The storefront is open with menus on a table outside plexiglass room. The restaurant section is closed off. We ordered via a microphone system, and then gave payment through a plexiglass window opening. The employee who took our order and payment was masked. For two combination sweet and sour meals (1 chicken and 1 pork with fried rice and an egg roll each), we paid $17.11 (plus a tip of $4). Even though a sign on the door asked patrons to wear masks, we watched an elderly man walk in without one. We waited outside for our food. It's tough to run a business during a pandemic. We took the food back to our cabin, but if we had wanted to eat outside, one table with two chairs was outside the door. Both dinners were good! The egg rolls were the best. Food was okay , nothing special about it . If you willing to drive farther out , I recommend you to . Barely any flavor . Placed a large order : ordered honey chicken wings with shrimp fried rice ,fried donuts, fried wonton, chicken lo mein, sesame chicken with shrimp fried rice , and Hibachi Scallops. Had to throw out the fried wonton , was disgusting , hard , and a sour expired taste to it . Also had to throw out the sesame chicken ,tasted like it was sitting out for hours , rice was dried out , chicken was stale. Come here only if there's no other options for food or come here if you're starving , and can't cook at home . Will never come back again read more

What you'd expect from a Chinese restaurant pretty good overall chicken was nice and crispy

I would give this restaurant 3.5 stars, if possible. We stop in Santee twice a year on our drive down to FL and then back to the NE. My husband arrived to pick up our order on Jan 2 and he said it was chaos inside. There were ten people waiting for orders (none wearing masks) and there was no way to identify who ordered what! There was no number assigned, for example. But, ok, maybe they aren't usually busy. The food that we ordered was okay with nothing outstanding. The steamed dumplings were the best with a nice dipping sauce. The fried wings were good enough and the lo mein too, although a bit over saturated (gloopy!) with sauce. The worst item we ordered was the won ton soup. The broth wasn't as bad as the won tons. We ended up throwing them out. I think next time we might try some other dishes and maybe one or two will be worth returning for. To be honest, it was better than I expected and better than we've been able to find in FL! read more

First time here. The restaurant has recently opened. Large, clean open seating area. Big menu with lunch specials. Order was taken and we waited less than 10 minutes. Shrimp and broccoli and chicken and vegetables. Both were pretty good. I got an egg roll that was excellent. Well made and right out of the fryer. Tasted great. They had hot sauce but no hot mustard. The egg rolls were pretty good, and lo mein was okay. I also ordered pad Thai which tasted nothing like pad Thai. Not even close. Literally tasted like chili paste and oil. I couldn't get past 3 bites. read more

Since this restaurant is now under new owners, I have been ordering from here this year, and have no complaints about the quality of the food, or the cleanliness of the eating area or restrooms. This is a great take out option for us locals here in Santee! I have typically ordered the egg foo dishes, or sweet and sour chicken, and their lunch menu is about the best economic deal in town. The onion fried rice is always very tasty, and the rice noodles are enjoyable, (I prefer mine with an added order of egg foo sauce to pour on my rice noodles). :-) So far, since they opened under new management, I have not had a poor experience here, and highly recommend this Chinese cuisine choice. read more

Delicious, fresh food. Traveling from Florida to NC, we stopped for dinner. Cracker Barrel was full and we could not do any more fast food, so we decided to go Chinese.
