Have lunched here often and done dinner a couple of times. Pretty much just another Chili's restaurant! Nothing bad but nothing outstanding either. Options close by are scarce but this area is having a growth spurt! As more places open, this place will need to step up its game! read more

Yesterday was our last trip to this Chilis. Not family friendly. Ordered chips and salsa, took them 15min. And I had to remind them that we even ordered them. We asked for a drink recommendation, the waiter had none. The waiter then forgot to put on for my wife's entree, and when he did remember, he brought out the wrong dinner. Managers were there but not managing. Good luck Chilis, you were good once. read more

I love Chilis but this place is one of the worst ones. My family and I came in around 630pm for dinner. 10-15 minute wait no big deal. Got seated, the waitress came within 10 minutes of us being seated to take our drink order (a little long but hey Chilis was busy) got some skillet queso and ordered my daughters dinner now the good part. From the time we ordered it had been 50 minutes until we asked the waitress about our food. Took around 10-15 until the expediter brought us the food he sat it down and we asked for "to go boxes" our daughter was done with her food. Told the waitress we just wanted the bill and were out. Waited over an hour for food and got home and the wife's spicy shrimp tacos were burnt overcooked fish. My prime rib fajitas tasted like left over burnt pot roast. My family and I love Chili's this is one of our favorite places to go on a family dinner service is always great food is always good

This is, by far, my favorite restaurant in the area. My wife and I eat at this restaurant, at least, once every two weeks. Since I'm a local, I have ate at most restaurants in the area and on the island. So far, this is one of the best. The service is ALWAYS awesome!!! The only time i recall having any issue with the restaurant was a few weeks ago when our actual meal came out before our soups did! Yes, that fast. The manager, then, personally came to our table, apologized and gave the soups and a dessert to us for free! That's service! I absolutely love going to this restaurant and will definitely recommend it to ANYONE! read more

I wish I could remember my servers name because she was amazing. It was April 29th and I was getting married that evening but my kids were hungry. Our server took it upon herself to talk to the manager and gave us a free dessert. It made our day even more amazing with that sweet gesture! read more

Sat at the bar as usual and ordered the chips and salsa and the waitress said they are no longer offering that. Come on Chilis! You have been doing this for years and now change it? Sat down on a Friday night so we knew it would be a little busy. Food took a lot longer then normal but server was very nice and kept apologising. Had the burrito, and kiddos split a burger. Food came out warm and on very hot plates which seem to have sat on the line for a bit. All in all good but nothing exceptional. Might try again on a slower night. read more

The Chili's chain has been a go-to favorite of mine for a long time, but since moving here a year ago I've found this location to be lacking. I ordered a salad on my first visit here and lettuce was well past prime. Second visit, the food was good but service was very slow. Yesterday I ordered carry-out through the web site: an Old-Timer burger with onion rings and two salads for others. Onion rings instead of fries cost an extra dollar, which I don't mind paying. But when I got home and opened the box, there were exactly four onion rings included in the order. Four! There's no way that a dine-in order would have been that paltry. The burger was rare instead of medium, but the salads were good. So not a total strikeout on this order, but once again, a below-par experience as compared to other Chili's restaurants. To sum it up, I've been here three times and have been less than satisfied on each occasion. read more

The girls in the bar are beautiful and were quick to take our order, refill our drinks and get our hot food out to us today. I always order the spicy shrimp tacos and my girlfriend gets some grilled chicken flat bread. We quit going to the Chili's by JAX because their service and food are terrible compared to this location. read more

Bad experience. No team work. The employees were left to themselves. The managerial staff needs training on the proper usage resources. Waitress overwhelmed and not focusing at the tasks on hand as they are constantly making corrections to their errors. Recommend re fresher training to the managerial staff to include better time management and productive use of resources. The food was...Chilis standard. Sub par heat and serve canned flavors. No surprise there. I knew the risks when ordering the food however the service was the main reason for this review. I recommend not going during peak hours if you crave that TV dinner magic. Very good all around. It has turned into a locals hangout for socials and sports games in the bar area. Although not a sports bar, they have big screens discreetly all around the restaurant so you can dine with your family and still catch a peek at the game. Service and price points are on target. The staff is always courteous and helpful. Management and training programs really shine through. read more

Last night, I went with my family to Chili's in Yulee. The service was extremely slow. It took 45 minutes to get our food after ordering. There were no apologies or visit from the manager. While we waited 15 minutes to be checked on and get our check after eating, I requested that the manager on duty come by our table. The manager, Valerie, never come by to talk to us. I have been told this is not the norm, but I doubt I will patronize this restaurant again. read more

Stopped in and was finally greeted. I put my elbow on the table and realized that I now have a stain on my shirt. I pointed this out to the server and asked that she would have the table cleaned. She wiped off the table but acted like she was upset and didn't completely remove the grime. She acted rude to me the rest of my stay. I won't be back. Rolled into Yulee after a days drive and just wanted to have a good meal and a dirty martini. Was glad to hear there was a Chili's five miles down the road. No wait tonight (Yay!) . Seated immediately and the martini arrived quickly. Delish! We had the 2 for $22. Started with house salads which are the size of my everyday salads!! Really crispy and enjoyable. The 6 oz sirloin was perfectly medium rare--crispy on the outside and rare on the inside. Good flavor. The garlic mashed potatoes ? Words cannot describe the comfort feeling you get when you eat them. So sorry I couldn't do them justice and devour every last bit. The green beans were substitutes when they ran out of broccoli. They were a bit raw to my taste. Sometimes I like my green beans a bit mushier. Service was excellent. I believe her name was Sherry? Didn't have or couldn't see a nameplate. It was a nice meal. Absolute worst experience! The only time I will ever come back is when Kathryn bartends. First I was strongly encouraged from a group of regulars from my initial seat because they shoved themselves next to me, pushing me to the corner with an extra chair and told me they were going to watch me eat, even though I initially offered to move. I did move and thank goodness. The couple I sat next to was super sweet and even bought me a glass of wine because they witnessed what happened. My dinner was great but the fact it took over 30-35 minutes for my to go order was frustrating. The couple on the other side of me ordered, are and was paying their bill when I finally received my to go and could pay, mind you I ordered the to go before them, to feed my friends for helping me come unpack my home. The bartender told me she was sorry and they were going to compensate my wait but I'm confused on what the compensation was, because my bill did not reflect the compensation. Intimately, I wouldn't care but upon getting home All the food was cold and I had to order pizzas to feed everyone, so I bought two sets of dinner ....I will only come there when Kathryn is working at this point! My wife I I stopped by at 3:00 pm Friday for a cocktail and a sandwich. We sat at the bar. I bartender "Sean" ignored us for about 5 minutes while he was chatting with 2 girls. He finally got our drink orders but acted like he was pissed at us for coming in. He then started chatting with 3 of his friends with his back to us and several other people. When we asked a passing server if she could get his attention so we could order our food, he got nasty so we left. This guy should not be a bartender. We will not return read more
