Had a great experience last night! Chilis food is always solid with a family of four we had two chicken sandwiches and two burgers. Cooked great! More specifically the service was one of the best I've had ANYWHERE. We have a server named Layla and she was fantastic! I drink a lot of sweet tea and my cup was never empty. If we asked for something she didn't delay in getting it to us. Matter of face it felt like we were her only table-even though I knew that wasn't the case. On top of that she was so engaging! Great energy, friendly, and just all around easy to talk to. We tried to tell a manager( I think we saw his name was Greg) and we tried to stop him to tell him how amazing she was and he told us he needed to make a phone call. I'm not really used to a manager not wanting to hear great feedback about a server but he really didn't seem interested Anyway, thanks Layla for a great experience. Keep up the great work and you might be running that place before you know it-or maybe something even bigger! Not a huge fan of chains, but honestly it had been years since we ate at a Chili's and it was conveniently located at Dove Creek- we were famished after running errands and shopping there. Being the lunch hour, wait wasn't too long, and we were seated immediately in a booth. America was our server, and she was fabulous! She made sure to always check on us, and she refilled our drinks without having to ask! We decided to order from their special deal menu on the back side. Various deals that included your choice of a starter and unlimited drinks. We both went for the burger deals. I ordered mine with a side salad and strawberry lemonade. Woo that lemonade was pretty sweet, too sweet actually... Side salad was ok. I ordered my burger atop shredded lettuce, since they didn't have lettuce wraps. Burger was tasty, but would have preferred a different cheese other than a slice of American for flavor. Hubby's cup of chicken tortilla soup was tiny and covered with tortilla chip strips! Even the consistency of the soup was of melted cheese.... looked like a fondue! The complimentary chips and salsa offered with the Chili's app were mediocre. Some chips tasted stale and the salsa had absolutely no punch. We asked America, if others salsas were available, and she stated unfortunately no. Food was just ok, but service was outstanding. The ambience was moderately loud and it was packed -- I did not appreciate the dirty and slippery floors. I typically don't get upset about most things in life, but the service here was so bad that we rushed to finish our meal and get out of the restaurant. I will name a few things that brought me to two stars.. There were multiple service inconsistencies including our delayed order, the gentleman that brought our water spilled it all over and under our table and when we expressed a safety concern for falls (I recently got hip surgery), the server, Ms. Gabren just dismissed it. Additionally, our lemonades came after our meals and one of them was wrong but I didn't say anything because at this point I was tired. I had to kindly raise my hand for a refill and when I was ready to check out and asked for a correction on my bill -- after waiting for 20 mins for her to come to us (we had to raise our hands again), the server rudely told us "you can do it yourself." I told her "yes I understand ma'am but I need help" and she clicked on pad as it was annoying to assist. I proceeded to leave because the energy was so bad and my aunt stayed to fill the survey. What happens next shocked us... the server quickly returned and tried to convince my aunt not to fill out any concerns and instead talk to her. My aunt told her to kindly leave her alone and the server's body language got aggressive. We were so uncomfortable that we didn't even ask to speak to anyone until we actually left the restaurant.. we spoke to the manager on site on 4/26/26 via phone and he kindly refunded our order. Despite all of this, the food was really good. I ordered the salmon with the mushrooms and broccoli but I will NOT be returning. read more

She noticed we were super thirsty and was able to bring us tons of water to hydrate and take our order quickly. Not a single bad thing to say. I haven't been to a Chili's in a very long time, so I wasn't expecting much. But I have to say that the food and service were surprisingly good. We started with chips and salsa, which is as expected. Cant really mess that up. Our drinks, we had the Titos punch and the Summer Spritz Marg. They were soooo good. Then, for dinner, we had the vegie Santa Fe burger and a sirloin steak. I hadn't been to Chili's in a while but it has always been a classic go to. It was busy because it was the day before Thanksgiving but we were seated immediately and our waitress Karina got us waters and took our drink orders. I appreciate that Chili's not only offers sodas but has a full bar. I got water and with my meal their house tequila on the rocks. For my entree I got their fiesta salad, got the chicken on the side and added black beans. I'm on a pescatarian diet so I appreciated that they modified my salad. The salad was huge, great value for the price, and it tasted good. I came here to celebrate my engagement, and I was so satisfied. The food always great, drinks were delicious. We went for lunch on a Saturday, it was around 2pm so we thought the lunch rush would have died down by then but oh no! We walked in and were greeted immediately and asked how many and practically sat immediately! The restaurant is nice, shiny and new! There were about 20 employees there keeping everyone happy! Our waitress came up to us a minute after we sat down and took our drink and app order. She quickly brought back our drinks and took our orders. A few minutes later, we got our app of chips, queso, and salsa! The queso and salsa were fresh and tasty, but the chips were oh so salty! We had to wipe every chip off before eating due to the salt. A short while later we got our entrees, my wife got the Classic Sirloin with Avocado - 6oz and she absolutely loved it! Everything was cooked perfectly to her liking! We haven't been to chilis in a few years, but decided to give it a try again. We were seated promptly and our server was named Kim. Our food was great, everyone was happy with what they ordered! Our server Kim was amazing. She is very punctual, kind and brought things without us having to ask like napkins and such. We ordered chips and salsa, which came first and were tasty. My husband ordered the Cajun pasta which he said was decent but his start for the meal was the garlic toast. I ordered the BBQ brisket burger with no bun and fries. My experience and thought was not tasty but instead dry, crunchy and ick. The new bbq sauce it came with was tasty but I would have needed a gallon of it to moisten up the brisket and burnt burger. We came here on a Friday evening. Got on Yelp wait list. We were seated right away. Our server came and took our drink & food order since we knew what we wanted already. We got our food before we even got our drinks. We had to ask another server for our drinks since ours never came. My cup was empty and they never gave me a refill. When he did come back, we asked for a refill in a to go cup and he never came back. He was talking t his co workers. We had to then again ask another server for a refill.
