First time to tried, it was ok, good for a quick meal during the day. I ordered via app. and it was ready on time even though this location is alway very busy. (I recommend, if you don't want to wait in line so long, it is better way to order online or mobile ahead around 20-30 minutes) Everything was correct : burrito, carne asada, chicken, cheese, black beans, brown rice, romaine, queso blanco, red and green chili sauce. Overall, as for the taste were good as standard as franchise restaurant. Anyway, I ordered adding more protein but the portion I got, it seem less than it is supposed to be. How this location is still around baffles me. The last two times now I have ordered online from here for delivery and gotten something totally different than what I ordered. Ordered a double chicken bowl, absolutely not double chicken. Burrito with chicken and extra steak, not a single piece of steak in there, but black beans that I did not order. The food is okay but every time I go it feels like they are always out of everything. There's never any fajita veggies and when there is it's overcooked or they aren't making any more so they only hand out a small pinch per bowl. The servers also feel chaotic and unorganized. The servers are basically rushing to put together bowls and while I'm still all the way behind other customers in the line a server will have my bowl asking what toppings I want and I can't even see my bowl or the toppings they have left. It's also sloppy at times, I understand things can get really rushed and hectic but I hate seeing sour cream in the salsa I want. And when I finally get to the cashier all the orders from customers are all pushed together and they're constantly ringing up items customers didn't order or missing sides of guac, or queso, or chimichurri and the guests are having to correct them and sort the orders out. I really love the staff here overall; Always welcoming, smiles most of the time, and probably 1/2 of the servers have my usual order memorized. The food is consistent, and it's been one of my favorite spots since they first went into business. If I was to offer One word of advice, however, and this is not specific to your location, but all of them: The metal containers that hold your fillings and toppings collect condensed moisture on the underside. 'Sometimes' when an employee is swapping an empty container for a new one, they will carry the container over another container of food, and that moisture, who knows what it contains, drops into the food underneath. Idk, maybe have your staff be aware of that. It may take more time if you take the container being passed over out and set it to the side until you replace the container that sits behind it; that way you won't drip any of that moisture into the rest of your food, but back under the counter where it came from. It may take a little more time, But I'm sure most of your customers would appreciate the extra precaution being taken. Not much has changed since my last review. I can say that I've been very happy with all the promotions chipotle has had in general for health care workers. Definitely makes my line of work feel much appreciated. Decided to order a burrito here. I always recommend using the mobile app as the lines here are always long. Quickly grabbed my order and left. Dining is at a minimum but there a few outdoor seats available if weather permits. Parking can be hit or miss. Some days it's easy to find a spot, others it can be quite difficult. My burrito was wrapped well and stuffed. Definitely worth what I paid and very satisfied with how everything tasted. Will be returning! read more

I'm not a person to write reviews. However, after my two experiences with this place. I had to post this. The food here is always good. However, the service was terrible. Starting with the manager to the cashier. They often do not have all the options readily available and they tell you it will take 30min for it to be replaced. They pull you out of line and tell you that if you order online you can have the option. This makes no sense. They also close the restroom around 9pm. So good luck trying to climb over their wall of chairs they put so no one gets through to use them. This will be the last time I ever visit this place. They don't have the proper containers filled with drinks and or napkins and good luck finding ice to cool your drink. Overall is sad to see a big company like chipotle not care about all this bad review this location has. read more

