The therapist asked what was giving me trouble and worked on my shoulders and upper back the whole time. Pressure was good! firm enough to actually do something without being too much. I felt noticeably less stiff walking out than when I came in. The space is nothing fancy, more functional than anything, but it was clean and the staff were friendly without being over the top about it. Pricing felt reasonable for what I got.

The massage therapist who worked on me managed to get to the areas that were the most tense and checked in with me on my comfort level. If you look up the definition of a deep tissue massage it states that firmer stronger pressure is used. So if you book a massage here maybe try to book it at a different time than one of those classes.
