Pick up order. Ugh. It took a few minutes to get associate to acknowledge our presence. I arrived at 3:09 pm for a pick up order that was to be ready between 3:07 and 3:11 pm! It took a few minutes for an associate to even acknowledge our presence the burger was sitting on the counter, ready for pick up . I felt the box which was cold . The bottom of the box was barely moved warm .18 for a Luke warm ( at best ) burger. I asked to see a manager who was also the cook today. Not sure how that happens. He said he would refund my card . A refund takes 5 days to process ( if it's put in properly). You are either stuck eating a cold burger or risk the possibility of having to come back when the refund doesn't process He was willing to accommodate me and make another burger, but assured me it would be the same temperature. Every time I come to this chili, the order is either wrong missing components or just flat out in edible due to food temp. The fresh burger was definitely warmer than the first one. They just had a random burger sitting out that they tried to pass off on a pick up order. Needless to say last time visiting this establishment read more

The value for a meal here is 5 stars! I had a chicken sandwich that was very fresh and tasty. The fries were very good too! The trifecta chips sauces were very good. Chicken quesadillas excellent. I went here for dinner near closing time by myself. The service was very good and the waiter was very attentive and helpful. The food I had was very good, it was the 3 for me with a big crispy chicken sandwich. The food came out very fast and the was hot and ready. I ate absolutely everything on my plate. I also added the ice cream and cookie dessert which was amazing. The restaurant was very quiet, but that was probably because it was near closing time. I stopped by this Chili's for Sunday lunch while my car was being worked on, and honestly, it turned into the best part of my day. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly pleasant--friendly, attentive, and quick to make sure everything was just right. The food was as good as it gets, which tells me there's strong leadership behind the scenes. You don't get great service and consistently good food without great management keeping things running smoothly. What started as a quick bite turned into a reminder of what good hospitality looks like. I'll definitely be back next time I'm in the area. read more

