make sure the restaurant is at minimum safe and clean for the patrons of this establishment. read more

I have recently started coming to this Chipotle in Aventura, Florida, and I'm fairly new to its food, but unfortunately, this Chipotle exerts very poor quality food, its customer service is equal to none, event though I can survive without good service, but what shocked me the most was the extreme dirtiness of this restaurant, it is filthy and seems that nobody of the staff cares! Unfortunately, I will never come back to this place, it's extremely shocking how filthy of a food place can be and still people patronize it. read more

Worst chipotle location I have ever been to. The line was extremely long due to the people preparing the food not knowing what they were doing, and to those who were actually cooking the food...the taste was bland. The drink area was a complete mess. They said they ran out of crispy tacos but I saw people after me order them and get them so I am not sure where they magically appeared. I saw someone ask for a cup for water and was given a regular cup and the cashier literally said "get whatever you want." Smh. I'm not sure who hired this team, but they are a mess and are ruining the "chipotle franchise" that everyone is used to. They are not consistent at all with other locations. read more
