I didn't have a payment issue, I didn't have an issue with any of the services I received, I did have an issue with the manager. Her attitude is atrocious and I'd prefer to spend my money elsewhere, where my business is actually appreciated. I was running late for an appointment and the interaction I received was so callous and unkind that it prompted me to cancel my membership after my service was complete. It's not the policy that's the issue, it's the attitude that came along with it. So I cancelled my membership and didn't even come back to use the services I had remaining on my account. Additionally, there is no way to speak with the owner so that's why I'm leaving this review here. I hope the owner seriously considers making different staffing choices in the future.
