The taste of the food is great, I'm a personal fan of the fried rice. The staff are always friendly and attentive. My main and consistent gripe with this place is that the food is always cold. They sit on the warmers at the buffet line and you may be seeing steam but by the time I am sitting down at the table the food is cold. I mentioned this to the owner once and his response to me was "the equipment is working". I was happy to know that but disappointed that seemingly nothing could be done about the temperature of the food. The egg drop soup is always hot, ready, and delicious.
