Jesse looked at the AC unit and immediately knew what was wrong. he had the part on his truck and immediately began installing it. he worked very diligently to get the part installed and get my AC running smoothly. I was extremely pleased with not only his technical expertise, but also his professionalism, his diligence , and his pleasant demeanor. I hired them to clean my air ducts and carpets, and they did an excellent and very thorough job. Their guys were very professional, careful, and polite. They sent a crew to my house within one day of my call and showed up within the time window they promised, which is rare these days. They moved furniture as needed and went above and beyond to make everything easy and seamless. The specialized truck they used to clean the air ducts was impressive and powerful, leaving them as clean as when they were new. The carpets also looked as good as new. I would highly recommend Stanley Steemer to everyone, especially for air duct cleaning.
