This place is usually good but.... I havent had trouble with them before - decent lunch menu, good taste, and usually quick delivery. Unfortunately, today I found plastic wrap in one of my wontons. I'm glad I didnt swallow the plastic. I called and informed them nicely since it's the first time I had a problem with their food- but this is kinda a big one. They thanked me for letting them know but I didn't get an apology.

Their food is always hot and service is always polite. The store looks like most Chinese food stores.

This is one of my favorite spots on Long Island! The food is consistently amazing. Some of my…read moremust-order dishes are the Walnut Shrimp, Tofu Dry Pot, Dan Dan Noodles, Salt & Pepper Shrimp, and of course the Chili Oil Wontons. If you're visiting for the first time, those are the dishes to try. The restaurant has plenty of seating, and service is always quick and efficient. The only downside is that they don't serve hard liquor, but they do offer beer, sake, and tea. Their homemade chili oil is absolutely on point and adds the perfect kick to just about everything. What keeps us coming back isn't just the food it's also the outstanding service. Our waitress, "Cherry", has become one of the reasons we love dining here. "Cherry" always goes above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome and taken care of. Another huge plus is the ample parking, so there's never any stress about finding a spot. Great food, excellent service, and a welcoming atmosphere make this a place we'll continue to visit again and again.

While the atmosphere of the restaurant was lovely, the food was really not worth it. I ordered…read morePork and mixed vegetables- they gave me beef. Not thoroughly cooked either. No flavor at all, I had to add too much soy sauce - not great. There were no chinese veggies, no bokchoy, no watercrests, no mushrooms. It was broccoli, carrots, celery, and baby corn (2 pieces!) First of all $17 for a dinner dish that doesn't come with fried rice or soup or eggroll? Sorry I never really put negative reviews but I feel like the hype of this place out weighs its value.

I have been going to MOGU for almost a year now and have never had an issue with this place. You…read morecan order through their app, in a kiosk, or in person. I used to be able to order through the website but that stopped working recently so I use the app instead which I don't mind since it's actually more convenient. Because this is near where I work, I prefer to put my order out quickly then get back to work before heading out during my lunch period so I don't waste any time in between. So far, this has always worked for me with MOGU. The food is always finished before the estimated time and it's always as good so I never have any complaints. It's why I tend to go to MOGU than any other store nearby as their estimated times have always been reliable so far. When it's relatively busy during the lunch hour, there are still plenty of seats available so whether you want to quickly grab-and-go or eat there, you can choose whichever suits you. The portion sizes are average. They're not so small that you want more but they're not so large that you're typically taking some food home. Since this place is going to be more expensive than a typical Chinese restaurant, I'd keep that into consideration. In my case, MOGU fills a convenience need more than anything. It's nothing substantial or extraordinary but it is very close to work, I get my food on time and I enjoy it which is why I tend to come here several times a month.