Chain restraunts are usually pretty consistent from store to store. The menu is the same, the atmosphere is the same and the quality is the same. What really makes the difference is the service and the other people working there. They always push signing up for the free stuff and I had signed up before so I collect points and get free chips and salsa when I go. It isn't an app so I wasn't sure how to access my account to redeem the chips. When I asked the server, he said" I don't know". Didn't offer to get help or anything , he just didn't know. I feel like it is kind of his job to know, they are the ones who want everyone to sign up. It is OK if someone doesn't know something, they should have someone who can help them when the run into a problem. It happens for me almost every day. I ordered the Nashville hot crispers and my wife got the triple play and chose the Nashville hot crispers as one of her options. Our crispers were a completley different shade of color. The server told us they just had more spices in hers than mine. This doesn't make sense to me, this stuff comes in prepackaged I think. My drink was only filled one time after I got it and we never saw our server after we began eating. Thank goodness for pay at the table kiosks. Friday, February 13, 2026 my husband and I went to this particular Chili's in Yulee, FL . We had the 3 for me with the BIG CHEESE BURGER, Soup, salad and my husband had his favorite BLACK BEANS as his side w/ soup. IT WAS SOMETHING TO WRITE HOME ABOUT... The food was awesome. Service was fast. We had the BEST WAITRESS EVER...ALEXIS. We wanted to adopt her and take her with us...She was the most kind, genuinely sweet and helpful waitress. She gave us time to decide on our selection, then swiftly served up our food, PIPING HOT and FRESH!!! WOW, we've found a new favorite GO-To Place for our date times. We met the manager Cody and told him about ALEXIS and how kind she was to these two older senior citizens. He was also very personable as were both Gail at the front door and Jacob. WHAT GREAT FOOD, GREAT SERVICE, GREAT DEALS and MOST OF ALL THE PEOPLE... They made our meal so much more enjoyable. If we had needed anything, Alexis made it available and did so promptly!!! This Chili's always has a long wait list and before the recent visit, I hated coming here. The food was always just meh and the service was too. This visit, we had a really sweet server and the sandwich I got will have me back sooner than I'd like to admit. I finally found something I'll eat again here haha The big mouth crispy chicken sandwich was cooked to perfection. This Mon Oct 6 at 3 pm I walked in to Chilis on SR 200 Yulee to sitdown at the bar to order lunch and a beer. There were 6 people at the bar eating and a scattering of approximately 4 People in the entire restaurant. The bartender was in the far corner with friends looking at photos on their cell phone. I was not acknowledged as I gave her some time. after 10 minutes she NEVER acknowledged my presence so I let my keys drop at which time she turned toward me but went back to the photos. I left the restaurant and one of the patrons noticed and said that is horrible. I looked at the bartender and said "thanks for your service." She replied "you're welcome." Pissed me off so I asked for a manager. he never came until I asked another employee. A heavy set Bald guy came out and asked how he could help. After explaining he told me that she apologized to him. TO HIM!!!!! No apology no nothing. I told him that he would be concerned for her actions as the most important part, outside of food quality was customer service. That I would not return to this restaurant. He reminded me that "it was my choice." He was worse reaction than hers I reminded him that he should not sit on his ass and rely on the brand name alone that bad customer service and MANAGERS may one day be his demise at this his location. we stopped in around 5:00 pm for an early dinner and to try and beat the crowd. the restaurant wasn't crowded and we were seated and waited on right away. Our waiter was a young man that was very respectful, professional and attentive. Both of us ordered salmon and both dinners were cooked as ordered and tasted great. Sigh. I haven't been to Chili's in years, but I decided to go with a co-worker out of convenience . I honestly wasn't impressed by the food. I decided on the most basic dish that you could think of (salmon with double veggies). The salmon was okay, but the broccoli wasn't tender at all. It was like they dumped a pack of broccoli in the microwave for 10 seconds. I don't mind a little crunch to my veggies, but this was definitely undercooked broccoli with a sprinkle of seasoning. Also, it took a very long time to get our food after ordering, and then the check took even longer. I remember the old Chili's commercials that made me think this place looked so good. I guess my palate has changed over the years. No jab at the chain restaurants, but I think I just like the mom/pop establishments or something locally owned with a little uniqueness. I'm cooking pretty much the same meal today, but I'm sure my dinner will be 10 times better because I'm going to put a little love in to it. I love going to this Chili's even though it is not the closest one to my home. I am able to get seated faster. The service is better. We only waited about 5 minutes to be seated this time. We got the 2 for $25 deal my husband had the chicken fajitas which came out steaming hot with all the fixings and looked delicious. I ordered the Cajun chicken pasta which is always my favorite. Oh Chili's, what happened to your original chicken crispers??? Granted, I have not been in a Chili's in years, but when I saw the chicken crispers on the menu my first thought was ... Oh I know those, that's what I will have. Sadly how my reality was shaken when my food arrived only to look nothing like my past experiences of chicken crispers. My memory of 3 large crispy tenders sitting on a mound of French Fries and that side of corn on the cob all wrapped up in aluminum foil buttery and hot. It was a yummy treat that was always too much and you needed a to go box to take some home. Oh the memories....yes just memories as soon as my meal arrived. At first I thought, oh no this can't be my meal then I gave it some thought and a visual once over again and yes it was the "New" but not improved chicken crispers. Little tiny pieces of chicken and a small basket of fries, and next to it was a buttered corn on the cob a fraction of the original size of years gone by. All of the new stuff served on a trendy metal plate/tray with a doily diaper in the bottom of the tray. Our waitress was attentive and was very happy and outgoing. Craving ribs and brisket. They have a combo with both offered. Broccoli and corn on the cob prepared special. Some Texas toast and I kicked back with my unsweet tea. It was lip licking good. Very run-of-the-mill restaurant. The service is okay and is hit or miss sometimes. The 10 dollar menu is very cool as well as the 25 dollar for 2 program is also very affordable and good. The selections on each are kind of low, but I think that's mostly due to a reduced menu due to COVID. So I really don't want to hit them on that too hard. The Nashville chicken tenders are really good as well as the the "street corn" they offer as a side item. Very tasty. read more

We were out shopping in Yulee and we decided to eat dinner out there. So we stopped in at Chili's. it was about 830pm and we didn't have to wait. I had a party of 4. Our waitress was so nice. We started out with drinks, the kids had apple juice and pink lemonade. I ordered A Tito's punch and by boyfriend had sunrise margarita and we really enjoyed it. The drinks were strong and very fruity which that is what we like. Appetizers was cheese fries and trio.... They both came out fast , fresh and got. The boys devoured it lol, for our meal we had kids meal cheese burger/fries, then 2 for $25 meal.. chicken crispers with honey chipotle with double fries, and I had the Cajun chicken pasta/ garlic toast and cheesecake for dessert. My boyfriend had bbq bacon burger it came with 2 beef patties /with fries and a side of buffalo chicken crispers. .
