I love this place, the prices are actually pretty good for their portion size. My girlfriend and I order once ever couple of weeks, and get delivery. The drivers are incredibly polite and I've never had a problem with our orders. read more

I just recently gave this place another chance over the summer and wow, the transformation of quality is astounding. China One is the Best place in the area to get Chinese takeout. The delivery drivers are always super nice and the portions are great! (Sometimes they forget the eggroll, but the food is so good I still give it a 5 star) Love this place! read more

It's not terrible, I do enjoy the food but when you order for delivery.. don't expect to get all your food. Or the right food. We order from here a lot since China palace is gone and I swear we never get the right stuff or we never get all of our order. Not to mention that the lady who always answers the phones is terrible. She's so rude to everyone. If you go into the store expect to have a bunch of kids running around. The owners children are there everyday and just run around the shop. Honestly this place is so unorganized and chaotic that if it wasn't for China palace burning down and Dragon being so expensive.. I wouldn't order anything from here anymore. Just awful. The food quality is the worst you'll find. They also don't care about customers. I called once because I was trying to order lunch 20 minutes before lunch ended and they rudely told me that they cut off lunch early and that they don't ever have to honor the lunch menu if they don't feel like it. On a side note, I also find it somewhat suspicious that they're the only Chinese place in a several mile radius that hasn't met an abrupt and mysterious or catastrophic end. read more

Well it been 8 years since we got food from China 1. China Palace burnt so we figured we would try China one again since they have new owners. Ordered General Taos extra spicy. Got fricken orange chicken. No heat at all... Ordered house fried rice. It had 3 strips of chicken and 3 shrimp in to entre quart. The steamed dumplings had more dough than filling. General Tao's chicken couldn't bite thru a single piece , tasted like it was cooked last year and micro waved. Will never order from here again!! Asked for rice in 2 containers, was lumped into one. If I could give NONE or NEGATIVE, I would. The food itself, passable. The customer service? I would say, I'd rather get a root canal than deal with this organization. When ordering, beef with vegetables the man incorrectly inputs, mixed vegetables. We call back, he states we ordered it that way. He will send it back out. Upon receipt of the correct food we are advised we must return the mixed vegetables. That's fine, but the pettiness of that act says, I need to find a new passable AT BEST Chinese place. read more

My chicken fried rice had big pieces of raw onion ..and the chicken was rubbery tasted boiled it was white (not like it was fried w the rice )and my rice was soaked soggy w soy sauce . I placed an online order at 6:04pm on 02/10/2018 of three items. At 6:59pm I called to check the status of my order. The woman who answered was extremely rude, and refused to even acknowledge my question. She yelled something I could not understand, and apparently threw the phone down, because I could hear her yelling at someone for another few minutes until the call was abruptly disconnected. The driver finally showed up at 7:15pm... ONE HOUR AND ELEVEN MINUTES after the order was placed. When I expressed my displeasure, he identified the woman on the phone as the BOSS as if this sort of thing was perfectly normal. He then went on to recite a formulaic apology, but it was easy to see that he really had no interest in the subject. With a boss setting such a good example of extremely bad customer service, I guess I shouldn't be surprised by his attitude. Oh, and the food? Well, cold for starters. the General Tso's Chicken was listed as "hot" on the menu. The bottle of Kikkoman Teriyaki sauce in my kitchen cabinet is "hotter" than this! it had a vaguely five-spice-ish powder taste and that's all. The fried wontons were cold, hardened leather wrapped around a squidgey lump of I don't know what. I requested chopsticks; didn't get any. And the free can of soda that came with the order was warm.
