The indoor waterpark itself is nice, with bright lighting and a great area for small toddlers. They allowed kids on the big slides, which our children loved. The staff was friendly, but they couldn't answer basic questions--like whether life jackets were available (they are), what time the waterpark opened (9:30 on weekends), or how to get there (go to level 2 or 3 and at the end of the hall there is an elevator you can take to level 1 without having to go outside). The water could be a tad bit warmer as well. Our 2 yr old had to get out multiple times due to shivering so bad due to temp) The beds were comfortable, but the rooms are definitely outdated. The park nearby was great along with open grass area. I really want this place to succeed. There aren't a lot of options for indoor water parks or things to do without having to travel 6-7 hours from us so this is convenient. Overall it's clean and offers a lot to do without having to leave the resort. Just please get hot water for the showers, train your staff on easy questions people might ask them about the resort and spruce up the decor.

You don't even get a comforter, I had two thin sheets to sleep with and that was all. There was a giant red stain on the carpet (I tried to tell myself it WASN'T blood). Not impressed at all and would not recommend this property to everyone. I could have stayed at a super 8 for much cheaper and assume same cleanliness/decor.