To avoid the Chipotle closest to me that has notoriously poor customer service, I went to one a little further away and that required the toll road for direct access. Even on a Monday night, the parking lot was jam-packed, although I was not surprised. A woman even reverse-parked onto a sidewalk thinking it was a handicap spot! There were only a few people in line. I ordered a veggie bowl with everything on it to simply instructions. The assembly line employees were cordial and competent for the most part but were unwilling to replenish the queso and instead wanted to scrape dried, old cheese from the sides and bottom of the metal container for the chips/queso side. I bought only the veggie bowl and departed. The restaurant was clean, the service was quick, and my food tasted like any other Chipotle I've ever been to. Consistent and did the job. Unfair treatment here ! I went to order behind another customer, and asked for guacamole. I was told it was reserved for online orders. Although that was off I accepted it. Then I saw the cashier hand the person in front of me guacamole. I then asked the cashier about guacamole again, and mentioned me seeing him give the person before me it. He replied that he couldn't give it and that person talked to the manager and asked, "would you like to speak the manager?" When I tell you do NOT order online / on the app at this particular chipotle, heed my warning. Your food is guaranteed to be ready a half hour later than your scheduled pick up time. Right now as I write this, an order came out for a "Rachel" and neither I, or the 4 other customers standing with me were Rachel. This is down right sad, if I had just stood in line I'd be out the door 10 mins ago. Ordered for pickup at 1:20, it's going on 1:45. I'm sure the other patrons waiting with me scheduled for earlier. Everything was fresh and made accordingly , once I arrived I was able to walk up to the register to pick up my order with no hassle. The only downside to this particular visit was the fact that they ran out of chips. This particular chipotle is located in the Aspen Hill shopping center which is a very very busy area no matter the time of day. Food was great but I'll never place another online order here ever again. I placed an order at 11 to be picked up at 11:30, I got my food at 12:20. Had I waited inline as oppose to placing an online order, I would have gotten my food at 11:35 at the latest. The problem with the online order process is that you have 10 or so closely packed online orderers yelling their order number at the people making the orders. If you yell the loudest they may make yours earlier. Its also very difficult to hear who's order is prepared. I like to socially distance so I wasnt in the tightly packed group of people and as a result I was overlooked. No issues here with the food, it was very good but please dont place an online order, I wouldnt wish that experience on anyone. read more

Typical Chipotle. I ordered online for pickup and arrived a few minutes early so I waited inside by the pick-up area. (Note: you have to ask someone for your order. There is no sign but you must "check-in"...people stealing orders from pickup.) I luckily caught the attention of an employee who clearly had clocked out and was headed out buy was so friendly and savvy. She took my name and returned with my order. If you were to be an innocent onlooker while I'm in line at Chipotle, you may be a bit confused. From the looks of it, my fidgeting may lead you to believe I have confused the burrito line for the bathroom line. I guess you could call that series of spastic movement, my hungry dance. The truth is, if I'm at Chipotle, it probably means I'm starving. This is when the line always seems to move the slowest. This is also the time that a girl who once ate two burritos in one sitting all of a sudden can't finish her damn burrito bowl! This location does a pretty good job at getting you in and out, line or not. There is also plenty of seating available even during peak hours. Putting it in my nicest language possible, this place is simply awful. They have some genuinely hard-working and nice staff there but the managers and leader ship must not have a clue what's going on. Every time I go there I place an online order and it's never ready on time. I usually have to wait at least 10 to 15 minutes for it to be done; and this is in addition to ordering it in advance at least 10 to 15 minutes out. Seven out of 10 times there's always something wrong with my order(sometimes small, sometimes big). And sometimes it's a completely different order than mine. My final breaking point was when I went there today and got the worst treatment I've ever had there. Per the usual, my food was not ready so they had to scramble and send it down the line to be made. when he called me Ford I immediately noticed my burrito and chips were not in the bag. I mentioned it to him and he showed me their receipt which was missing that from the order. I showed him my confirmation in the app, the email confirmation I got, and mentioned that it had already hit my bank account. The guy at the counter was very nice and was even trying to expedite things and get me my order when the nastiest woman ever came forward claiming to be the manager. I showed her my proof and all she kept doing was shaking her head and saying no. I was pissed off at that point and also a little confused that a restaurant would deny me the food that I paid for. To which she just kept shaking her head and said no. After a little bit of time I decided it wasn't worth it and left. I'll obviously be contacting corporate, better business bureau, and my bank about disputing the fraudulent charges. My advice to all of you is to skip this location.
