This is what happens when you're hungry. I wasn't thinking with logic uggh They had a special $7.95. I got the orange chicken and fried rice. The Orange chicken was gooey and I don't know what kind of fried rice this is, but it's pretty standard in the Jax area, and I don't like it at all. Service was about as good as the food. The fortune cookie was the best thing I got out of this meal. I couldn't even stomach eating it all. I'm not one to throw food away, so It must have been horrible. I'm DONE with Chinese food in Jax!

The food is still pretty good, but these days you can find comparable meals for less money at plenty of other places nearby. It just doesn't feel like the same value it used to be. Recently we called to place an order and were told they no longer deliver directly. If you want delivery now, you have to go through a third-party delivery app, which means paying additional service and delivery fees. That was pretty disappointing and honestly feels like an unnecessary extra cost. With so many good options in the area, it's hard to justify ordering from here anymore. It used to be one of our regular spots, but between the added delivery hassle and the shift in value, it just doesn't seem as worth it as it once was.
