I honestly wanted to get some iced water but couldn't get it and not even once came to the table and check on us. Then they expected to get a tip, i wasn't going to tip at all but did very small tip. Of course they did not greet. I wish there is competition. Food quality and service quality would go up. Tip is supposed to be gratitude for the service they provided but since they got the order and put the food on table, nothing else. Why do they expect a tip?
