The first has appetizers/finger foods like egg roll and potstickers. The second has main dishes. I usually get the chicken dishes, there are three but are all basically the same chicken with 3 sauces. There are also a couple of beef dishes and at least 3 seafood/shrimp dishes. The last table has a salad bar and also some different kinds of sushi. There is a small dessert table and also a freezer with different flavors of ice cream you scoop yourself. I think they do a fairly good job of bringing out fresh food. I was there this week for an early dinner and saw cooks bringing out food several times while I was there. I usually go at lunch and it is moderately busy. Drinks aren't included but you can add that.
