The owners, Jeff and Renee are the nicest people. Oh yes, there are two adorable Alpaka and a Llama you can feed and pet. Child and pet friendly, I really could go on and on. If you are considering this place, you won't be disappointed. Someone else did a review, and they said that they thought the fights were tight and I just want to add that they are not at all the biggest ones I've seen. We were paying over a $1000 a month at Jack's landing at the top of town in grants, pass and those places are tight. These places are lovely.​

It's super close to the Oregon Caves and offers everything you could want in a place to stay. Full hookups, clean showers, WiFi that works, laundry on-site, and even easy river access for a refreshing swim. The whole place has a funky, laid-back vibe but is also really well kept. Everything was clean and clearly taken care of, which made our stay feel extra comfortable. Whether you're road tripping in your RV, towing a trailer, or just pitching a tent, this spot is highly recommended. We'll definitely be back next time we're in the area!

We are here in September and the reservoir is severely drawn down so water activities are pretty much out of the question. As others noted, it gets really hot in the summer so air conditioning makes it MUCH more comfortable. Interesting wildlife in the area-deer, ground squirrels, Jack rabbits, and coyotes. Limited hiking options near the park. All that being said, price is reasonable. It's very quiet. And bonus, you can see the stars.
