After looking over the menu, I quickly noticed that the prices increased but I hadn't been since last year so I wasn't surprised. Since we knew what we wanted, we ordered right away. I decided on the SYM Signature Platter, which included shrimp, fish and chicken wings and my daughter ordered the Wing Dinner. We both enjoy ordering extra sides so our server saved us some money by suggesting we order the Veggie Plate. The food was great but it took almost 45 mins for it to be served. With only 4 other people in the restaurant, I assumed we would've received our food much sooner! Nonetheless, we were very satisfied with everything and our server was very friendly! We will definitely be returning but I hope they improve their timing!

I've been coming to Cici's Pizza for quite some time, and to be honest, there was a period where…read morethings really went downhill. Under the previous management, the experience was disappointing--cleanliness was an issue, customer service felt unfriendly, and the buffet was almost always lacking. Many times there would only be one pizza out, and even then, it didn't feel fresh. It got to the point where I stopped coming altogether. I decided to give it another try today and found out they're now under new management--and the difference is night and day. The restaurant was noticeably cleaner, the buffet was fully stocked with fresh options, and the overall atmosphere felt welcoming again. What stood out the most was the manager. I had the chance to speak with him and he was incredibly respectful, humble, and genuinely appreciative of feedback. You can tell he cares about both the customers and the quality of the establishment. It's clear that the new management is putting in the effort to turn things around, and it shows. I'm really glad I gave Cici's Pizza another chance--this is the experience I remember and hoped to see again. Thank you for the improvements and for creating a much better environment for your customers.

Lunch comes with soup and salad, at least the hibachi meals do and are totally worth it. They also have pretty banging bento boxes at lunchtime and the sushi straight smack. Dinner is a little bit more pricey, but the portion size are worth it. This is a nice place to bring a group of people or just to come on a date even. Reasonably priced sushi. Staff has always been super friendly. Overall, I definitely recommend this way over Kanpai across the street. You get way more food and the seating isn't as awkward and the vibe is just completely different. Keep up the great work Hokkaido!!!

Great food, good service, crowded and loud restaurant…read more Very similar in style to a HuHot, you receive a bowl, fill with various ingredients and drop off for the chefs to cook and bring to your table hot. However, unlike HuHot, this place tastes phenomenal. The visual appearance of the food on the bar line is a little off putting but the flavor could not be better. Everything tasted great and came out very fast. I ordered an additional side of sushi to go with my bowl which also came out quickly and was extremely good. The food is only 5/5 for flavor. Service was good. We were quickly seated. Our server introduced themselves right away, brought water and other beverages quickly and explained the process to us. Afterwards he was very attentive and refilled waters or brought additional condiments regularly. Chefs were polite and informative as well. The big downfall of the restaurant was the noise and overall ambiance, sadly. Coming into the restaurant you walk through a plastic screen that's pretty off putting immediately. Seating is plenty but instead of separate tables for each party, they are long tables that left limited room for privacy for our party. Finally, it was unbelievably loud in the restaurant. Constantly found myself asking my spouse to repeat herself sitting next to me or our friends on the other side of the table to speak up. Not sure the solution to this issue but really killed the experience for us. Overall satisfied with the food and service but was a little too loud for my party. 5/5 for food/ service but the ambiance brought it down to a 3/5 for me.

Nothing spectacular about Americanized Chinese cuisine in a mall food court in suburban Virginia, but at least Sino Wok gets the job done and is of acceptable quality, which is more than what could be said about a lot of other Chinese restaurants in the area. I got noodles, chicken, and mushrooms here for lunch one day and it was all right. Very cheap and slimy; you get what you pay for here. The food is already cooked and sitting out for display as you order it, so it might as well be buffet-quality food without the all-you-can-eat option. That doesn't stop the food from being tasty, though. I don't know whether it would be healthy to eat from here repeatedly, but it wasn't bad during my single visit.
