Quiet park. Centrally located. Bathroom and shower were dirty. People washing cars in their spots. Lots of people that aren't staying at the park climbing fences to get to the pond that is on site. Would stay here again if we absolutely had to. read more

Great stop in Medford. Very clean, quiet and comfortable. When passing through southern Oregon, we'll definitely stop again

I had the opportunity to stay here going north, and coming back down south, around the Thanksgiving Holiday, 2024. The travel days were long, so we ended up coming in late, but our spots were locked in, so it wasn't an issue. The lots were nice and long, and we slept incredibly well. The next time through, when we're not on such a tight schedule, we will definitely stop here. read more

This clean and comfortable RV campground is located close to I5. It is one of the nicer RV resorts I have ever stayed at. The RV spots are level with full hookups and the bathrooms/showers were clean and comfortable. Bring your fishing gear because the park has fishing ponds to enjoy. There was some freeway noise which is to be expected but it wasn't really a problem. Reservations can be made online or by phone. The staff was awesome! read more

Great RV Park Spacious pull thru sites with grass and flowers between sites. Best thing is that the Bear Creek Greenway Bike trail is at the front entrance. Only negative was the laundry room. Dirty. Floors and baseboards were dirty. Only 2 washers and 2 dryers and one of each was out of order. Finally found empty early one morning but still unable to use the washer. The rubber on the machine was stained black and I cleaned the inner rims for quite awhile but still got black gunk out. So a great place to stay-just don't plan on doing laundry. read more

Beautiful park. The sites are huge. We parked our truck right in front of the Rv and still had extra room. The sites were level. The landscape around the park was picture perfect. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. Laundry and showers were clean and well maintained. read more

I'm on a trip with my parents and new to RVing, but they have large RV sites and it is very clean and spacious. If you need to shower, they have multiple places to shower and clean bathrooms. They have a river close by where multiple people were fishing. Definitely would recommend this site. read more

Clean, Large Sites, Wide Sites, Free Fishing near by and right next door the the Jackson County Fairgrounds. The view at this park was beautiful. The staff was kind as we were only doing one night driving through back home my hubby found this RV park. Bathrooms were clean, love that each campsite had a picnic table. The little store inside, the office, but mostly were snacks, drinks and firewood, as each site had a little fire pit of its own. I do wish they would've carried a little bit more of RV personal items. The showers were OK. It was nice that they were private like your clothing and everything we're just inside one big shower room, no curtain and no way to keep any area of the floor really dry, but they were nice beautiful park to walk and see the sights, it was just too bad that the gentleman in space H1 let his what appeared to be a Labradoodle go across and do its business in someone else's space, and not even come back to clean it up. Shame on that person as it had a very nice area to walk your pets there. This dog was off leash when it was done he whistled it back he saw what it did so did I . Was too early to say anything to anyone in. The office was closed when we left . I'm not a big woman and wasn't brave enough to say anything to him and I should have. Picnic Tables looked like they could use a little bit of TLC, but we're usable. Would stay here again for the views for sure., but using it own shower next time. read more

This is one of the nicest RV parks we have stayed at - typical of our experiences camping in Oregon. This is an RV park and accommodates all sizes of RVs in super nice pull-through sites with full hookups, picnic tables and fire pits. There are also nice restrooms, a fenced dog park and friendly, helpful staff. There is some highway noise from I-5 but we didn't really notice it until morning. The location is convenient to town (10 min) with plenty of restaurants and stores. read more

My fiance spotted this place on our way up to Portland and asked if we can stay on our way home. I found it and was so glad because it's probably the most cared for RV park. Plenty of amenities and everything was so clean and organized. The lady in the office was very nice and we were joking about how clean the windows were that a bird flew right into it. Something that was kind of scary was that our neighbor had a very large dog that was off leash. Our dog is only 4 lbs and to some larger dog she is definitely prey so we were always nervous to walk her around. Nothing happened thankfully but we always keep our guard up. read more

Very pretty park. The setting is lovely. Lots of water around and little trails/paths to walk. The spaces are huge and each one has a grassy area, picnic table and fire pit. The entire park is very big. The water areas - small lakes or large ponds? Are open to the public so anyone could conceivably mess with your rig should you be gone. Also, the trees are young, so there isn't any shade. Spotless place, large area for a dog to run around in a fenced off area. Easily accessed from I-5. Overall, nice stopping point. This place should get more stars. We had an incredible stay here. The staff were so nice!! Cleanest restrooms and hot showers! We stayed up and down the 101 and the 5, and this was the cleanest stop by far. My son was dying to fish and this place has a couple large ponds. Sure enough he caught 3 fish. Seriously can't applaud this place enough!!!!!!!!!! read more

We're new to RVing, but this park impressed me. VERY clean. We got here because of a late start and heavy traffic late at night, but the lady I spoke with gave me clear directions on how to check in when they were closed. The next morning, several people were emptying trash bins, mowing, etc. when we got up. The showers are clean. I hate grungy facilities so I am very likely to stay here again. The employees are nice and friendly, the place is clean, and it's midway to my next stop, so it was a great find. I will be here again. read more

Great spot to stay as a jumping off point to Lake of the woods, Ashland and the National Monument. I nicest park in the valley!

Clean and beautifully landscaped RV park. We stopped here for a night on our way down from catching the eclipse and were pleasantly surprised. We arrived after 9:30 PM and self-checked in. The camp host met with us and guided us to a quiet area. I'd stop here again if I am in the area. read more

This RV Park is the nicest one I have ever been to!!!!! The landscaping is perfect with grass and picnics table at each site. Every site has a 60ft pull through. The bathrooms and showers are perfection, high quality, and beyond clean!!! You can arrive late, they have a list of open sites, and put cash or check in an envelope. There are two lakes that surround it. It is right next to the freeway, so we picked a site as far from it as we could, but I didn't notice the sound. There is even a walking and a biking trail around it!!! read more

Beautifully clean and spacious. Each spot has a little park bench and patch of grass (which my dog loved!!). I hear this place is still really new so maybe that's why it still looks so perfect. This use to be one of my favorite RV campgrounds to stop at on my way to California. But when I went there this June 2021 it look like a homeless camp. Garbage beside every trailer. The grounds needed to be mowed, watered and trees needed trimmed. We never even saw the camp host. The people beside us were permanent residence there and smoking their pot out at the picnic table each night. I will never go back! At least 80% of this RV park is now permanent trailers. I don't know if they got new owners or watt but it's not worth it to stop there. read more

Pretty much all 5 stars from most campers at this park and rightly so if you are just rating the grounds. Everything is mostly what you want at a park, with the exception of no cable tv, crappy WiFi, and substantial road noise. But there is a dark side to this location and it is homelessness and crime. On our third morning we got a call from the office saying my wife's coin purse was found by the maintenance staff in the bushes. She keeps this in the center console of our truck and normally has some cash and credit cards inside. Fortunately there was only our drivers licenses in there the night before when someone got into our truck and rifled through everything and took only the purse.. We had satellite antenna, bicycles, Weber grill, and other good stuff in the truck that were luckily not stolen. After talking to others in the park we found other incidents of vandals in the park. We felt very uneasy there for the remaining three days and had to lock everything up at night. Even though it is a county park there is absolutely no security here. You have been warned!!! read more

Great RV site! Looks fairly new and has full hookups, showers and laundry room. Pads are clean, however slightly slopes to one side. Thinking the reason is for the rain to not puddle.
