I can't make or receive phone calls or text messages, much less do my online class work online. I literally had to buy a $50 mobile hotspot and pay for a $50 service card just to be able to use my T-Mobile phone ( that I pay approximately $80 a month for)!!!!!! Robyn from the Chipley store went above and beyond by explaining why I should take certain steps prior to changing carriers so that I don't mess up my credit, etc. I can't thank her enough for all the information so that when I leave T-Mobile, I do it properly!!!!! There was a young black lady behind the desk and I asked her if I could pick out the SIM card from a stack. She said "no." Then told me it was non-refundable. I fumbled with my phone and case for a long time and they never offered to help switch out the sim card. When I finally go it installed she acted like I was crazy that I wanted her to activate it for me! She then wanted my PIN. Every other Verzion store I have ever gone to lets you type in your PIN. Something very SHADY going on here. I would not trust this place at all.....bad vibe...bad service....just bad all the way around.
