China Jade is always a hit or miss for me. Some of their lunch specials are great. I especially like the boneless spare ribs and pineapple chicken. So good and lots of meat. However, I ordered two of their all-day specials, the bourbon chicken and triple delight and there was not enough meat in them. It was lots of rice and vegetables. Also I did not like the sauce on the bourbon chicken. In the future, I'm going to stick to my boneless spare ribs or pineapple chicken. read more

The food is nasty. They went down hill.. but the thing that got me last is when I ordered delivery and the delivery driver asked me for a tip before even handing me the food!! First off I'm a really good tipper , second ... I never not tipped them and third to me that's rude to even ask... especially since you didn't even give a chance to get the tip!! So needless to say for that her woulda been $10.00 tip went down to $3.00.. tipping is nice but not required honey. I always tip!! Don't insult me like that. read more

I've never had an issue with China Jade, been ordering here for years. I've also never needed to leave a review for a restaurant before because I've NEVER experienced this. Tonight was my last night ordering from China Jade. I ordered delivery and got the sesame chicken, chicken and broccoli, cheese wontons and fried dumplings. While I was eating I noticed something, looked closer and realized there was a maggot in my food. I called China Jade to let them know, they asked me to "bring the food back to the store so they could see the bug". I packaged up all my food again and I drove to the restaurant when I got there I showed them the container where the maggot was. The women proceeded to tell me it was a piece of rice. I said "eat it then" and didn't hear an answer. I did get a refund after bringing my food back to China Jade but I would never eat there again. read more

First time having Chinese food from China Jade and it was great. Arguably the best Mu shu pork we've ever had. Shrimp lo mein was tastey. Same for general Tao chicken. Fried dumplings were cooked perfectly. Only knock was egg drop soup had too much egg. Highly recommend. read more

We order all the time and the food is always excellent and consistent. Ignore bad reviews and give them a try. I'm a local and see these guys are so busy all the time but their loyal repeat customers probably don't take the time to leave reviews. read more

This place is in a downward spiral. Food is bland often has a burnt taste. Since the kids took over quality went out the window.

Firstly, I would like to say that this is not a review about food. I think they're food is fantastic. This is a review about the lack of customer service in this establishment. Although the dumplings are to die for and the lo mein is out of this world the gentleman at the counter/delivery driver is very rude. We had a incident recently where the gentleman forgot an egg roll. No big deal, really the must miniscule part of this review. We tried to call back the evening of and had no answer. We decided to order food from here again a few days later and mention the lack of egg roll to the same gentleman, he was extremely rude and argued over this single egg roll. He told us we order a completely different order on that said night. When I tried to explain that I had a emailed copy of the confirmation he hung up on me!!!! A few mins later a women called back later arguing with me again about the 1.35 difference than she HUNG UP on me. About 5 mins later another women called back and politely explained that we will recieve it in our order. It was absolutely gross the way it was handled. Too clarify I could care less about the egg roll...it was the sickening way it was handled. read more

Okay had to download yelp just to tell you about this....since Asian wok stopped delivery services I deceived to order from China Jade last week .... it took two hours for two sushi rolls to be delivered right around the corner (I know what you're thinking, why didn't they just go pick it up) I was home w both my small kids at the time & didn't not want to pack them in car seats take them in & out. Etc. anyway!!! By the time they got here & I looked at it the rolls were missing ingredients? The rice around the pieces was old & dry & hard. They food did not taste fresh. I DONT KNOW WHY but I ordered again ... once again took almost two hours to get here. I called after about an house to check on things. The women who answered the phone was sooo rude. So after I called it took 45 mins to get. This is what it looked like. Cmon. So yeah I threw it all in the garbage. Probably will not ever order from here again. Maybe their restaurant food is better? Who knows. read more

This is now our favorite place for Chinese takeout in town. The food is always fresh, and the sushi is actually way better than we were expecting! Unlike some other places in town that have definitely gone downhill, the food is never greasy and the prices are great. We love the salmon and tuna avocado rolls- and the spicy girl roll is also a favorite. read more

I'm only giving this one star because there is nothing lower. The food was awful, complete garbage. I could've found something in the dumpster and had a more edible meal. The spring rolls had next to nothing inside of of them, so it was just the shell with a small amount of cabbage. I got the beef with garlic sauce combo, the beef was mushy, it was nowhere near spicy like it should've been, the pork fried rice...bland!!! Cheese wontons, the cheese taste sour, and they didn't give me the red sauce that would usually come with them. The scallion pancakes were also bland, the only thing that saved them was drenching them in the sauce that comes with them. After waiting 50 minutes, I'm really disappointed to say the least. Will NOT be ordering from this place again. read more

The food was awful!!! I am used to good Chinese food from the city, but this was inedible. I got wonton soup which was salt water with dumplings and then I got steamed dumplings, which I only ate one because they weren't worth the calories. My boyfriends ordered chicken lo mein. It was so gross...it was doused in soy sauce and nothing else and scattered with creepy chicken. I wanted to return the uneaten food for a refund. Complete waste of money...when does kings wok reopen?! They aren't amazing but have great soup and dumplings read more

We were in town recently and our usual place was closed due to a fire. We got pretty standard fare and none of us were happy. My wife ordered sushi and it was just OK. The rest of us ordered basic Chinese dishes like lo mein, fired rice and chicken and broccoli and everyone agreed the food was very bland. Great food never gives us any stomach issues unlike all the other places around LEH. The reason they get 3 stars is because, without failure their delivery is THE LONGEST. I've tried to even cut them a break by doing pick up and it's the same thing. For delivery expect it to be well over an hour. When I called, to ask them what was going on, the girl who answered said it would be here "any minute" and seemed careless and unapologetic. 1 hr and 50 mins for delivery is completely unacceptable for a place that's right down the street. read more

We went on a Thursday at 6:30 PM to eat in this restaurant. We had a party of 6, 5 who would order sushi. The waiter took our order and then came back to re check it. He got 2 out of the 5 sushi orders wrong. It took almost 2 1/2 hours to serve the sushi. In the end we had to pay for the mistakes that the waiter made in our order. We were also charged $1 per glass for tap water. The service was horrible and we all ate at different times. Considering that we paid for their mistakes plus the drinking water we all will never return. This is by no stretch of the imagination a sushi restaurant. read more
