I ordered my meal with tofu and spicy. It was good; spicy enough that I sniffled but not so spicy that I teared up. The tofu seemed like it had probably been marinated and had a nice texture. Service was pleasant enough but not especially attentive. The restaurant is located in a strip mall and was attractively decorated. All in all, Single Fin Thai Sushi rates as a low 3-star restaurant, mainly because of the preparation of my tofu.
