I get home my husband says there is no lomein .. ok so now that was part of my main dinner and now i need to feed four people .. three being hungry men. I call back and they do not respond in a good way amd tells me i never ordered lomein. I ordered it and she actually repeated the order back to me on speaker phone and my husband was listening so i know she said beef lomein. They never offered to make it and deliver it as i am right up the street and lied over and over again about it not being ordered. I will never order from there again, they have lost a good paying customer. Whenever I get food there it is upward of 70 bucks. I dont know what happened to them but they could give a rats ass about fixing their errors. Good Bye forever.. There are several chinese places in the area..you my friends have lost my business. Liars !!!

The inside is fairly small with maybe 6 tables and the cleanliness is honestly what you'd expect from a Chinese takeout spot. So The Dragon and Phoenix is a little different here than I'm used to, but still good. I'm used to General Tso's Chicken with a spicy shrimp. This was General Tso's with a very basic flavored shrimp, maybe in a lobster sauce. I still enjoyed it, but it was just a bit of an unexpected twist. The fantail shrimp were a little overcooked as well but still enjoyable. Their fried rice and lo mein are always on point. This is definitely the spot I choose in this general area each time I want takeout, and I've been trying others to see if any will change that but so far none is up to the task.
