I found trulychiro on accident really. I had used Chiropractic care in TX during all my…read morepregnancies, but couldn't find a women's health Chiro after relocating here. I was experiencing symptoms that I had grown to deal with, it wasn't until I found out this baby was breech that I was desperate for a women's health certified chiro. And like an angel dropped from the sky, I discovered that Dr. Katie had opened up shop upstairs (I worked for the PT clinic downstairs) I made an appointment immediately. I knew I was hoping to "flip my baby" but she helped with so much more. I had terrible nerve pain that I thought. "Well this is just the way it is". I hobbled into that appt and after my first treatment walked out pain free and with weekly adjustments I remained nerve pain free the rest of my pregnancy!!! She also helped to make corrections so my baby could turn!!! She was head down from 38wks to 40wks 2 days!! I highly recommend seeking chiropractic care for pregnancy. Even with an asymptomatic pregnancy. The care that Dr. Katie provides to ready the pelvis for birth is invaluable!!! Highly recommend!!!

All they had time for was a 30 min massage but I would take anything I could get for some relief. My appointment was with Kaylee and she was truly wonderful. I had been for a similar massage the week before at home in Toronto, which I thought had been pretty good at the time. But comparatively, Kaylee's was far, far better. The room was nice and warm, and she had a pregnancy massage pillow ready for me. Hurrah!! I could lay on my front with my boobs and belly supported properly but not squished. It was glorious. Her touch was just right. Strong but not too strong as too be painful before I had a chance to relax. Her personality was a joy too. The 30 mins flew by and I was sad that i couldn't book another appointment with her when I left. But when I'm back visit my Mum again I will. And you should too. The front desk area of the clinic was in a bit of a mess the day I was there. It wasn't their fault though. They had recently had a car drive through their front window into the waiting area. Yep. That's right. One of those "I stepped on the gas instead of the brake" deals, and CRASH... right through the window. So there were some workers there fixing drywall and such. But I will say that I didn't notice any noise at all when I was in the massage room.
