The neighbor pitched a tent 3 feet from our camper. They crammed the tent with the camper on their site. The fire box was falling apart and to have a fire where it wouldn't burn our or the neighbors camper, it would have to be a few feet from the super dusty road.

However, I was left with a sour taste in my mouth. We were leaving the site for the evening (in a very large black truck) and going the 5 mph marked speed. A middle aged man came barreling down in his golf cart and parked it right in front of our vehicle. Stormed to the driver's side and berated us that we were going "20 mph". (If that was the case, then he would not have been able to catch up to us from the back end of the park to the main area). He continued to harass us while the camp staff stood there and watched. Not doing anything to de-escalate the situation. I finally had enough of the bullying behavior and told him I was watching the speed from the passenger seat and I could say without a doubt that we were following the rules. He finally stated that it seemed we were going too fast. I told him that may be his perception but that wasn't the reality of the situation. He finally left and we were able to safely leave the park. I would recommend this place for a seasonal situation and not a weekend getaway. The short-term sites are very tight for RV's to back into as cars were parked right at the edge of their site and new growth trees that were not allowed to be damaged did not help. I will know in the future to bring a "no soliciting" sign to camp grounds like this. As I want to relax at my site and not be constantly reminded of the goings on. The roads are tight and not a lot of areas to walk and be "one with nature". As every square inch is considered a camp site. The beach doesn't even have a spicket to cleanse your feet. Nor is there a lot of picnic tables or seats to assist with the process of getting dried off. Another issue, there is only one bath house located by the seasonal camp area only. There should be two bath houses, one on both ends. Especially, with how the amount of people camping at that time. Be forewarned, there is only one dump site for campers. Again, for the amount of people who were in campers it doesn't seem right that there was only one accessible. All-in-all, I will not be camping at this site. The amenities of hookups are not enticing enough to bring me back.

Been going the last couple of years and there is aways something. First of they don't send payment…read moreconfirmation to you. So of you buy the site or rent anything a head of time make sure you screen shot the receipt or cc statement. They always mess up our sites and we always have a big group and get the same site everytime. I went in their store to get a couple of things thw girl behind the desk didn't even look up from the computer. I once I got what I wanted I stood at the desk waiting to check out. I then gave her a $10 as she is having a conversation with another co worker. She then tells me the total again and I told her that I just gave u a 10. PAY ATTENTION TO YOUR CUSTOMER NOT YOUR COWORKERS. Then they made a big stink bout wearing a mask on the bus and 1st of all they didn't wear a mask at not in the store or busses and they did not make people wear them on the bus. And talk bout safety one of their trailers were missing wheels on both sides. They have the electrical boxes for the site and more than have didnt work so you had to share 1. And they said if its a problem to let them know. Ok HOW ABOUT JUST FIX IT.. This place is going down hill.
