We got the mapo tofu, Shanghai braised pork, the Shanghai 2k18 lamb slices, and a serving of glutinous rice balls in fermented wine per person. They refill your communal rice bowl if asked. Everything was delicious, and as 12-year residents of Shanghai we left full and pleased. The server made it seem the rice balls were small, but they came bigger than expected. Might be better to split 1 if it's only 2 people.
The night we dined was quite busy, as they continued to have new patrons arrive. I think it helped that we spoke Chinese. I was happy to see folks of all different nationalities eating here!
