After we checked in we were offered a glass of wine (of your choice) which was a delightful treat and something you often don't see at a spa. Their membership tiers are very fair and comprehensive. I love that the unused monthly vouchers can be rolled over to the next month and stacked for multiple services. It's also super convenient that there are no contracts and cancellation is easy. Even though they're downtown, parking is nice because, thankfully, they provide validated garage parking; though the spots there are kinda small and can fill up if you go at busy times. I love that they also have multiple locations, so you can go to whichever location is most convenient. If you're looking to treat yourself to a spa day, I cannot recommend Allora enough.
