Merely ok. Got the Hunan Chicken lunch special for a little over six bucks. Didn't pack a whole lot of flavor, but not offensive or greasy. Vegetables were fresh and crisp. Wonton soup was disappointing -- needed salt, which is a little shocking for most Chinese restaurants, but the broth here was pretty much water. Service was friendly. Not the highest on my list, given other local offerings (including the fabulous Vietnamese place next door). read more

Last evening I ordered a dish from China Dragon "shrimp and cashew nuts "it arrived on time and when we went to eat it ,the dish had 32 whole baby corn in it, today I went to complain because I've never seen this much baby corn in a dish. I was told by a laughing girl that they only put so much in the dish and then they fill the rest With baby corn. This is about the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard or encountered from a Chinese food restaurant. There was no offer to rectify the situation. So I told the girl that this was ridiculous and that she has lost me as a customer. So beware if you go to this restaurant I don't recommend it at all. read more

We've been getting takeout from here for years. We always get what we order and have always had good service. I'm not the biggest Chinese food fan so I typically stick with Beef Lo Mein and once in a while I get the Egg Foo Yung. Also love their string beans! Yesterday was thankful that I found China Dragon Thursday! Normally I prepare and bring my lunch to work but not yesterday. A colleague of mine suggested that I order take out from China One because they delivery quick in like 10-15mins. That would have been perfect. After giving my order I asked how long will it takes for delivery. I was told 40minutes. I repeated 40Minutes. They are only 6 minutes away driving. My food would have lost its heat and crispness. Of course I was disappointed. Not a deal breaker. I picked up my food taking only 6mins. just like google maps indicated. The kitchen area looked a little cluttered with big metal bowls containing the prep food to make the various dishes that customers like me would be ordering. The best part of this experience was opening up the food and seeing how yummy it looked. Yes, I took pictures before eating this time unlike my last post. I had fired pork dumplings and real brown rice used to make my veggie fried rice with chicken and broccoli. This was a yumful moment. I truly had my doubts that the food was going to be good but I "went in head first" The price was okay only because of the lunch special but they reduced the size compared to the non-specials. They did charge extra for the brown rice $.75. The dumplings were crisp and flavorful. The soy sauce to dip the dumplings was good! By the way you get a soda. It comes with the lunch special. This was a pleasant surprise to experience good Asian cuisine. I was full and had left overs. I will definitely go back but they would have to have delivery service that is much quicker than 40 mins. If the delivery service had been better on timing I would have given them a 5 rather than a 4 Star. read more

Was excited to try this placed based on the reviews. I was sadly disappointed. Ordered: kung pao chicken, crab rangoon, vegtable chow mein, shrimp fried rice, and spring rolls. Kung pao chicken was nothing but ¿orange chicken? mixed with veggies. Chicken was hard and stale. I hate throwing food away but that went into the garbage. Crab rangoon was obviously frozen cause two pieces where stuck together. It was soggy and chewy couldnt eat it. (hahah) Spring roll was old and stale. Vegtable chow mein was just a container of sauteed veggies. No noodles. When I called to ask if there was anything missing they said that was what I ordered was veggies in white sauce? My family, my friends and I have been going here for years since we moved in, we've always been impressed with how quick they deliver. It's not the best out there but it's quick, cheap and and delivers plenty of flavor. My go-to order with them is a small General Tso's (which is awesome btw) and it comes with white rice, and Lo Mein, they also throw in some fortune cookies and plastic ware with every order. 10/10 would recommend takeout 8/10 recommend eating in, because it's a little cramped and it's so quiet you would be scared to talk too loud, lol read more

April 2017 The last few months have seen turnover of counter staff but most of all, change in cuisine. Some of our favorite dishes are just not as pleasing as they used to be: spring rolls, dumplings, mei fun, and skimpy orders of sesame chicken. We had a great run. All the best to the China Dragon. I have being going here since 2000. I feel safe going here even with a food allergy. Never a thought of cross contamination like some places I have eaten at. I use the online web site to order for pick up. While driving 7 miles to pick up food is being made. Really enjoy there food and service. I have even ordered online from work and eaten it there to save time during lunch to enjoy it. It's your average Chinese restaurant. The General Tso's chicken was pretty good. I got it with chicken fried rice which was average. The pork egg roll has a little too much cabbage for my liking. It seemed clean when I arrived to pick up my food, and the staff was friendly. Overall, it was a good experience, and I would eat here again. read more

This buisness has officially lost my service and I do not recommend them they are terrible buisness people. Had a bad experience placing an order for delivery. I called to place my order and the female who took my order said that it would take 30 to 35 minutes for delivery. About 50 minutes go by so I call back and ask if there is any problems. The same female who took my order said that there was no order placed for my address. I told her yes there was, I called 50 minutes ago and recited my order for her to see if she remembered. She continued to say that there's no order placed and that she was the only one taking orders at that time and I must have called the wrong number. I told her I called this number and it's on my call log for 50 minutes ago and I placed it with her. She still said I must have called to wrong number and was being rude about it. I would have gladly reordered my food if she would have just apologize for her mistake and had better customer service skills. It was one of the better Chinese food places in Chi but due to this experience I will not be ordering here again. read more
